The room itself was perfect... nice size, clean, comfortable, good shower and lots of towels, amenities like coffee, microwave, fridge and hair dryer
Had a restaurant you could walk to. Except for the internet problem I would have given it a 10
Unfortunately, the internet did not work for 3 days. I called and emailed (using phone) and got no response. When I finally saw a staff member, they sent the IT guy and even he had trouble fixing the problem. He did comp us dinner and on the 4th day it worked fine. There was good cell service so for many people they would just use their phones, but for me this was a real problem... I had to miss some online classes the phone was just too small.
