Nestled in Wildernest, this attractive condo for $126 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. PREMIER 2 BDRM 2 BATH CONDO WITH GREAT AMENITIES AND CLEANLINESS PRIORITY! THERE IS NO NEED TO CHECK-IN WITH ANYONE BECAUSE OUR CONDO HAS AN ACCESS CODE FOR CHECK-IN. We are grateful for having a housekeeper who lives nearby, only minutes away. She and her sister have been cleaning for us for years. As you may note, many of our reviews reference our condo's presentation and cleanliness as well as so many other compliments. We have tried other cleaning companies and have learned that cleaning consistency can be questionable. Our guest clubhouse is one of the largest and nicest in the area for all ages! OUR CONDO IS BEAUTIFULLY UPGRADED AND TOP-RATED. We have earned VRBO PREMIER DISTINCTION. Treehouse property management has said ours is one of the nicest, if not the NICEST unit in the Treehouse complex. There are 15 steps down to our ground-level unit, giving easy access to the ground. The bedrooms have Queen size beds and have brand new wall mounted 32"LED TVs with cable access. There is also a very comfortable queen size pull-out couch with upgraded mattress in the living room. You’ll have free WIFI, 3 TVs and a remote-controlled gas fireplace. Our rates are highly competitive and complimented by using direct owner communication. Enlarging the master-tiled/walk-in shower with a bench helped make us relatively unique for a Treehouse condo. The guest bath tub/shower is also tiled. You'll enjoy the inviting mountain views! Our calendar is kept current and our rates are good through May, 2024. 300+ compelling and complimentary reviews validate our goal to provide a nice vacation experience! An appreciative comment we often get notes our interest to make sure our guests are OK when they check in. We take pride in being available to assist with suggestions about activities, dining, and destinations. We are in the heart of the beautiful Wildernest/Eagles Nest area in Summit County. You will find that everything in this updated mountain getaway has been nicely appointed. Our guests enjoy brand new top-shelf kitchen and stainless steel appliances. We introduced an Instant Pot this year.We even have a Keurig coffeemaker in addition to a Mr. Coffee. You will find custom knotty alder cabinetry and woodwork throughout, custom stone gas fireplace, brand new furniture and furnishings, 3 new LCD TVs, new paint, new carpet, new windows and coverings, new linens, new EVERYTHING! Please help yourself to our reviews from guests and see that every season is represented. We are just minutes from top recreation areas:Dillon Lake(3.5 mi) Keystone (10 mi), Breckenridge (17 mi), Copper Mountain (14 mi), and Arapahoe Basin (15mi). Vail and Beaver Creek are also within easy driving distance. Hiking trails, beginners to advanced, are very accessible. The FREE Summit Stage Bus conveniently picks up a short walking distance from our unit. It provides service to most areas, shopping centers, and restaurants. It is advisable to purchase lift tickets in advance. Also, currently, Copper Mtn requires ski area parking reservations. Some of our guests have driven to Frisco and taken the shuttle to Copper. If skiing doesn’t strike your fancy, the area offers boundless year-round activities. Located in the White River National Forest, there are hiking and snow shoeing trails right out our back door. The Blue River runs right through Silverthorne and offers some of the state’s best fly fishing. Beautiful Lake Dillon can be seen as you drive up Buffalo Mountain, and offers recreational activities such as sailing, canoeing, kayaking, fishing, and is a great spot to have a picnic during those warm summer months. Nearby Dillon Amphitheatre hosts live concerts and shows throughout the summer. Our Guest Clubhouse is multi-use with two large jacuzzis, warm soaking section next to pool, a heated pool, dry sauna, regulation racquetball court, fitness room, two pool tables, ping pong, arcade games, playground, and tennis court. There is a wall-mounted 32"LED TV with cable access. We also have a twin-size floor mattress to accommodate additional guests. We provide fresh linens for all four beds. The living room has a new gas fireplace with a remote control to keep things nice and cozy. Also, a 46'' Smart TV and sound bar, DVD player and a collection of CDs and DVDs are provided for your enjoyment. If you can't find anything to watch on TV, we keep several board and card games on hand. You will have access to our unit's ski locker located just outside the front door. This will give you a place to store your gear without cluttering the living space. We also keep 3 snow sleds and snow shovel on our deck for "young and old" to enjoy. Many of our guests have commented on how nice it is to have a laundry facility nearby, just across the atrium on the same level as our condo. There is a larger laundromat next to the clubhouse as well. Our condo is smoke-free and pets are NOT allowed as per HOA regulations. Also, our HOA does not allow feeding of the wildlife. Check our competitive nightly rates. Also, check our lower weekly rates, when available and applied can save you 5%. The Fresh Linens/Clean Fee is only $95.00, much less than most.

Just fyi you do have to go down a flight of stairs, even though it's on the ground floor.

This unit has a nice view of the mountains. Parking was free, available and convenient to the unit's location. There were two nice bedrooms and two bathrooms. It is located within 1 mile to two nice hiking trails. The owner was very responsive, friendly and assessable, if needed. I would definitely stay here again.

We really enjoyed all aspects of the property. You definitely up there in elevation. Beautiful area in all directions. You are truly in the mountains. Great hikes and scenic drives right out the door. Condo has all things needed to cook and be comfortable. There is no air conditioning which was not an issue for us even though it was late august. Nice clubhouse with ol school arcade games pool tables hot tube and a dry sauna. Hosts were a + and would rent those property again. All amenities are close and we utilized the Silverthorne re center for weight training and other activities. Prices were very cheap.

Absolutely wonderful. The owner really went above and beyond to ensure our stay was as trouble free as possible. The view from the patio was a sight to see no matter the time of day. A very great place to unwind from having fun in the great outdoors. Book this little gem. You wont regret it.

We had an excellent stay! There was great communication throughout with the owner, and the property was well-appointed with lots of little extras. There are hiking trails close to the property, and you are within minutes of Dillon and Frisco, close to Breckinridge, and the Grand Lakes entrance to RMNP is only about 90 miles away. Aside from a bit of a struggle getting acclimated to the altitude, we really had a fantastic vacation!

We needed a place to stay where the family would be comfortable while I rode the Courage Classic bike tour in Copper Mountain. This place fit the bill and then some! The clubhouse was great - 3 hot tubs plus the pool, so everyone in the family could enjoy, as well as fun arcade games. The boardwalks through the aspen thickets were cool, too, and our hosts were great. The unit itself was spacious and clean, with a great view from the deck. Recommended! We will be back.

Great location with easy drives to Vail, Breck and Beaver Creek. Condo was spotless and comfortable and had nice extras like a pantry full of coffee and tea, and games. Jim provided detailed directions for check in and checked in with us several times during our stay to make sure everything was going well. Silverthorne had nice restaurants and outlets for our day off from skiing.

We had a nice ski vacation staying at this rental. The owners couldn’t have been nicer and totally accessible to answer any questions and help with any issues. They really go above and beyond! In all my VRBO stays I’ve never worked with kinder owners completely invested in the enjoyment & comfort of our stay. Heads up: Location/parking can be a bit tricky esp if coming in after dark. Owners give detailed information on how and where to go - do not overlook their detailed instructions! We appreciated the well stocked kitchen with all so important coffee supplies!

This place was the perfect option for my husband and I for a couple days. We were visiting family in Silverthorne and needed our own place to crash. The two bedroom condo was very cute and comfortable. And while we don't ski, this would be perfect for skiers who need equipment storage and nice place to sleep. Jim, the owner, was also wonderfully accommodating and communicative. I would definitely recommend this option in the future.

This condo was a great getaway for our family. The property is exactly as listed and the pictures are spot on. The condo is well maintained and everything was in excellent condition. The kitchen has all of the pots, pans, silverware, etc. that you could ask for. And we enjoyed being able to cook and have some family time at the kitchen table.
The condo itself is a great blend of rustic and chic. It’s located a short drive from Frisco, Silverthorne, and Keystone, so there are lots of activities nearby. While the condo is located near other condos and complexes, it was very quiet and peaceful, and you really feel like you are tucked away in your own mountain lodge. We stayed in early December, so the temperature outside was around 20-40 degrees. But the condo was warm and comfortable with an awesome gas fireplace and small space heaters in the bedrooms. Our kids appreciated the large collection of DVDs. And we were touched that Jim and Roxanna took the time to put up some Christmas decorations for our stay.
Communication with Jim was great. He checked in with us before, during, and after our stay to make sure we had everything we needed. And the information Jim provided about check-in, amenities, directions, etc. were very clear and thorough. It felt great going in having all of our questions answered in advance. We felt confident that we were in good hands should any issues arise.
Jim recommended a couple of restaurants, and I wish we would have had time to try them all. The Arapahoe Cafe and Pub was amazing—thanks Jim!—we could have eaten there every night. We would also recommend Dos Locos Cantina in Keystone for some good Mexican food.
Our family made tubing reservations at the Frisco Adventure Park and had a great time tubing. The rates are similar to other tubing sites in the Rockies and the runs are quick and fun. Our kids highly recommend having the folks at the top of the run spin your tube! We also went on a hot chocolate sleigh ride with Golden Horseshoe Sleight Rides. It’s a short and beautiful drive to their location, and the ride is much more rural (and magical) than the ones at the Adventure Park. Their hot chocolate bar is also pretty amazing!
Overall, this is easily a 5-star property with great owners. We are already planning our next stay.

We stayed few nights and used the condo as base for our families skiing in nearby resorts. For a family 5 there was ample space, the condo is well located for 15-20' drive to skiing and is well equipped for cooking + clean.

The property was as described. Quiet area. The building looks like a converted apartment building which means there’s no yard and no garage or carport. This was perfectly fine for our stay. It was clean and everything worked in the kitchen. Host was very responsive. The heat did not work in the 2nd bedroom but there were several space heaters which we used. Showers had great water pressure and plenty of hot water. Overall pleasant stay.

This condo is in the perfect spot if you’re looking for beauty and convenience to see the Rockies or go into town to do some shopping and hike. The condo felt like a cozy cabin in the middle of nowhere, but in reality it isn’t far from anything. The sunsets were gorgeous. 10/10 would stay again. The hosts were amazing with information and making sure everything was going perfect. First time I have had an owner care about how our trip was going and willing to take his time to give us places to see! Thank you!!!

Such a lovely location next to some awesome hiking trails! The willow falls trail is just a 2 minute drive and leads directly to a gorgeous waterfall! The condo itself was well equipped for basic cooking. We had an awesome time adventuring through Colorado!
