It is a short walk to The Spa and Lifestyle Center located on near the Santa Rosa Sound, Tennis Courts and restaurants. The open floor plan features 40 feet of breathtaking Gulf views. You can see the Gorgeous Gulf and pristine sugar sand beaches from each and every room! Our condo features floor to ceiling windows in the living area and both gulf front bedrooms. Elegant Tuscany columns, domed entryway, 9 ft ceilings, crown molding and granite counter tops only begin to describe the distinct upscale Mediterranean feel. Our unit is professionally decorated, furnished with a comfortable Coastal Beach theme throughout. The Kitchen is fully equipped with large and small appliances and cookware. The bar overlooks the dining room into the living area. Relax in the living room on the comfy American Leather sectional (with queen plus comfort sleeper) and 50” Samsung Smart TV. Master has king bed, 43" Samsung Smart TV, tile floors and ceiling fan. The Master bath has dual vanities, whirlpool tub and separate walk in shower. My husband and I have rented many beach condos and this was by far the biggest and the best property in every category. The interior has adorable art and artifacts adorning every room, making the place look and "feel" so upscale and homey. I was surprised that I had the gorgeous pool to myself for at least an hour every day and the beach is just across the street! Everything anyone could need is in the well-equipped kitchen. It's one of the quietest buildings I've ever rented...some children were playing tag in the hall one night but once they went into THEIR condo, silence prevailed every minute of each day and night. I never heard anything from above, below, or next to this condo. The view of the Gulf is fantastic and the large balcony has a gas grill. I was sorry my husband didn't/couldn't join me because the place was really HUGE for one person - 2 bedrooms and 2-1/2 baths!!! I was on fall break so I greatly appreciated the dependable and fast internet connection for grading my online college students. Lisa is very quick to respond to any and every question or request. Check-in, check-out, and the parking pass makes coming and going quick and easy. Some residents who live there year round bragged about how great the security is so they always feel safe and so did I, which I appreciated since this was the first time I've vacationed alone. I wish Pensacola was warmer for spring break so I wouldn't need to go farther south in March, but I definitely hope to return next fall!

This is a great condo. It has everything you would want on a beach vacation. They had beach chairs, a wagon, and lots of other things for the beach that we got to use. The beach views are great from the balcony. Easy access to the beach, which is not all that crowded in this area of Pensacola Beach. We would stay again.

We have stayed at Portofino several times and this is by far the nicest and most comfortable condo. The view of the gulf was great. We were able to see the Blue Angels practice from our balcony. The furniture in the living room and the bedrooms was very comfortable. There were extra pillows in the closet which was great for hubby who always wants 3-4. The owner responded quickly to any questions or concerns. Plenty of hot water which is great when everyone is wanting showers after a day on the beach and you are also washing the beach towels. There was a beach cart, canopy and chairs in the master closet plus it appears several guests left toys for the next family who stayed with small children. There were a couple of minor housekeeping issues we addressed and I think they were more the fault of the previous guests than the property owner. Communication was great with the list of items you will want to pack (extra toilet paper, laundry soap, etc) which was very helpful. I highly recommend for your next stay at Pensacola Beach.

Perfect place!! Everything about this condo was just as it was listed! The owner was very nice and always responded quickly when I had a question. It was our 6 mo old grandsons first vacation and this resort was very family oriented and had everything we needed on site. The restaurant was very good!!! Beach was clean and water was beautiful!! The condo was equipped with everything we needed for cooking, and the sofa bed was really comfortable! My other daughter flew in from NYC and the airport was less than 30 min away! Perfect family weekend 😊

The pictures do not do justice to the view of the Gulf of Mexico from the balcony. The view you receive upon walking into the unit is outstanding. Having coffee every morning on the deck was breathtaking and very relaxing. Our kids love sitting on the deck with us to listen and watch the waves. The unit is VERY comfortable even though we spent very little time (only to sleep) due to all of the attractions Portifino offers along with playing in the ocean all day then the pool at night. Lisa stayed in contact with us before, during and after our stay. It was nice to know she cared to ensure we enjoyed our stay. Thank you Lisa for a beautiful and relaxing condo to stay in.

The views were incredible! The condo was spacious and clean. The Portofino property is very nice and has so much to keep everyone entertained. And the owner responded quickly to all inquiries - she even helped us set things up for a surprise marriage proposal! Would definitely stay here again!

My brother and I when we were kids in the 1960s camp at ft Pickens campground. (Back then you could get in to all the forts and battery’s). Now we are in our 60s and haven’t sent much time together so we spent the week reminiscing. And we pick a great place to stay

This was our first time in Northwest Florida. We learned many interesting facts about the area especially how popular Mardi Gras is.
Portofino Resort is a beautiful, gated community .
Building 5, unit 809 with beautiful views of endless white sand beaches from every room. Our favorite spot was the balcony, coffee in the morning and bevies in the evening. Towards the end of February, caught glimpses of dolphins several times as the water temps were getting warmer. Our unit allowed views of sunrises, for sunsets we were able to view from the beach.
We alternated our days with visits to the beach and pool. Took day trips to other cities nearby as well as Alabama to visit friends.
We enjoyed our relaxing winter getaway very much.

The beach is a short walk with soft powder white sand. We spent hours shelling and weren’t disappointed at our beautiful finds. The restaurants were delicious whether eating outside by the pool area or Coastal for a dining experience not to be missed.
Parking was inside with a reserved space.

The overall property is beautiful! The staff on site were all very friendly and helpful. Prior to arriving and during our stay the owner, Lisa, was very responsive and informative. There was one cleaning issue that was quickly remedied so hence the 4 stars but did not impact our overall stay. The unit has just about everything you would need or want for a week stay at the beach. New cookware and baking dishes arrived while we were there! The sunrises and sunsets were beautiful! The weather really varied while we were there but we were still able to enjoy the pools, hot tubs, beach chairs, volleyball, paddle boards, kayaks, bogie boards, and bikes! We were bummed to find out the inflatable obstacle course is removed for the winter on Nov 1st but we still had plenty to keep us busy! When we return to Pensacola Beach we will definitely plan on returning to Portofino Island and this unit!

Stay in the same unit because we like it so much. Always clean. A number of new updates done since April. Refrigerator, all 3 TVs and a new coffee maker. This unit is in a great location and very well maintained! Staff is great. Our host Lisa is awesome as always. Great week to be at the beach. Miss it already! See y’all again in the spring.

This was our first time in Pensacola. Loved, loved this resort. This condo was just as described. It had everything we could possibly need. Coffee maker AND a Keurig. Kitchen was well stocked. Layout was perfect, each bedroom had private bath. There was also a wagon, umbrellas and chairs - very helpful. Our view was amazing, we could watch sunrise in the morning. They walk to beach is not bad at all, you are literally across the street. The pools were heated, and that was amazing. We did pay extra for the activities for our daughter - the paddle boarding, kayaking, etc. She loved trying those things for the first time. I cannot say enough good things about this condo and resort. We would definitely come back. I could live there!! Owner is extremely nice and responds quickly. One last note, and an important one. Beware - the beds are so comfortable (thank you!!!) You won't want to get out of bed!!!! We slept too late while we were there. Thank you for your wonderful condo.

We had a lovely time here! Lisa's condo is so nice! It was exactly as pictured. It was perfect for our family of four. The staff was so nice, and check in was a breeze. It was very clean, the beds were comfortable, and the views were beautiful. It was exactly what we needed for our much needed relaxing vacation. Lisa was very communicative and quickly answered any questions we might have. This was all around a wonderful experience for our family!

Lisa's condo was perfect for a trip with our rambunctious infant. It had some baby friendly safety features, a pack n play, and lots of beach equipment for use free of charge! The condo was in a great location and was very spacious.

The property itself is gorgeous and everyone is sooooo friendly and helpful, checkin was painless which is always nice!! The condo we stayed in was super nice, very comfortable (especially the beds!), the condo had a closet full of beach chairs, toys and best of all a wagon that worked great on the sand which was suppppper nice! Our host was awesome with communication and overall it was one of our best vacations ever! Definitely want to go back!

We stayed in Tower 5 which had great views of the gulf. Nice clean pool & hot tub. The room was a bit smaller than what the pictures showed but still very comfortable. There should be some minor repairs to the front door, couldn't open to double size. The second bedroom bed is smaller, maybe the full size and the bathroom showerhead should be replaced. Overall we had a great experience staying in the condo and enjoyed the resort. Everyone was nice and helpful.

We had a wonderful stay at Portifino. From the amazing views from each room to the beautiful beach, everything was just gorgeous. Check-in was very quick as all the paperwork was already in order. And Lisa was just amazing. From the day I booked the vacation until we left, we were in constant conversation. She was very prompt in answering all the questions before our stay and during. And the rooms were so nicely decorated. Each bedroom plus the living room, all had an amazing view of the beach. So we were able to watch the sun rise and set everyday. There was also nice patio furniture for our enjoyment as well as all the beach equipment. Kudos to Lisa.

Fantastic Family Vacation - We Will Be Back
Great place for a family vacation. Lisa's unit was clean, updated, nicely decorated with a beach feel, had plenty of cooking and dining items, had comfortable beds (bed in the master was great), had a nice selection of beach toys and a cart, and a gorgeous ocean view. She made the check-in process super easy by sending all the details before our trip. While it's never a guarantee, she allowed us to check-in to our room a couple hours early. So, Lisa has a beautiful unit and was an extremely accommodating hostess. Portofino Resort is perfect for adults and kids. Plenty of kids activities with a water park and wave runners on the sound. Took a dolphin cruise and saw the Blue Angels practice while cruising on the water. Food and beverages were excellent. Beach is a super short walk across the street, and the white sand beach is one of the best I've seen. Couldn't be happier with the experience. We can't wait to return.
