Locatia foarte aproape de centrul vechi si foarte compacta. Foarte curat si ca bonus o pisica foarte draguta de la un vecin de deasupra care venea catre poarta si statea la mangaiat.
Cazarea raspunde usor pa intrebarea ce facem azi. I mean este o harta a centrului vechi.
Asezarea in camera. Singurul care mi a displacut a fost oglinda din fata patului si faptul ca oglinda se privea in oglinda.

Studio a proximité de tout, tres bien situé, confortable, propre.
La douche est tres petite, je deconseille aux personnes obeses. Sinon tres bien.

very nice location, right in the city center
It’s an old building, I get that, but still it was unpleasant to feel the smell of mold.
if you’re coming by car to Brasov, keep in mind about the limited public parking spaces.

- The location is excellent, right next to Biserica Neagră. It was really easy for us to get to places by bus or on foot.
- The check-in process was simple enough via a website
- In general it was reasonably clean and nicely decorated
- It was nice and quiet at night
- A decent range of services were provided: small fridge, microwave, iron, hairdryer, 2 coat hangers, 2 sachets of shower gel, towels, small table with 2 chairs, dustpan and broom, heater and aircon (we couldn't find the AC remote though), TV, cutlery and plates (we only used the knife because there was nowhere to wash dishes)
- The bathroom was quite sub-par. It's uncomfortably long and narrow, especially the shower which would have to be less than a metre wide. The basin is very small and fitted with a rather oversized tap which is actually a shower tap. This combination means it's almost impossible to avoid spilling water everywhere, leading to the floor getting pretty dirty when we walked on it and we had nothing to clean it with. The toilet is also uncomfortably high, and there's little space to put towels, toothbrush, clothes, shaving items, etc.
- The draped fabric over the bed adds a nice touch, but it seems to be housing little spiders! We could see them through the fabric and found one or two on the walls.
- The bed was a little itchy, we're not sure why.
- The knife we used was dirty when we arrived, and as I mentioned there's no way to wash dishes except in the tiny bathroom basin, spilling water on the floor.
- We tried contacting the hosts twice (via Booking and WhatsApp), both times with no answer so far. The only contact we had with them was when they sent us their standard message about online check-in, and when they accepted our requested arrival time on Booking.
- This is a very minor issue, but we ran out of toilet paper and had to buy more (they only provided two rolls for 5 nights).
I would recommend this accommodation for those who value location and low prices above comfort and quality.
