Great christmas week vacation spot for grandparents, siblings, and nieces and nephews. Plenty of space for everyone. House was actually even nicer than the pictures on vrbo, which were nice to begin with. Right in the middle of st helena vineyards. The dining table only sat 8 so we brought a small folding table and chairs to fit all 12 of us, which worked just fine. Plenty of dishes, pots, pans, etc., to cook large family meals, or hit up one of the many great restaurants in st helena. Good hiking/walking, shopping and meandering abounds.

Overall, very pleased. The Keurig did not work, so coffee runs were made. While the book said, there was an electronic wine opener on the counter, we saw none. We tried to show some old DVDs from the family video collection upstairs on the DVD player, but we could not get it to work. It said check cable or audio connection which we did but we were never able to get the DVD to show. And just FYI, the alarm was not on when we arrived.

We were a large group of friends, and the house was perfect for a large group of couples with plenty of bathrooms and bedrooms. The location was ideal, walking distance to downtown St Helena.

This property was perfect for 8 adults for a family get away to Napa Valley. Each couple had their own bedroom suite. The commons and outdoor space was great for gathering and preparing meals. Excellent location in St. Helena, close to vineyards, shopping and great restaurants (walkable). Todd was very responsive!

The house was very clean and the communication/process was good. The house was a bit dated and the house is showing some wear and tear, but it works well for larger groups that needs space. We had a one question and the owner responded quickly. The check in/out process we easy and communicated well.

We stayed with a large group of family members and were blown away by the property. The pictures just don’t capture how beautiful the house and grounds are. From the mid-century exterior, the well-appointed interior and even the grape vines growing out front, this was beyond our expectations. The location is perfect, with any easy walk to downtown. Everything went smoothly and we appreciated the opportunity to stay at such a gem of a house!

Rented this home with 7 family members. It was great we all had a bedroom the kitchen has a large island with a family room next to it which was perfect for always staying close to visit. Love that Main Street or downtown is only a 15 minute walk. Truly liked our stay.

We were in St. Helena for a wedding and needed a place that would provide a place for family members to stay and have plenty of room for everyone. This house couldn't have been more perfect! It is a short walk to downtown St. Helena and a short drive to many surrounding wineries. The house is beautifully decorated and each bedroom is spacious. I highly recommend staying here on your next visit to St. Helena!

The house is comfortable, beautiful, and quiet. It's close to the many shops of downtown St. Helena, but you feel miles away from it when inside the home. The check-in process was easy, and the manager was quick to respond to any question or concern I had thought the booking process/stay. I'd highly recommend.

Property location is excellent for Winery & Restaurants in Napa Valley. Plus’s include, High end appliances in kitchen, individual A/C controls in each Bedroom or Rooms of Home. Minus include, Wi-Fi only in kitchen & Dining area none in Bedrooms; need WiFi extenders installed! Owner is currently storing building supplies, etc. in side yard obstructing air flow to central A/C units & limiting the output & efficiency of each. Home has old dirty or stained carpeting or throw rugs throughout. One Bedroom has 3 x 6 water or worse stained carpet leading from bedroom into bathroom. Walls need paint along with repairs to holes in Sheetrock or plaster. Fireplace Fan bearings are worn-out, makes loud screeching sound when in-use & after unit is shut-off during cool down phase. Home Needs Refurbishing.

We thoroughly enjoyed our family's stay here. There were 8 of us and we used 5 bedrooms which all had en suite bathrooms. The front two ground floor bedrooms are massive suites. The neighborhood is quiet and a fairly easy walk to town, Model Bakery, groceries, etc. The house was very clean and everything worked, especially the high end kitchen appliances we used for a family dinner. The touch screens throughout the house for hvac and well labeled light switches were convenient. While the very specific interior finishes and furnishings shown in the listing are accurate, the house is actually much lighter and brighter than the listing photos show. The front yard (and rear side yard) has a small vineyard which is very charming. Overall, excellent stay. Thanks!

St Helena is my favorite town in the Napa Valley, so it was an easy choice when we were trying to decide where to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary. We wanted to celebrate with friends…6 couples….so this home sounded perfect. And it was! Todd was great, and the check in was seamless. The house was nothing short of AMAZING! The PERFECT house for bringing a large group together. We brought in a chef who prepared an amazing dinner. The kitchen is well equipped and lacked of nothing. LOTS of room for everyone yet cozy places were everywhere for privacy too. Set in the middle of a vineyard, with gorgeous patio area only made a large home even bigger! If I could give 10 stars I would. Only negative part of our stay was we had to leave!!

We loved our stay here- I echo everyone else’s review sentiments that it is more spacious and beautiful than the pictures made it out to be. It was lovely to walk into St Helena every morning and get pastries from model bakery. We were 10 adults and it fit us perfectly. There was also plenty of bathrooms which can be an issue with VRBOs of this size.

A small group of friends and I planned a wine weekend in St. Helena/Napa. This house is phenomenal. It felt like an extension of the wineries we visited - well appointed, quirky, comfortable, clean, and luxurious. The owners keep very clear instructions for checking in, staying, and checking out. This made staying there effortless and extremely comfortable. I could not have happened on a more perfect place to stay! I would LOVE to book this property again!

Came to Napa with a 5 couple group. The house was perfect for us! The location (right off Main St in St Helena/Hwy29) was awesome. The kitchen/living area was the perfect size to accommodate all of us in our game playing and karaoke fun evenings. Will definitely look to book again when returning with larger groups.
