Nestled in Saint Simons Island, this charming house for $625 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. St Simons Rentals is proud to offer the Centennial Cottage at the Coast Cottages on St. Simons Island. The Coast Cottages boast 2 fabulous ocean front pools with a covered pavilion. The cottage is located just 100 yards to the Coast Cottages pools, pavilion and private beach access. Decorated in coastal decor, you and your family will love the open floor plan and covered porches. With spacious rooms throughout, you will enjoy entertaining with family and find the cottage to be very relaxing. The cottage is very spacious with 5 bedrooms and 3 1/2 baths and sleeps 13. There are 2 master bedrooms each with a king size bed and a private bath. The master on the 3rd level also has a private covered balcony with views to the ocean. The master bathroom has both a tub/shower combination and another shower. It also has double sinks. Leave the 2 sets of French doors open in the evening to hear the soothing sounds of the waves coming ashore. In the morning, if the curtains are left open, the room is flooded with pink light from the sunrise over the ocean. Another bedroom on this level has a twin over full bunk bed and has access to the master bedroom bath and is also adjacent to an entertainment room for the kids. The kids game room on the third floor has a couple of bean bag chairs and a gaming chair for the kids. On the first level of the cottage is the other master bedroom with a king size bed and private bath, another bedroom with a queen bed and the kids room with 2 sets of sturdy bunks. The laundry room is also located on this level. The second level of Centennial Cottage is wide open with a fully stocked kitchen, breakfast bar, living area with seating for 9, and the dining table that seats 10. Just off the living area through 3 sets of French doors is the front facing covered deck that has views to the pools and ocean. Two ceiling fans on the deck will keep you comfortable as you enjoy the views. The second level is just perfect for creating together family time. The Centennial Cottage with all of its amenities is located in Coast Cottages which is one of the premier vacation rental communities on the island. There are 2 ocean front pools and a covered pavilion. The houses are charming colorful coastal homes. St. Simons is a wonderful relaxing place to visit. The island has wonderful restaurants and many activities such as golf, tennis, fishing, swimming and bike riding just to name a few. Centrally located, the Centennial Cottage is just a half mile to restaurants and shops. The pier and village area is approx. 1 mile away and the popular WWII Home Front Museum is located practically in the back yard of the cottages. The island is a great place to ride bikes or take leisurely walks along the marshes that are adjacent to the cottages. You may park 2 vehicles in front of the house and additional cars may be parked at the end of the street. You and your guests will have access to the 2 neighborhood pools. Details of the Heated Community Pool: The Coast Cottages heats one of the pools on weekends (Friday- Sunday) during cooler months and certain holidays (at no charge to guests) Thanksgiving, week of Christmas through New Years Day, the last week of March and first week of April (Spring Break). Any other days may be heated upon request for $50 per day. Please note that the occupancy limit for the home also represents your occupancy limit for the common areas. In addition this property STRICTLY prohibits any parties, events, gatherings that would exceed the occupancy of the home.

My family really enjoyed our stay. The location was great, just a one minute walk to the pool and maybe 3 minutes to the beach. We spent a lot of time by the water thanks to the short distance! The house is bright, spacious, and comfy. There are lots of stairs which are impossible to avoid due to the kitchen on the second floor and bedrooms on first and third floors. The pots and pans in the kitchen are superior to any place we've stayed before. We were missing kitchen scissors and paper for note taking, but these were minor annoyances. Everything was very clean except for the ceiling fans and vents which are in need of dusting. The property owner was a pleasure to work with, a great communicator, and we would not hesitate to book again with her.
If you have never been to St. Simons Island, there is a lot of public beach access and the entire island is walker/biker friendly. There are also several parks with playgrounds if you need a change of pace for the kids.

It’s always fun to go to the beach with family and this is a lovely area. The pool and the boardwalk to the beach are great for little ones. The house was nice but a little tired. It’s ready for updates. There are missing drawer handles in the kitchen. The stand alone shower on the third floor does not have hot water and very little water pressure. The sheets are nice and soft because of the many washings but there is no elastic left in the fitted sheets so not very comfortable. We made it work and had a lovely time in St. Simon’s. I would recommend this community but not this particular house.

We had booked this as a long weekend away with the grandkids. It changed into celebrating Grandpas life instead. Many laughs, many tears. The laugh outnumbered the tears & the last words were Let’s come here again.
Be prepared for a lot stairs. I’m the only one that minded them.

Unit was exactly as advertised. Bedroom set up was perfect for our family visit (Grandparents, Aunts, Uncles, adult children). Location was very convenient for getting to the beach.
There are a lot of steps which should be considered for your travellers, but the layout is very nice!

Wonderful stay!
We have stayed in this lovely community before but this was our first summer in this house. We had a wonderful stay - the house was very comfortable with plenty of room for our family. We also loved how close it was to the pool and beach access! We can’t wait to come back next summer!

We loved this home and the neighborhood. This was our first trip to St Simons but we will definitely be back. The house was perfect for two families with two children each along with both grandmas. Just a few points: The website needs to be more accurate with the master on the 3rd floor as it has no private bath. It's required to strip the beds, put linens in washer, take out trash and vacuum. We think that should be optional as the fees should cover it.

Wonderful house and location. We were a family of grandparents, parents and grandkids. There was plenty of room for all of us. We really liked the two rooms with bunk beds which enabled us to put all the kids in two separate rooms. It was great having the option of the pool or the beach at any time. We all had a fantastic stay.
