Driving up to this elevated property you will pass the golf course as you approach the base of Red Mountain. This property is Beautiful!! Soaring 10 foot high flat ceilings and natural wood doors and an open floorplan give this property a rich and elegant appeal. Close to really great restaurants and hiking, biking trails and the Salt River for all kinds of recreation! This is a split 3 bedroom 2 bathroom. The sleeping arrangement is 2 King size beds, 1 Queen size bed. It is 1600 sqft single level Mountain and city light views, private rear yard. Free WiFi, Free Wireless Internet This gorgeous community is located on elevated ground at the base of a mountain which is rare in the Phoenix area. Sleeping arrangement: 1 King Master Bedroom 1 Queen 2nd Bedroom 1 King 3rd Bedroom This home is located in Red Mountain Ranch which is a master planned community in NE Mesa just off the 202 freeway. Located across from Red Mountain Ranch Country Club. (A semi-private Golf Course, there are public tee times) It features all of the amenities of a country club with an award winning golf course, country club with restaurant and bar, fitness center, tennis and pickle ball courts, junior Olympic pool and spa. The country club is open to the public so you have the option to join. There are various levels of membership. The best short term option is a Pickleball Family Membership...$125 sign up plus $88/month. Member must be present with family or guests. It Includes access to tennis and pickle ball courts as well as the junior Olympic 75 foot heated lap pool and spa. Other memberships are available; you can find details on the Red Mountain Ranch Country Club website. A brochure can be emailed upon request. In an effort to be good neighbors, we want to keep the noise and traffic to a minimum. We have additional rules below. We do make exceptions to these rules on a case by case basis. Quiet Hours are 10pm - 7am (no one is allowed outside front or back during this time) Groups of all adults under 50 years old MAY not be accepted. Travelers without reviews MAY not be accepted. Primary guests under 40 years old MAY not be accepted. Bookings less than 7 days in advance MAY not be accepted. Guests booking under someone else's account MAY not be accepted. Guests paying with someone else's card MAY not be accepted. No parking on the driveway or street parking at all times. The two car garage is available and overflow parking is located just outside the gate within a very short walk. There is a limit of 6 people (adults and children combined) allowed at the community pool. No events allowed like birthday parties, wedding dinners, reunions etc. Mid stay cleanings are required on all reservations over 15 days in order to lessen the volume of cleaning required at check out. Additional visitors are limited. Guests staying and visitors cannot exceed 8 adults at any time.

Great location, right next to club house and fitness center. Very convenient for shopping, dining, freeway access and getting around the metro area. Felt very comfortable and safe staying here. We would recommend to others planning a stay in Mesa.

This home was rather dark and dated. There was no comfortable seating anywhere. The patio was nice however the lounge chairs were hard plastic. Not comfortable at all. The outdoor grill was rusty and dirty and when I complained I was told to send a picture . We had to buy a grill mat to use it. The swimming pool was nice and not useable . It was not heated and no were was that mentioned in the ad. This home would be okay at the $200.00 rate . We paid over $400.00 per night. Overall it was disappointing.

This is the fourth time that we have rented this property. We love it and will continue to return here as long as the property is available. The addition of the gate to the backyard was a welcome feature. It was nice to allow the dog to go outside without worry of her leaving the yard! Thank you for installing it!

My Husband, my Sister and I absolutely loved staying at our beautiful one level, 3 bedroom and very spacious townhome in Red Mountain Ranch. We are all Senior Citizens and came to the Mesa/Scottsdale area to celebrate our brother’s birthday. This property was in excellent condition and very clean. The property management team were very easy to communicate with if we had questions. We are looking forward to staying at this property again!!! Thank you for making our stay very enjoyable. This is a beautiful property. Secluded enough for peace and quiet, but close enough to have easy access to anywhere in the valley. We loved our time here and will definitely be back.

If you are looking for a perfect spot to stay in the Mesa area; this is it! Immediately upon arriving we felt at home, comfortable and settled in. We found the home to be spacious, yet cozy with bedrooms that were exceptionally comfortable as well as beautiful. The home is very clean and well taken care of. The location is amazing as we enjoyed the views and the many delicious restaurants within 5 minutes. A great place to stay and a great week we had! We will definitely be back!

Such a pleasant home in a nice neighborhood. We were all appreciative of the cleanliness of the house. We especially enjoyed the back patio which is shaded most of the morning and evening and has nice lighting at night. The listing should mention that there is only room for parking one car on the property, though the additional parking was quite convenient on a quiet side street near the house. It was a lovely home that with a reasonable price; I would definitely stay there again!
