Enjoyable stay in a lovely apartment and complex.

The location of apartment was good with easy access to public transport and walking distance to restaurants and shops.The complex was quiet and apartment very clean and comfortable and a good price.

Lanzarote and costa tegise

The accommodation was quite basic and bare minimum provisions in apartment.we asked for a second roll of toilet paper and this was refused.bit of a tired feel to accommodation ..beside lamp didn't work .owner not very accommodating or helpful.also a long walk to centre .

the pool was lovely and a great place to chill out.

I didn’t like the fact I was told to check in at 4pm but the owner in the end made it 3pm when I pointed this out. The shower head needs to be replaced but I never bothered to complain as the owner never replied to my text about the TV/ Netflix. In general it was fine.

Exceptional

Second visit to Diego's apartment in Playa Roca & it didn't disappoint. Almost 3 years from our last visit anywhere abroad together, we returned to a place we know we love...& it was so good to be back! The apartment was as we remembered it - clean, tidy & comfortable with great facilities on the complex including pool, bar & snack bar. The perfect distance from the centre of Costa Teguise giving us the choice of whether or not we wanted to walk into the centre or frequent one of the small bars/restaurants along the route. Diego's communication was fantastic. All eventualities had been considered, & we found nothing lacking.

We didn't get ordered studio with seafront but anyway studio was beautiful with everything what we needed, we enjoyed our stay.

We had to pack and move to another studio one day before our departure (but it had better equipment and they moved bags for us, we could go on a trip)

Comfy apartment with nice view to the sea. Communcation with a host was very bad though.

kitchen equipment, smart TV, location - near to the sea, big room, washing machine, self check-in

communication - the host replied to our messages very late and sometimes not clear

Diego was flexible and helpful. He upgraded our stay to a bigger newly renovated apartment. All was good, fully recommend!

Superb

Sunrise is fantastic. Very clean. Hot shower. Wifi. Parking in front of the door. Swimming pool ( it is not heated).

It was ok for us, because is winter time, but no ac at summer time ...I think it will be to hot. No balcony, but it is a big window. TV only spanish language.

Great home from home

Great quiet complex with unheated pool and pool bar. Near to shops, restaurants and bars in Santa Rosa area and a 15 min walk to the main area of Costa Teguise. Studio is a large comfortable place with all facilities that you need

Nice pool but we will not be staying again, the photographs are from and rear view of property.

The pool area

No change of linen when we stayed for two weeks, we had to wash and dry bedding and towels in one day, but there was there was no outside drying area and NO TUMBLE DRYER, even though it was listed as a facility. The blinds in the bedroom at the rear offered very limited privacy, and had to be kept drawn at all times.
