Nestled in Fort Pierce, this lovely condo for $110 per night is a great choice for your next trip. This 1-bedroom Ocean Villa lies just off the first hole at Ocean Village. Ground floor condo in a three story building. A short distance to the ocean and Main Pool. Tile throughout and many wonderful upgrades to make your vacation comfortable. California king bed in the bed room and a pull out queen size couch. Two flat panel televisions. This unit is furnished with a living room sleeper sofa and balcony that has been built-out with square footage added to living room. Sit in your living room with sliding doors open and soak up the fresh season evening sky while watching golfers putting at the 1st green. Enjoy your favorite wine or cool cocktail in hand adds to the enjoyment. Don't miss out this condo will rent quickly. This condo has WiFi and Flat screen TV in Living Room and Bedroom. Ocean Village is a gated community with 24/7 protection. The resort features 5 swimming pools (heated in winter), 10 tennis courts, and a 9-hole, par-27 executive golf course (longest hole 175 yards - shortest hole 70 yards) which is free in the Off-Season and has a $8 green fee from about Dec 20 thru a week after Easter. The resort also has its own 4-Star restaurant which is located next to the largest of the 5 swimming pools. Also featured next to the pool is a pool-side Tiki Bar which is open for food and drinks about 4 or 5 days a week depending on the weather, a 'kiddie pool' for small children, a hot-tub, a Bocce court, and an exercise room with sauna and shower facilities. Please note that the main pool is currently under construction with an anticipated opening date in 2024, there are other pools on the property that are still open and able to be used. We loved this property. Our view was of the golf course and the beach a few steps away. The condo was the perfect size for the two of us. Wayne was very responsive to any concerns and questions we had. We are coming back next year.

The complex is behind a gated entrance but the check-in directions were perfect. The room was just as described and comfortable for our short stay. The kitchen has all the dishes you'll need and a coffee pot. There are lots of amenities around the complex that we didn't get to explore because of our short stay and the weather. But we did walk the beach and collected shells between rain showers and enjoyed the pool. We also ate at the restaurant on site and it was great, good variety and priced right for a family meal. Room view is the golf course. We did a load of laundry which was nice instead of driving home with wet stuff. Wish we could have stayed longer because there was still lots we didn't get to explore in the area. We were here the last weekend of July and it was not busy or 'touristy' at all. Owners directions were great, easy to follow and he texted to check on us too. Would stay again!

Condo was clean, and everything was in working order. Check-in process was smooth. The neighborhood is immaculate. Lots of amenities!! My husband loved the 9 hole golf course. We loved the 1st floor condo. Fort Pierce is a hidden gem! We had a great vacation. Steve and Maria

Everything was just the way you want it to be when you go on vacation. The owner was available, if needed, & the condo was clean, comfortable, & fully equipped with everything necessary for relaxation & fun. We have stayed in other Ocean Villages condos & this one was perfect. John & Linda

We found the perfect place to run to when Hurricane Ian was coming at us on the other coast. We felt safe and secure at this condo. Wayne was at the ready for anything we needed. I just wish we could of enjoyed the amenities, but packed in hurry to get out. Would love to come back and relax!!! Really enjoyed our stay.

Property was not clean- 1 garbage bad- no toilet paper- hair and large blood stain on sheets and mattress pad. Had to shop for and do major cleaning/ washing.

The property was good unfortunately it's hard to predict the weather and therefore did not get to enjoy all the amenities. Great to have extra room then hotel having a teenage daughter. I would stay again. He is easy to work with and made vacationing stress free

This condo was the perfect setup for my husband and our two teenage boys. The kitchen was fully equipped for cooking and Wayne responded quickly to my questions. The binder has everything you need to know and check-in instructions were on point. One trip to the market and we were planted on the beach the whole time. Beach chairs, beach towels and umbrella were included. Perfectly situated. Love this area and plan to return again!

I loved this place. I’ve been to Ocean Village before but never this condo section. The owner’s place was updated and perfect for what we wanted. Great location, nice beach, excellent restaurant in OV, everything we wanted!
