Molto delusa

L’appartamento è all’interno di un bellissimo residence, con la sorveglianza h24, magnifica piscina. Ottima posizione centrale.

L’appartamento ci è stato affittato per 4 ma arrivati i letti era 3 e il “futon” bob era altro che un materasso di 5 cm buttato per terra con coprimaterasso. Ho scritto più che mancava il lenzuolo ma sono stata ignorata, abbiamo usato un nostro asciugamano come lenzuolo. 3 bicchieri (di cui uno incrinato)…l’appartamento non è x 4! Se andate in due è perfetto. Se chiedi i soldi per 4 deve esserci tutto per 4!

Very Comfortable apartment with beautiful view

Location , facilities , comfortable room size and good beds. Very responsive staff. Most of all the beautiful view from the living room and bed room.You can sleep with the curtains opened and it provides such a breathtaking view of the twin towers and KL tower

Bathroom could be bit more cleaned and unfortunately the drier is malfunctioning and we ended up burning holes in some of our clothes. A sign to say not to use the drier would have helped.

Lomamatkan päätösyöt. Seuraavan kerran menemme hotelliin.

Sijainti oli hyvä keskeisiin nähtävyyksiin nähden.

Asunto oli yleisilmeeltään kulunut ja likainen. Tullessa pölyä oli lampuissa, seinien tauluissa, koristelasveissa paljon. Ne käytiin pyynnöstä siivoamassa. Seinät, ovet ja suihkuseinät kaipaisivat kunnos siivousta kädenjäljilstä. Joka paikassa vilisi pieniä ötököitä.

there has no key cards inside locker. sadly we need to wait for 30 minutes of host's key.

The bed mattress could be better. IT sinks in the middle. very hard to sleep well. THere has bell rang loudly in early 6am.

Facilities at the apartment and common facilities like nice pool, gym,etc.

Cleaness. Specially in the gym. No papers og disinfectors to wipe. Sweat all over the apparaters.

Great location. Very close to Jalan Alor. Main living area set up with extra bed to sleep 3ad2ch

Vouchers supplied were for Malay/Indian restaurant. Fine for my tastes but may not appeal to wider audience

Smell in room. Advised to pour water down bathroom drain. This should have been done prior to arrival. Host provided air freshener which assisted

Highly recommended

The host was superb and a lot of information was provided regarding the whole process of checking in / where's what / ... Great views from the room that was exactly as described. Even though the room is located in the South Tower with the somewhat boring rooftop garden, you also have access to the North Tower with the pool at the top (access via swimming pool level). A water filter is provided for your drinking water needs. The internet worked well.

The building management should consider implementing a maintainance scheme, because the corridors' walls were not in the best condition anymore compared to my last visit in 2019. The main pool could be a bit warmer.

The location. The pool end like 10PM.

The check out time. Bump with other customers at the lift area also wanted to use the same Lift. End up 50 minutes to get on the G floor after waiting to get in the lift. And the lift technology not really faster. The time of check out are too fast at 1100 am. Yes we need to pay more to get the extra hours but the basic payment its already high. Check out time not a customers friendly. Too early. The bathroom only one. Not so practical for big family. The guard security in pool area like to spit on the floor. Pretty disgusting.

We love the location , the view and the cleanliness of the unit.

Robertson Suites have different facilities agents a very confusing , hope the landlord will provide the tenants doors pin numbers a day before they'll arrive.

The information provided in advance to access the apt keys was great. The apt was good, well equipped, washer machine and wifi work perfect. The admin group was very helpful. Thanks!

Bad smell right in the lobby due to the building's sewer issue was very uncomfortable during the whole time we stayed there.

Basic apartment, not everything advertised seems to be available. would consider to be 2.5/3 star

the location was good, within 15 mins taxi to most places we wanted to goto. the hosts very helpful when questions came up and responses were relatively quick. They accommodated an early check in although we had to pay for it. the kids liked the large swimming pool.

The configuration of the rooms was not as expected and thus we had to share the sofa bed in the lounge which also looked dirty and did not have enough bedding until we requested it. We asked for the futon that was meant to be in one of the rooms and was sent a mattress to put on the floor. none of the games rooms were open and did not look equipped either, did not benefit from any children's activities and the Jacuzzi on the roof also was in maintenance the whole time we were there.

Breakfast was included but at restaurant’s was told to pay more.Asked for additional bed and was given mattress and was meant to sleep on floor.My son never stayed with us.

Excellent location to explore KL with fabulous views and pool areas. Rooms a little run down.

Pools and location are excellent. Fabulous food is within walking distance. Air conditioned rooms with comfortable beds and plenty of space for a family, with 2 bathrooms. Fantastic views from top floors. Washer / drier was useful. Water filter provided.

Towels were a little too thin and only 1 set provided so no towel for the pool Room was a little more run down than the images, particularly the bathroom. Bath soap / shampoo provided but would be great to have conditioner.

It has facilities! Security is a definite asset

Location to places is not so accessible by walking, but Grab Car around is convenient Unable to leave lugguage at conceige without paying. Paid for 5 pax, and one has to sleep on mattress on floor
