About this house rental
Nestled in Waldport, this attractive house for $517 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. This 2013 home has it all, sauna and hot tub, gourmet kitchen, elevator, morning and evening decks, two masters with ocean views, tv room, games galore, full wet bar with built-in mini-fridge in the great room, all built with accessibility in mind. There are two master bedrooms upstairs, one has a large wheel-in shower with three showerheads and wheel under bathroom counter. There is a huge gourmet kitchen with everything you will need to prepare fabulous meals including a 5x8' island with prep sink. There is everything a cook could want from high-quality pots and pans, two sets of dishes, many, many small appliances including an espresso maker and coffee grinder, and spices in the spice drawer. There is a gas BBQ on the deck off the kitchen too. You won't find a shortage of spatulas and specialty cooking items like a zester or garlic press. Everything for cooking great meals!! The beachside deck has cedar seating and two Adirondack chairs as well as a round 3-4 person hot tub overlooking the ocean. There is a cedar sauna on the first level for those that prefer that. There are 4 bedrooms. No futons or hide-a-beds in this house! This home was built to accommodate physically challenged individuals. We even have a beach wheelchair for guests to use. You won't find a more comfortable home. There is WiFi throughout the house and a 65 inch Smart TV in the theater room with a large, soft, and comfortable sectional with lounger. There are 42 inch smart TV's in both master bedrooms so you can check your email or watch TV in bed. A stereo in the great room with built-in speakers provides music throughout the upstairs. There is a notebook to play Pandora music already hooked up but if you prefer, bring your own tunes on your device and hook them up with the cable provided. There is also an Alexa device you can ask to play any type of music. Lyrics will show up on the screen!! The kitchen has granite countertops, 3 sinks, a pantry, plenty of storage, and many appliances to make your stay complete. There are bikes, boogie boards, kites, sand toys, beach chairs, skimboard, corn hole, and a crab cooker in the garage. An outdoor hot and cold shower makes coming in from the beach easy for the kids and pooches. There is a bin with a variety of dog shampoos, towels, toys, and blankets for the dogs. There is a portacrib and high chair to accommodate the very young as well as baby gates for the top of each stairway (indoor and outdoor). We even have a special “cupboard under the stairs” for the Harry Potter enthusiast. There is a community pool just 7 doors down the street that is open during the summer and available to renters for a small fee. Water is kept at a comfortable 85 degrees so it is nice even on cloudy days. There is a limit of 6 cars and trailers are not allowed..

This house had everything you could need! It was refreshing to stay in rental that had all of the little things that you don't think of until you get there (aluminum foil, ziplock bags, coffee creamer, condiments, crab cooker, kites, beach toys for the kids, huge movie selection, etc.). Beds were super comfy and the view was amazing. The layout is great and there's plenty of room to spread out with 8 people.
This was the nicest place we have stayed in Waldport and we would not hesitate to book again!

We rented this beach house for a three-generation Christmas get-together.
Inside: The elevator and no-step shower made it perfect for the grandparents. The young adults had the downstairs, which was perfect. We cooked a full-on Christmas dinner, and the kitchen had EVERYTHING we could possibly need. All the drawers are labeled so it easy to find things. The dining table seats at least eight, and the two living areas have plenty of comfortable seating. The ocean views are stunning from the entire top floor.
Outside: The location is fantastic, with a clear trail straight to the beach. Although we didn't use them, there are bikes available. We also enjoyed the sauna and hot tub after chilly walks on the beach.
I seriously cannot think of a single thing that wasn't perfect. The hosts have thought of everything to make your stay wonderful. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

This is the most beautiful house that I have ever stayed in. There is nothing that I would change and I can't wait to go back! My son uses a wheelchair and this house didn't have one part that he could not access. Having an elevator for him was absolutely priceless. It did rain the entire week but we didn't mind because there were so many games to play at the house, or cook in the well stocked kitchen followed by the hot tub. The decks that face the ocean have music coming through outdoor speakers and very comfortable deck chairs. The beds were so comfortable and the downstairs bathroom offers a sauna. The back porch goes right down to the path leading to the beach. The ducks vs. beavers cornhole game was so much fun and the downstairs TV is huge. The Alexa is on a swivel base and plays music and games very easily. My favorite house ever and Theresa could not have been any more helpful-She is really nice and AWESOME and so is this beautiful bay shore beach rental. Thank you!

This place has it all. Amazing views, wonderful amenities, and enough space to accommodate our family. The young adults had plenty of room downstairs while the older adults enjoyed the main floor. The hot tub was an added bonus. We had a great vacation and will definitely try to stay here again.

All the other reviews have said it all. This property is a 5/5, perfect beach retreat. We've stayed in homes all over the world since the very beginning of VRBO and this property was the best. They've truly thought of absolutely everything. We love to cook and this is the first property that is better stocked than our own house! The setting, the amenities, watching the ocean and hearing the waves crash along the shoreline, the music system, the comfortable beds, the sauna and hot tub,the accessibility for my aging parents and on and on, made this such a fantastic week. Can't recommend the "treehouse" enough. Thank you Theresa for letting us enjoy your beautiful property.

Our family has two members with mobility issues and we are so thankful to have found Theresa’s place. It has an elevator which one person and one wheelchair fit in which made it possible for both my Mom and Dad to access the house. So many details in house which help with accessibility and are great for anyone. We enjoyed Alexa! Theresa was helpful and quick to respond. I would recommend her to anyone!

This house is very accommodating for our four generational family vacation. The elevator is a must for our disabled parent. Lots to do for our Littles.
We would recommend maybe some new kitchen, dish cloths, and bath towels, as they did have an unpleasant odor to them even after washing them. I also would recommend wiping out the dresser drawers during the cleaning process.
We had a great time. This is our second time renting this home and we will come back!!!

We had an amazing few days at this beautiful beachfront home! The house was completely as advertised and then some. They supplied everything you could possible need in order to enjoy your stay. The setting was amazing and the home although large, still managed to be comfortable and cozy. We especially loved the ocean views from almost every window of the house. Our 95 year old mother particularly appreciated the elevator and thoroughly enjoyed the sand wheelchair. It was a memorable few days for us. Thank you Theresa, for being so accommodating and helpful! We will definitely book again and stay longer!

We love coming to a place that has all the amenities of our own home like granite counters, gas cook top,all the kitchen appliances… king bed, bidet.. plenty of space to stretch and relax…it was almost too big for just us 6!!! and loved the view and being at the beach!! And it snowed!!

This home was the best we have stayed. The stereo system was a huge favorite and the sauna was incredible. The view from the deck was perfect. The kitchen is now what my wife wants for our house. Everything was more than we could have imagined. We will definitely be coming back to this one.

Easily the nicest rental home we’ve ever stayed in. We always travel with our own kitchen gear - didn’t need any of it here - gourmet kitchen stocked with everything we needed. Tons of towels - not the usual two or three soggy dish towels of other rentals. Great view of the ocean and perfect little path to the beach - so much less crowded than previous stays further north. Dining table big enough for the six of us to eat on one end and work on a puzzle on the other end. Room for everyone downstairs for movie night. We all loved it and hope to return!!

We had a multigenerational vacation, from 96 years old to a one year old. This fabulous home fit the needs of everyone. Grandpa could sit on the deck, while the little kids played in the sand out back. The teenagers were able to walk out to the beach from the home, ride bikes, and had a fantastic time. This was by far the best home we have stayed in. Thank you for sharing your perfect home with us!

Of course the priority of our friend who was in the wheelchair was first and foremost the most important aspect of our trip. But this house fulfilled ALL of our needs and wants, from the ocean view to the kitchen and media room. We played games and drove down the coast to check out the scenery, which was of course breathtaking. We'd go again in a heartbeat. Our host was most gracious and she answered all our questions ahead of time.

Fantastic gourmet kitchen almost completely stocked except for the food.
April this year a bit to cold to really enjoy the beach, but will be going back to stay and go deep sea fishing and crabbing in Dopot Bay for $125.00.

This is an amazing family home. It has comfortable beds for all and plenty of well stocked bathrooms. The view is just gorgeous. The beach is right there within footsteps of the home. The kitchen is a dream to cook , eat or entertain a large family group with. The elevator and ADA roll in shower makes it easily accessible to all family members! It is the best home we have ever stayed at, bar none. I wouldn’t change a thing!

It was an excellent rental. Its ADA accommodations were accurate. So many places say they have them, but all that means is grab bars in the bathroom. Unfortunately, the weather was rainy and windy, and we did not get to try out the beach wheelchair. We would definitely rent this property again.
