We had a great stay at the property. It was as advertised. Close to the village, Peak 9 base and also walkable to downtown Breckenridge. The condo was perfect for our family of 5 with lots of room and natural light. The apartment was also well stocked. The best part was our host Debbie who was very knowledgeable on the area and super helpful during our stay. We would definitely stay here again.

We highly recommend this property! It was great to be in walking distance to downtown. We loved that it’s an end unit with lots of windows that provided GREAT views of the mountains. We appreciated the radiant heated floors, the comfy beds, and that the unit was well stocked. I had a question the day we arrived and called the host, Debbie. She promptly responded with a solution. We’ll be back!

Beautiful place with a sweet mountain view from the balcony. Well-appointed kitchen and nice open concept living area. Just a couple of blocks from downtown Breck, it's in a great location. We were always on the move during our stay, but if the weather kept us indoors, this would also be a nice place to hang out.

Really enjoyed our stay here. Bus to ski slopes very close, and one could actually do the10 min walk in ski boots from bottom of Quiksilver lift. Also a short walk to downtown. Kids (5&7) loved the bunk beds in second bedroom. When humidifiers weren't working, management was quick get us new ones.

With four grown boys, this condo had enough space for all of us to stretch out. It was easy to access the slopes, comfortable to relax and cook meals, and the ambiance was perfect with the fireplace and the views. The hot tub was right down the stairs and felt so great after days spent skiing with temps in the teens. Washer and dryer worked perfectly and came in handy.

This accommodation was perfect for my family of five. Great views of the mountains, plenty of room, and very comfortable furnishings throughout the space. Washer and dryer, garage and parking space, elevator, fireplace, fully functional kitchen, 3 TV's, board games, strong internet....I could go on and on. The location is the type we enjoy...close enough to easily walk to town, but just far enough to be peaceful. There is a free bus system too, but we walked everywhere. I'll rent it again when I come back to Breckenridge.

The condo is a wonderful condo... we love the location and the living room/dining rooms....plus the Garage being included! We would have given 5 stars if the sleeping quarters were better.... The beds/matresses & pillows were a bit more to be desired.... a mattress was sagging in the middle in one room, and the pillows were uncomfortable in the other. The bathrooms could use updates, but that is being picky.....they worked just fine.... Just simple updates in our opinion.... the good points with the condo outweighed the few not so good.... The host was helpful and answered all questions...
