About this house rental
Nestled in Vineyard Haven, this lovely house for $467 per night is a great choice for your next trip. Enjoy a relaxing vacation in a charming vineyard two bedroom two bathroom home. Located a short walk to downtown Vineyard Haven, Owen Little Way beach, and a quick bike ride (1 Mile) to Tashmoo beach, this house is perfect for a small family or two couples. The home is two levels with both bedrooms and a full bathroom located on the second floor. The bedrooms of equal size offer a California king one and a queen and one single in the other. Bedrooms have pillow top mattresses, ample closet space. All windows in the house were replaced in 2017 and the bedroom windows were doubled in size. Central air conditioning installed in 2023. Downstairs is an open living area with new over-sized sectional sofa (new spring 2022) and two over-sized arm chairs that sit in a light flooded room. There is a 40in LED TV mounted to the wall with cable/DVD and wireless internet. A full bathroom is located downstairs. The open kitchen/dining area is well equipped to entertain with seating at the dinning room table for 8 (new table a chairs 2021), the kitchen counter has an additional three stools perfect for a quick breakfast. There is a small entry way with plenty of closet storage and an over-sized LG washer/dryer. The entire home has new golden bamboo hardwood floors. There is an in wall speaker system offering blue tooth connection and volume controls in each room downstairs. Off the kitchen is a nice sized deck with outdoor seating including table chairs and a large umbrella to keep cool on a hot summer day. Located off of the deck is an outdoor shower with a large rainfall shower head. The property has a large horseshoe driveway with plenty of parking and ample lawn space. There are extensive gardens with flowers that bloom all season long. An irrigation system will keep the lawn and gardens looking great. The house includes 4 beach chairs and a beach cooler. The home is well maintained and clean, a perfect place to spend a relaxing vacation on Martha's Vineyard. FYI- Linens and towels are supplied. Beds will be made with clean linens. Renters will be responsible to laundering all linens and towels prior to departure. Cleaners will make the beds. The house has a large volume washer and dryer.

Very clean, attractive, well-located, pet-friendly, well-equipped. Good walking opportunities for our dog. Negatives—uncomfortable and very high memory foam mattress in primary bedroom, no railings on stairs, no grab bars in slippery showers, and an extremely low sofa in living room all make this difficult for seniors or anyone with balance or mobility issues, even minor ones. All in all, we had a nice time, but it was not comfortable for us.

My husband and I stayed at this home on two separate occasions this summer. The location is perfect. The neighborhood is great for walking and the home is minutes to local beaches and Main St Vineyard Haven. The house was the perfect size for us. It was very clean and had all the amenities we needed for our relaxing stay on the Island. The landscaping is stunning and we loved relaxing on the deck with our coffees in the morning. We were sad to leave. The owners were great to work with, very friendly and responsive!

Was even nicer in person than photos. Perfect for a family of four (or could do five). Our two teenage boys loved being able to walk to town on their own, and to fishing spots. Loved the backyard and deck. New furniture and fire pit made it a great outside spot to hang. The kitchen had everything we needed and more. Well stocked with cookware, dishes, towels, etc. The AC was a nice added benefit for sleeping. Corey was a thoughtful and easy host to work with. The house looks exactly like it’s shown online. The gardens are gorgeous too!

My sisters and I did a girls trip to Martha’s Vineyard and had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful property! From very first booking, the property owner Corey was fantastic with his communication and even recommended some great spots since this was our first time on the island. Upon arrival we were greeted by a welcoming yard full of beautiful flowers and soft grass. The home itself was very clean, well maintained and inviting with plenty of spots to cozy up or eat a meal. We immediately felt right at home! The location was also perfect for us. Situated less than a mile from Vineyard Haven’s Main Street we were very close to coffee, shops and restaurants. We enjoyed the slightly less busy feel of Vineyard Haven, but we’re also perfectly situated near Oak Bluffs and Edgartown so nothing was more than a short drive away.
Staying here truly added to the enjoyment of our trip and I’d recommend the property to anyone considering. I know we’ll definitely be back!

The house was very clean and well maintained. The landscaping is beautiful and a great view while enjoying the deck. We only had a couple of days to get away this month and this property was perfect for us and our dog. We didn’t want to leave. It was so enjoyable that we decided to come back to the same house for a week at the beginning of September.

Our family absolutely adored this home. It was spotless and very comfortable. The host had thought of everything that a family could need. We didn’t bother renting a car for most of the trip and were able to find plenty to do within walking or biking distance. There’s a bus stop right at the corner (bus doesn’t come often, just be aware and plan accordingly) if you wanted to check out the neighboring towns. We wished we could stay the whole summer here.

We thought the home was nice. Good location. But the expectations set on us to wash, dry and fold linens and then put linens away before a 10 am check out was ridiculous. The fact that we had to get up early on our vacation to do cleaning was unreasonable. We have never experienced this requirement over many years using vacation rental homes. The listing and messages from owner on check out time was not consistent. Read all information carefully before booking.

I stayed at Corey’s place in Vineyard Haven over Memorial Day Weekend with my husband, two young children, and our dog. It is a gem!! The house is in a residential neighborhood and is a short walk (15-20 mins) to Tisbury Town Beach and the downtown Vineyard Haven shops. The house is meticulously clean. There is an outdoor shower which we enjoyed using after the beach. We were very comfortable the entire stay. We brought our car to the island and happy we did so. This allowed us to explore the entire Island. Our favorite beach was South Beach, but you would need a car to get to it. Corey was very responsive and is a great host. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Corey’s property was truly beautiful and comfortable. My husband, parents, myself and our baby stayed the week and the house was perfect. We know the island well and felt it was close enough to all major amenities but tucked away in a quaint neighborhood to escape the hustle and bustle. The home was so clean and the beds were so comfortable. Our dog being able to come with us made it that much more enjoyable. We can’t say enough good things about this property and hope to stay here again in the future.

The home is lovely and the landscaping beautiful! The kitchen is well-stocked - we would have cooked in more but it was too hot! We were very grateful for the AC in the bedrooms but would have preferred it throughout the house. We had a heat wave while we were there! Our candlelit dinner on the deck was very special and we loved the outdoor shower. We were grateful for the pet friendliness and our dogs “loved” the feathered visitors😊 Cory was available whenever needed and was a very attentive host. We had a lovely stay!

This house met all our needs as a family of 4. We have two children (under 10), so the bed situation was great. The house was clean and easy to find. The location was close to Vineyard Haven and made it easy to get anywhere on the island. The communication with the owner was clear and prompt. We had no issues.

Corey’s rental was awesome! Fantastic location that made it easy to get in and out of all towns. The beds were the best we ever experienced at a rental, and the shower pressure in the upstairs bedroom made you think you were at a spa. In fact, after the first shower we googled the product and instantly bought it! The only thing missing was an ac unit on the first floor. Most days it didn’t matter because the ample windows made the first floor comfortable. However, on a hot day the first floor became overwhelming for much of the afternoon. We loved how we could bring our dog. Many dog friendly rentals have cheap furniture or handmedowns. We were so HAPPY that Corey’s rental did not sacrifice style or comfort on account of allowing pets. Our family would be sure to return!
