The pic on the websites and the part where they where right by the tiki bar and restaurant..
The fact after I book and set a time I was going to arrive and check in and there was no one there they confirmed my booking reservation and then no one would answer the phone or no one was at the property. And so I am now currently waiting on my refund they believe it or not I called all the phone numbers I could find on the doors at the facility or on the websites and reviews I tried to contact this facility for two days and still haven't not got. Response back ..

The rooms were clean, and the staff was nice and helpful. We enjoyed several good meals at the on-site restaurant. The location is a short drive to Rainbow Springs State Park.
Although conveniently located, the motel is on the main road, with lots of traffic and noise outside. Thankfully, the rooms were quiet inside.

The room was newly decorated and lovely furnished. Parking right outside room. The location is perfect and right next to their restaurant which looks small but is massive.
Easy access to the rivers where it is safe to swim in some parts.
Many places to eat and drink nearby.
Room floor was very dirty, but they did come and clean it when we went out for dinner.
Layout is motel style, perhaps a bit pricey.

The room was very clean and the air conditioner worked wonderfully. The coffee machine was easy to use and had real creamer. Beyond that, they provided dove soap alongside their own brand of hotel essentials. The parking spot was just outside the room, and within easy walking distance of their restaurant and boats.

A bit understaffed so I had to poke around to find an employee to check in and out.

Restaurant closed in the middle of the week. Had to have 4 people for the airboat.

It was very clean.
It shares a small parking lot with a busy restaurant so it was hard to park while checking in. Luckily the management had put up a cone in front of my reserved room so when I found out my room number I could park.

We arrived late so the management called and asked if we were still coming. When we told him we'd be late, he said that they would leave the key for us and to call if there were any issues. (Issues are handled by the restaurant after hours.) Ice was plentiful, room was clean (recently remodeled), and they placed a cone in your parking spot so that others don't take it. Great place to stay!
Only issue we had was a small issue with the microwave which was fixed quickly.

The rooms were great. The Manager was super.
Nothing that I can think of. The cell service was not good but the Motel has Metal roof so that was what was going on with that not a big deal just hook up to WiFi and all good.

We were positively surprised about the place. Very clean and comfy. Easy check in and check out. Most of all the staff were all so nice, friendly and helpful. There is also a nice restaurant with good food. Nice activities in the area and close to Rainbow Springs State Park.

Loved the location, had a great restaurant on location, the staff were both were awesome, had a great little store and right on the river..the room was exceptionally clean and will definitely be back!

It's a gem in the middle of a jungle, you would not know it was there, thanks to GPS we found it. Boat rentals, air boat tours, tiki bar, restaurant all on site. Rooms were really clean, and modern.

Since we were traveling as a group it would be nice to have a place to sit and hang out – although the Blue Gator did allow for some of that when open
