This condo was the perfect place for our girls trip! It was clean, kitchen was well stocked, beds were comfy, and it was conveniently located for shopping, dining, beach access, and using Circuit Transportation. We loved the view of
both the ocean & intercoastal from our balcony plus it was a great place to watch the sunset! Pool was nice & beach was just a few feet away. Pablo was very responsive to our questions. Would definitely stay here again!

The property is very nice and there is direct access to the beach. Appreciated the little extras such as; hand soap, dish detergent, etc. The valet service was a pain to deal with. But... we are not use to not having total control of our car.

The unit was as pictured and was in a great location. Access to the breach and shopping withing walking distance. First time staying in Hollywood and would definitely come back. The only suggestion would be to list the cost of the key fob in the description of the property or include in the cost to rent. I was not expecting to pay an additional $30 to be able to access the door to the building or the amenities.

Overall experience was excellent. Accommodation is as per listing. Great location to access the beach. Condo clean and has all amenities required. A great plus to have beach towels, chairs and umbrella in unit. Walmart and 7-11 within walking distance. Check in and out was very easy and a great plus the fob was included.
Pool did not get sun in afternoon but beach very accessible. Would stay here again

The 3 days of 60 degree temperatures in the room without heat wasn't bad enough, we realized after a few days that the rashes we had were bed bugs eating away at us. Forced to relocate at our own expenses for over $2,500. Vrbo has been playing games with us, and seem to have absolutely no intention of compensating us. Property Manager provided a measly compensation of $180. We are 10 weeks later and my wife still has scars from the bites. Will consider further action if we do not here back.

We had a great 5 night stay. Very convenient location to everything you need. The beach is beautiful and is only a few steps away. 7 Eleven is right across the street for any minor needs and their are plenty of great restaurants within walking distance or a short Uber ride. Pablo was very easy to work with and the condo has everything you will need.

Unfortunately we only had 2 nights but it was a wonderful 2 nights. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a great place to stay in Fort Lauderdale.

From the check in process, to the check out process, everything about this property was amazing. The pictures don't really do it justice. Not to mention, it is more than fully equipped. I was surprised to see a toaster oven as well as an air fryer, coffee, creamer, plastic cups, everything you could possibly need an more in the kitchen. Then... the beach! Absolutely breathtaking from sun up to sun down. The views from this unit are beyond stellar. The website doesn't do it any justice. Easy walk to the beach, plus Pablo gives you everything you could possibly need to be at the beach all day, cooler included! It was so nice to have to separate bathrooms, plus two completely separated sleeping areas. I can't say enough nice things about this place. Then, there's Pablo. He is super responsive and he is kind and professional. He really cares about your family, your vacation and his property. I will absolutely be back, repeatedly. Thank you, Pablo!

Girls Getaway
Was just as listing described. The resort charges $30 for a fob to get into the building. Pablo includes the fobs in his rental. There are also beach chairs, umbrellas, toys, and a small cooler to make your day at the beach enjoyable 😊

This property has great location, easy parking where you can valet and Park yourself. The balcony has forced the street view and a little bit of the ocean view. Close proximity to places to eat& , stores to walk to. Owner is a great communicator. The only thing that I do not like about this property is that there is no double lock to secure your self while inside the home. Anyone can know the code so hopefully it’s changed every time that there’s a new guest. although there is a 24 hour security for reassurance. like the others mentioned, Furnature‘s are dated. I’m also severely allergic to mold, there is mold in the property. I was there for a short period of time so it did not bother me so much, I have my medication with me. Big potential to renovate. overall it’s a good stay.

The property was very clean, located in a great place, and the experience overall was great. The place could use some updates, however if your looking for something spacious, clean, and in a great location this is perfect.

Much needed time away
Property was very well maintained, clean, had everything we needed from towels to pots and pans to beach umbrella and beach chairs. Parking went smoothly, liked the location few minutes walk to beach, short drive to boardwalk. Pablo worked with us to check in late due to our flight being canceled. Thank you for a great time.

Only one residential elevator for whole tower made it very slow going. Windows in master bedroom wouldn't open - frozen shut. Kitchen decor dated and garbage disposal broken. . Generally could be cleaner. Otherwise good value.

At first great then it turned
All was good. Communication with owner great, checkin great, great location and above average place. Then it happened. Alarms going off and the elevators shut down. Being on the 11 Rh floor was a disaster. After talking to several of the long term renters there, I found them to be very frustrated with the management group. They said the alarms go off way too fequently and that they will not reinvest in property. I also talked to elevator technician that was there and he stated that the brakes on elevator needed to be replaced and management was too cheap to do it. Not good! I feel for owner here but the management of property fails. Owner needs to invest in face towels.
