Excellent modern finishes inside the apartment and everything needed for an extended stay was on hand. We had a beautiful uninterrupted view of the Cathedral west facade. Central location is great for restaurants, shopping and the Exeter Quays. TVs in the lounge and bedroom worked well and lift to the second floor was a bonus when carrying luggage to the second floor.
The bedroom was hot and duvet seemed to be winter TOG rating which was uncomfortable in warm weather. A suitcase stand would have helped in the bedroom.
As an aside: finding entrances to car parks was a nightmare. When you find one, best advice is to use the RingGo app because other methods vary between car park locations. We accidentally drove down the main high street owing to an old satnav in our car, and unclear road signs. (We now expect a fine from the council but not the fault of the property provider of course!).

Absolutely fantastic location. Large and spacious property, well appointed. Easy to access, had a lift if you needed it and to help take luggage to top floor.
No soap or body wash provided, we had to go out and buy soap. The queen sized mattress had a double bottom sheet that didn’t fit properly, we had to go out and buy a kin sized fitted sheet. Nothing like a clothes airer to dry washing, as the dryer was a washer/dryer combo post that didn’t dry clothes properly.

Overall it is just a great appartement. Great location, comfortable.
Minor things: Kitchen appliances are difficult. Microwave is complicated and you need to read the book to make it work. The washing machine: we never managed to make it work. We sent a text to the staff but never got an answer.
