About this house rental
Located in Cattaraugus, this lovely house for $309 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. As soon as you enter our home you will fall in love with the grace and charm of its custom built Craftsman style. There are pocket doors, leaded windows, a spindled staircase and a wrap around porch. In the living room you can relax in front of a flat screen HDTV in any one of our four recliners. Or if you prefer you could grab a book from a shelf and curl up in front of the gas fireplace. If you want to cook the kitchen is furnished with pots, pans and cooking utensils. There is also a dishwasher, microwave, coffeemaker, toaster, and blender(with food processor attachment). Don't forget to pack your laptop because there is Wi-Fi internet access. Each bedroom upstairs has its own unique features. There is a skylight to watch the star filled sky at night in one room and a cozy sitting room in another. Each bedroom has it's own bathroom. Queen size inflatable beds that will fit in any of the bedrooms upstairs or if need be the living room can be closed off for an extra sleeping space. Holiday Valley Resort well known for skiing in the winter and golf the rest of the year is 4 miles away just outside the village of Ellicottville. There you will find quaint shops and a wide range of restaurants. The Seneca Allegany Casino is located in Salamanca 9 miles from the house. Our home in Great Valley is centrally located to all the activities the area has to offer. Whether you ski, golf, hike, or love to shop you can make your stay anything you want it to be, from an energetic activity filled time to a cozy romantic getaway. Keywords: House

Plenty of land if you like yard games, beautiful view, plenty of spots to sleep especially if you bring air mattresses (house provided one too. Ubers were tough to find but I wouldn’t mind never leaving the house! All of my friends agreed this was a great place to stay.

Douglas was pretty attentive to our needs and a great host. The property is a great big house with lots of character. There was a bit of a 'smell' from the basement and from the downstairs washroom. Most of the group thought is was just old houses have smells, but I personally have a very sensitive nose. Our ski trip was a bust because the temperatures were way above freezing and snow was gone. If we weren't past our refund date I probably would have cancelled. In terms of the location, it is a bit remote with nothing around it. You do have to drive to the ski hill. If there is no skiing or tubing there isn't much else to do around this area. I can see if would be a pretty little town in the summer - bt you'd have to drive in to the town centre.

This property was above and beyond the expected. We have nothing but praise for the home and the hosts. Communication was quick and easy, information was perfect and the home is gorgeous.

We had a great weekend at this property! The house comfortably slept six adults, a baby, and the dogs. It has a big yard, and a park right across the street! The house was clean when we arrived, and had everything we needed in a house. The only (small) issue was that there was only air conditioning in the bedrooms-the downstairs got warm during the day as some days were close to 90 degrees! Overall, we were very pleased with our stay and Douglas was very accommodating!

I am originally from the area. The house was nostalgic, but also modern features. Coming from Florida, my grandchildren got to experience building a snowman & learning to ski. I would definitely rent again the next time we come there.

Fantastic Getaway
Beautiful home, great location! This home has any amenities you would need and is spacious, as well as convenient to local attractions. We would definitely stay here again in the future. The large wooden playground right across the street was an added bonus for the kids.

The house was great. Just the right amount of space for everyone. I loved that 3 of the bedrooms had their own attached bathrooms. Also, not to far from Holiday Valley which worked out for my kids who love to snowboard.

Holiday Valley ski trip
This property is about five miles easy drive to Holiday Valley. Douglas was a phenomenal person to communicate with, always available, anytime. The house met all our expectations with everything available that you could ever think of. Extra blankets, games, utensils, and anything else you could possibly think of. We will stay here again hopefully in the future and highly recommend.

We very much enjoyed our time away. The house was perfect for what we wanted - a clean, comfortable house that was convenient to other places. The owner was very gracious and easy to work with. Would definitely consider staying here again.

Perfect family ski weekend
This place is fantastic and the owner was very accommodating! Our family of 6 spent the weekend here skiing Holiday Valley. Woke up Saturday morning to 6 inches of fresh snow and there were 4 guys outside shoveling snow for us. This place is simply perfect and we will absolutely be returning next year!

This is a great place to stay with two families! Not a five-star hotel, but certainly accommodated all of the spacing issues. They do need to update a few things but we had a fun great stay!

Great vacation home
We had a wonderful time, the location was great for the wedding we had in Little Valley. All the beds were comfortable all the amenities were great , all you needed to bring was your food and drink. If we have the chance again we will definitely do come again. 5 *****

Charming Country Home
We enjoyed our stay at this venerable property which possesses a great deal of character. It was spacious and centrally located for the activities in the area. Our three year old was able play on the structure across the street and got to sit in a firetruck at the nearby fire station. Overall, our stay was great. The house shows some age in places, but nothing that negatively impacted our visit.

Family Confab
Grace Depot was our family home for over 30 years. We four siblings returned for the second year in 2019 and enjoyed it so much that we are planning on returning next year.
The owner is responsive and accomodating.

Great home for weekend getaway
My friends and I had a wonderful time at this house! It was very cozy, amenable, and close to Ellicottville and Holiday Valley. We loved hanging out in the living room and relaxing in front of the gas fireplace. Having a bathroom per bedroom made getting ready in the morning very easy. All in all, I can't recommend this house enough. We'd love to stay here again in the future!

Great for an Ellicotville getaway
We had a wonderful weekend at the Grace Depot Vacation home. It is very well maintained and has all the amenities but is an older home with some of the associated challenge; for example, showers need to be staggered so plan for that when everyone is getting ready at the same time. The kitchen was well stocked and we spent a lot of time around the cozy gas fireplace. We comfortably slept 9 (one chose to sleep on the couch - but an air mattress is provided for use if needed) and had 3 additional friends stop for the afternoon without feeling overly crowded. There was plenty of off street parking. If you have kids, there's a cute little park right across the street. There are considerate touches like stocked bookshelves in multiple rooms, and a chest with family games. We would happily book this house again, and we tend to be pretty picky.
