Situated in Miramar Beach, this lovely house for $443 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. Miramar Beach Villa 107, Spacious 3 bedroom/3 bath, 3 story, beach style townhome. Pull up to your front door. No parking garages or elevators to manage. The first floor... Enter into this open floor plan townhome with a fully stocked kitchen and a living area big enough for a family to relax. The downstairs bedroom has a queen size bed and a 32" flat screen TV, a lovely patio in a wooded setting, and a gas grill. The second floor... You will find the spacious master suite with King bed, a 32"TV, and a large private bath with soaking tub. Enjoy the private deck just off of the master. The second bedroom has twin beds, a flat screen TV, a full bath, and a private balcony. The third floor... On the top level you will find a spacious sitting area, Perfect for the kids, with plenty of movies, games and books and a flat screen TV. Sit on the balcony off of this room and peek at the gulf across the street. The fireplace is not available to use. 12 Cup/K-pod Coffee Center Wireless Internet Included Keyless Lock (no keys to keep up with you go to the beach) 2 beach chairs and an umbrella provided in the unit for your use I go the extra mile to make sure you are comfortable. Plenty of pillows on each bed along with extra sheets if needed. Plenty of towels are provided. Extra paper towels, toilet paper, cleaning products, laundry detergent are provided. The only thing you need to bring is food and clothes and you are set. The pontoon boat is rented exclusively to our guests. The boat needs to be reserved at least 24 hours in advance. The boat launches out of the Fort Walton Beach Yacht Basin. Miramar Beach Villas. A fantastic location! A block to the south is the stunning Gulf of Mexico and all its treasures. The soft white sand is waiting for little fingers to make sandcastles and dig for shells while the soothing tides combined with a float create the most comfortable rocking chair you’ve ever sat in. Moreover, within a mile’s radius you’ll find outdoor malls, grocery stores and delicious restaurants. This Destin vacation destination is quite and serene. Scooters, mopeds, motorcycles, bikes, golf carts, and trailers of any kind are not permitted on the property. Absolutely NO TENTS or Canopies on the Beach *Private boardwalk to the beach across the street. *Community Pool with large deck and bathrooms. *Wooded grassy area behind each villa.

Plenty of towels, beach towels, bedding, beach umbrellas, 2 beach chairs, and a wagon was great to have! The location is amazing on a quiet street off the main road. We have stayed at this complex before and it’s just a short walk to the beach. My only complaint is the master bedroom mattress needs to be replaced as well as the living room furniture. Would definitely stay again if these things get replaced.

2 moms and 2 daughters. Enjoyed beach, eating drinking and playing games. Was able to spread out and get comfortable. Right across the street from beach, my 80 year old mom could walk. Would come back.

Nice property. Beautiful beaches. Lots of eating choices. Private beach access is the only way to go if you want to avoid crowds. Very nice place to stay with family!!

The place was just as described. Great location for long beach walks. We loved that it was exactly a mile one way to beignets and coffee, and one mile the other way to groceries. There were minor problems with the door combination but a phone call gave us immediate resolution. The furniture could have been cozier but was "fine". It would be nice to have better deck furniture, it was a little rough. All in all it was a good experience and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it.

Everything was just as stated, place was clean, had all the supplies needed for a few days on the beach. My kids and I appreciated the beach chairs, wagon and boogie boards that were available to use.

This was a wonderful house! Very clean with everything we needed. The biggest pros was the incredibly short walk to the beach (just right across the street) and the beds and pillows were so comfortable (maybe the most comfortable I have ever had in a rental)!

We had a nice relaxing stay at this location. There were six adults and we had more than enough room to vacation comfortably. There was plenty of space, towels and starter supplies (tissue, paper towels, trashbags). The beach was a short walk through the parking lot and across the street. We would stay at this location again!

The location to the beach was wonderful. The kitchen was perfect with a baby, and having the sleeping arrangements on multiple floors was perfect when traveling with our family. We contacted the property management the first night when the balcony door wasn’t locking, but they explained how to lock this hurricane style door. They were very responsive. The dining chairs were dated/stained but you could tell everything had been cleaned between stays. There was minimal dust, but it was very clean and we could even see the vacuum marks when we entered. Having the beach chairs and umbrella was an added bonus! The beach access across the street was very easy to navigate, and the public access down the street was perfect when we took the stroller.

Our stay was great! We had plenty of room and bathrooms for seven. Check in and check out couldn’t have been easier. We were a very short walk from the private beach and took full advantage of the beach chairs, umbrella and wagon. We would definitely go back.

The positives of this rental are that it is very close to the beach and very spacious. Sleeps 4 adults and 2-4 children (depending on if the kids mind the closet bunk beds); also a short walk through the parking lot and across the road to the beach. Things to know before you go are the steps are very steep, so anyone with mobility issues will need stay downstairs. We were there in March and the pool wasn’t heated. Also the two main bedroom balconies face the neighbors pool. We had the bad luck of having to hear the noisy neighbors rowdy pool parties from inside the bedrooms. Probably just depends on who is renting that neighboring house.

This property is located where it was just across the street from the beach. The property was well stocked with the most essential items, such as linens, kitchen utensils, and also the basic cleaning supplies. The one area which needs to be addressed is the replacement of the pots and pans. There were plenty of pots there but only 3 or 4 were useable. The rest needed to be replaced. Everything else in the townhouse certainly met my expectations, and the description of the place was accurate.
