Situated in Saint Helena, this lovely house for $1,054 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. Welcome to our beautifully refreshed home with newly updated rooms. After hosting for 12 years, we closed in order to complete these renovations. Happily we open are again. We are proud to be have provided top vacation rental experiences in the famed Napa Valley wine country. Saint Helena Short-term Vacation Rental Permit No. PL22-020. This modern home, located down a country lane (4 blocks from downtown) is located in St. Helena, the "Heart of the Napa Valley". You will be a short walk or drive from dozens of vineyards, wineries, restaurants and exquisite shops. The year around beauty associated with the wine industry surrounds our property in every direction. Our home easily accommodates 6 people, having 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on 2 floors. The first floor bedrooms share a bath. The second floor bedroom has its own bathroom; also sharing a wonderful space (55" TV) in the suite's open loft. This property is great for gatherings for family/friend reunions, special birthdays, as well as business meetings. Several unique outdoor areas invite enjoying that great bottle of wine. In the living room, gather around the grand piano; and/or enjoy the more casual kitchen/ dining area that comfortably seats six guests. Find inside as well as outside, peaceful secluded areas to retreat to and recharge. In the beautifully landscaped outdoor areas there are spaces for dining, barbecuing & relaxing. All beds have 100% cotton linens, feather comforters and pillows with 100% cotton towel sets stored adjacent to the beds, and extras in the laundry room. One first floor bedroom has a queen bed, adjacent to a Jack and Jill bathroom with a tiled shower. The other 1st floor bedroom has a king bed. The airy, vaulted-ceiling 2nd floor bedroom has a king bed and another bathroom. Step out and stargaze from the covered, intimate deck, off of the second floor hall past the loft area. The sunny kitchen/dining area has been recently remodeled to open up and enhance guests gathering around the beautiful granite topped peninsula separating the 2 areas. Kitchen fixtures include a Thermadore gas range, Shaw sink. refrigerator with cube & crushed ice/ filtered water dispenser and wood counters. A 2nd TV is in the bookcase. The house features stained concrete floors, galvanized metal finishes, stucco, rustic wood beams, re-purposed barn doors and windows, and antiques. Furnishings include a beautifully restored bamboo living room set, as well as pieces that have been passed down through several generations. The clubby dining area and loft have smart TVs. The house is air-conditioned; with additional ceiling fans on the 2nd floor. Additionally in the open 2nd floor loft there is a spacious chaise lounge and TV. There is Wi-Fi throughout the property. The first floor laundry room has a complimentary washer and dryer. On site parking is available for 2 cars.

This house is the perfect location and walking distance to downtown Saint Helena. The house was really nice, had great areas to sit around and chat and the neighborhood is very quiet. There are great restaurants and plenty of shopping nearby. The house was clean, easy to get to and the owners or easy to get a hold of. We had no problems and we highly recommend this home. We will definitely be staying here again. Thank you

Great location a few blocks from downtown St. Helena. Maybe a little further away than we would normally stay but still completely walkable and in a quiet residential area. The layout of the house was not open concept but was very clean and well equipped. Beds were comfortable as well. The outdoor area looked nice and peaceful but we honestly didn’t spend too much time at the house. Check in was seamless and communication with the owner was immediate. We would stay here again.

Fabulous home
Beautiful property centrally loved in Napa valley. Hosts were very responsive when there was some confusion on my part with Wi-Fi. Would definitely recommend this property, On our last night we discovered a great restaurant within walking distance:Goose & Gander. Downstairs is a cool gastropub—loved it!

Great location! Lovely out door space. The place could have used a candle or too and some extra dusting. Beds were okay, lounging wasn’t the most comfortable but we spent most of our time out anyway. Overall, good experience !

Get-away Napa weekend
First time using Vrbo, so was a little hesitant about the whole process. Found the process to be easy and the property to be everything it was represented to be, perhaps more. I had two issues, but would still give it a five star recommendation. We requested an early check-in since we arrived in St Helena around noon and didn't want to leave the wine we had brought in a hot car while having lunch. The owners were not at all receptive to this, which I found a little disconcerting considering the price we were paying. Secondly, there was not hot water when we got there. I contacted the owner who was extremely apologetic and drove up from San Francisco the following morning to make sure the situation was taken care of. I understand things like this happen, and again, was impressed with the way in which they handled it. In spite of those minor issues, I would highly recommend it. I was especially impressed with the outdoor areas and ability to sit outside and have a glass of wine and feel like you were totally removed from civilization.

This house is exactly as described and is a short walk to the shops and restaurants in downtown St. Helena. Owners were very easy to work with and check-in and check-out process was superb. Would highly recommend.

Great getaway to start my 50's!
We enjoyed our stay in St. Helena very much! House is super fun and the yard around it is very cool and enjoyable. It is walking distance to restaurants, coffee shops, shopping, etc. We walked to Goose and Gander for dinner one night and drinks another and loved it! Definately would recommend for a couples and friends to enjoy!

The house location is great and the air conditioner worked very well. The outdoor spaces were good, but were very hot during the day and would have been uncomfortable if the owners were staying in the cottage on the property.
We wanted to watch the Olympics, and unfortunately the living room furniture is very uncomfortable. Thankfully the king size beds have great mattresses. The rental also has a good washing machine and drier.
Overall, the house worked, but was just ok. It is very tight, and highly priced for the value compared to our previous rentals.

Spectacular property in the most amazing neighborhood. Easy walking distance to downtown shops and eatery. Shampoo/condition and body wash was included. Which is amazing when traveling from out of state. Kitchen was well equipped. Outdoor area was as charming as ever.

Perfect base of Operation for a Napa Valley Vacation
We were a group of 7 adults interested in a quiet Napa Valley getaway. This house located in the heart of St Helena worked out very nicely for us.
2 bedrooms + a loft bedroom, 2 full bathrooms in the main house and a separate cottage with bedroom bathroom. The property is very unique architecturally speaking along with the other homes in this secluded development.
Quiet and private yards with plenty of places to lounge, nice trees and landscaping.
5 minute walk to Main Street St Helena, coffee shops, restaurants, bars and shopping including wine tasting rooms. Very near to well known wineries, The Culinary Institute of America and the heart of Napa Valley.

The “hideaway” made our Thanksgiving gathering for 8 people, a wonderful experience. Short drive to great wineries & walkable for shopping and dining. Warm, comfortable furnishings for evening games, music & movies.

Great Location
As stated in previous reviews, this is a great location. Easy walk to stores and restaurants. Outside area is nice for gathering around. There is lots of furniture in the house and lighting is poor. There was a problem with the electricity in the cottage bathroom and floor lamps had to be used. Beds are very comfortable but the neighborhood dogs had us up at 4:30 AM, which of course, is not the owners issue. We did enjoy our stay and loved the town of St. Helena.
