This is a breathtakingly beautiful 3 bedroom, 3 full bathroom direct oceanfront residence in North Myrtle Beach's premier oceanfront high rise - The Mar Vista Grande. Spend your mornings watching the dolphins play in the beautiful Atlantic Ocean from the spacious balcony! This light, bright, and airy Club Floor Level unit has many upgrades, including recently updated cabinets throughout, granite countertops, stainless steel kitchen appliances, a fireplace, wood look ceramic tile floors, crown molding and nine foot ceilings, granite vanity in master bath along with an oversized glass shower with jetted tub in the master bathroom. Sit back, relax and enjoy the 65” Smart TV with DVR in the living room, the 50” Smart TV in the Master Bedroom, 40” Smart TV in Bedroom #2 and 65” Smart TV in Bedroom #3, all connected to a dedicated WI-FI signal in the condo! We updated the kitchen and bath cabinets in Winter of 2023 along with new lighting throughout, along with new kitchen appliances Simply put, you will not find a nicer condo in the building. A fantastic array of amenities are located around the property at Mar Vista Grande. Soak up the sun at the outdoor pool and lazy river area, complete with plenty of lounge seating. Cloudy or cooler days are perfect for the large indoor covered pool area. There are Jacuzzis and a kiddie pool is also available. Grab a frosty beverage from "The Hut" Tiki Bar, the focal point of the outdoor pool area and dip your toes in the warm sand. If you're in the mood to be pampered, check out the full-service spa, offering beauty treatments and massages. There's even a kids club program offering fun activities for the little ones you bring on vacation! Full access is available to all three beds and baths, as well as the pools, hot tubs, and gym. North Myrtle Beach is a completely different municipality from Myrtle Beach and is a family friendly environment. Mar Vista is my favorite place to stay: gorgeous views, pool, tiki bar, instant beach access. We’ve stayed many times. This condo was our favorite. Updated, modern and clean. The price was more than we’ve paid for others but worth it for the extra updates and newer decor.

Condo was well appointed but was missing an iron board. Reached out to the property manager and one was supplied the next day. The ocean view and property amenities were awesome. Our only complaint would be that the condo had a “smart” thermostat that was obviously controlled via an app by either the owners or the management company. We we’re limited to the temperatures we could set it at. For the price paid to stay at this condo, we should have been able to set the thermostat at our desired temperature.

Thanks to our hosts for a lovely stay! We rent at MVG annually and have tried several condos, and this is definitely the unit we would want to return to! It's spacious, beautifully updated with tasteful neutral decor, comfortable and clean bedding and pillows, great outdoor furniture, the property management team is highly responsive, and it's well-appointed with kitchen amenities. We unfortunately had rotten weather the entire time but thankfully there is plenty to do in the building with the games provided in the condo, awesome balcony, gym, indoor pool/hot tub and bar area. It's a quick walk to Main Street for restaurants, shops and night life. Travelers will want to bring a few items like laundry pods, beach towels (chairs can be rented on the beach), and your own toiletries, but otherwise this spot has everything you need to hit your vacation running. Thanks again, and we will probably see ya next year! :)

Everything was beautiful nice and clean! The only issue we had were not enough cooking pans for kitchen and the guest bathroom that is separate from rooms had to be manually flushed be a use the flusher was not working.

Only issue we had was floors in unit were very dirty. Had to wear socks or bottoms of your feet turned black. At checkout we notified rental contacts so we would assume that issue would be taken care of immediately. Pool was very small for a complex this size.

We enjoyed our stay! Spent a quiet week away after beating Covid in November. Our family stayed in most of the time, and the condo was perfect. Kids loved the indoor pool. The master bedroom bed was a challenge for my short wife, but we made it. Only issue was parking because of renovations but that is not the owners fault...although I would suggest that he mention that owners park their golf carts away from the elevators. Very frustrating to see spaces near the elevators taken by covered golf carts. Again, not this owners fault. The condo had everything we needed. We will be back.
