Comfortable place to stay.

Good and clean apartment. Centrally located. Many supermarkets and restaurants near building. Worth the money.

2nd room was smaller than expected. Only one washroom for two bedrooms was inconvenient.

Great location but not sure I would stay in the this room again

Great location, great view and great host

Unfortunately the room is quite worn, much smaller than I thought it was going to be, beds were lumpy and hard, shower was only good for about 1 and half showers so with 4 people 2 of us having to shower cold.

wonderful

the facilities are good such as television with netflix, and free wifi, fortunately theres a minimarket and a restaurant near the apart, and also it has a beautiful city scenery 🥰

unfortunately, there was an accident when the door got locked by itself and theres no spare key available in the apart, also the mirror is only in the main bedroom, theres no dispenser, and the broom was hard to use 🥲

Overall would give it a 5/10 cause of good location. Rooms for improvement.

There's netflix and youtube available on the television and the beds are comfy. The aircon is very cooling and the kitchen is provided with cutleries, crockeries and tools for cooking.

There is only one bathroom in the whole apartment and it is in the master bedroom. If needed to use the bathroom at night, will be disturbing as opening the door is loud. There are stains on the bed sheets and the hanger is broken with weirdly plastic full with nails hanging on it. There's no tables in the bedroooms to put our stuffs like phones, keys, etc. The first 2 days the shower water heater was good until the 3rd day, it doesn't seem to be working and had to shower will cool water. They only provided body shampoo. There's no garbage bin in the kitchen, only can be found in the toilet. The room can be heard outside especially at night when everything is peaceful, we can hear doors opening and closing outside and vehicles zooming from outside.

Hôtel bien situé géographiquement.

Appartement proche de la ville et de jalan alor ''food street''. Petits magasins en bas de l'hôtel très pratique pour les premières nécessités surtout quand vous arrivez tard de votre voyage.

Le prix reste assez excessif pour KL bien qu'il soit situé stratégiquement et l'appartement n'est pas bien entretenu. Peu équipés en couverts. Salle de bain mal éclairée avec petit miroir. Remontée de très mauvaises odeurs venant des toilettes située dans la salle de bain durant toute la dernière semaine.

除了空调需要调整一下还有热水器也该调整一下。其余都还不错

我觉得把空调调整一下毕竟直接吹脸吹到很干然后弄到鼻子也敏感。还有那个热水器时好时坏。我本来挺期待淋浴的那个东西可惜它是坏的都用不了。这些必须改善一下。剩下的都很不错。只有冲凉/空调有点问题罢了。

Very good apartment with great facilities in the building.

Swimming pool. Room being clean. Host allowed for 2 extra hours of stay due to our flight time.

Narrow areas. Small dining table. Having damage money deposit upon arrival without any receipt.

Highly recommend due to it’s strategic location within BB

Host was very friendly and helpful whenever we needed help. The check in and check out was very straightforward too.

Kinda surprised that there only 1 trash bin and it’s in the bathroom, although there was 1 large bin outside the laundry area. AC was acting up as well.

I dont like it at all

The cupboard smell like someone pee at there, i dont know the mattress or what. Damages drying rack, like owner doest care of this unit. Wifi so slow, my kids cannot watching the tv, remote quiet hard to handle. No water filter like coway or cuckoo for this era? Really? Kitchen sink not suitable for the layout, splash the water everywhere. Gosh. Sorry am not staying for a second time 🙌a bit dirty i guess. Just a toilet clean and the owner using the cheap toilet paper that stick to ur skin

My stay in Kuala Lumpur trip became much more pleasant thanks to Robertson Apartment 💙

I’m extremely happy with this apartment! Great location in a nice neighborhood. There are supermarkets and nice places for breakfast around. I’m in love with the gym, dance hall and pool area. Host is very supportive and responds very quickly Pavillion and other shopping centers can be reached on foot in 15 minutes 🩵

Exceptional

Location. Near catholic church, near berjaya times square ( a bit of walking but yeah, still can be reached by foot). Near convenient stores. Downstairs has resto to choose from. Just across a hospital. Near pudu sentral. Security and safety is guaranteed. Staff are very accommodating and replies to all of the questions. Self check is also not a problem. It was easy. High speed internet. The bed were comfortable, working airconditioning unit. Amenities such as the pool was superb.

Overall it was good experience. It was just may be ut is how they build the room but it would be better if the bathroom is outside the main room.

I stay 4 days in there…and all everything’s is greats.👍

The apartment Robertson not offer about breakfast, but it no problem…cause beside of this property have 7 11 open 24h..and also have other Indian resto sell nasi lemak that is delicious….. The location is so strategic…easy go anywhere by walk. Alor street is just only 4 mins by walk and others place too. I recommended that Robertson apartment who want stay in bukit bintang. The owner by wowhome is fast respond too..👍👍👍 I will stay in again if go to Malaysia

Overall, the one night stay was a good experience to get everyone in the family together happily.

The unit is cosy & feel comfortable, everyone had an enjoyable stay

The extra mattress was not having the proper bed cover

Would definitely stay here again

Spacious, well-equipped apartment in a great location. The swimming pool was great and a welcome break from the heat. There are grocery and fruit stores downstairs, as well as a cafe. The monorail station is about a 10-minute walk away, as is Jalan Alor. Petaling Street market is also within walking distance. The LaLaport Bukit Bintang City Centre is also close and is another way to escape the heat and eat/drink/shop.

Great views, nice pool and good location

Nice and quiet apartment with great views to the city. Fluent check in and out. Easy communication (WA) with host who also sent all necessary information us in advance. We had once during our stay an isuue with the door lock and we got it solved very quickly. Location is really good, many retaurants and sihghts in walking distance. Pool area is clean, spacefull and nice. Great place to stay with kids too.

The apartment would need a proper cleaning due to some longterm dirt and dust.

Average flat, average service, great building and good location

Location Building is great Big master bedroom

Less than a few amenities: 3 glasses, 3 bowls, 2 spoons… it does not cost much and it really feels like saving money at every cost on this flat Bathroom located in the master room which is not ideal for the 2nd bedroom guests Had to insist to get the baby cot when we arrived despite it had been asked 3 weeks before: if the host forgot to put it before it’s ok, but when you write 2h before arriving to confirm about the baby cot and the host says it will arrive only on day 2 it’s not ok.

Well situated close to shops and restaurants

Very well situated. Easy auto check in and out. Close to shops, restaurants and not too far from KLCC. Nice pool. 24 H front door security. I recommend it.

A bottle of water in the fridge when arriving should be great.
