Nestled in Holualoa, this charming condo for $309 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. As you walk in our beautiful condo and view the luxurious interior and the fabulous ocean view, you know that you've reached your ultimate vacation destination. There is truly no reason to leave as you sit on the lanai, sipping your coffee or drinks and view the surfers out front, the turtles below and the whales and dolphins beyond. If you're visiting so you can work from Hawaii instead of from home, you'll have everything you need also. From high speed(400MBps) wifi/internet to a full kitchen with most of the spices, condiments, etc you will need to full size washer and dryer to nearby grocery/pharmacy/restaurants with takeout, dine in or delivery: You can work as much or little as you want. And when you need a break, just step out on the lanai and enjoy your surroundings or head down to the oceanfront pool. Despite the relaxation and solitude, if you want sightseeing, shopping or adventure, you still have access to all that Big Island offers. Visit the volcano, stroll old town Kailua-Kona, take a parasail ride, go hiking or mountain biking, snorkeling and/or scuba, the opportunities are endless. We are centrally located and close to beautiful beaches and snorkeling areas. Our oceanfront and beautifully remodeled condominium has everything you are looking for! Treat yourself to an oceanfront pool, master bedroom suite and lanai. Our home is gorgeously decorated with comfortable, wood laminate floors, large granite kitchen counters, and two bathrooms with travertine and tile walk in showers. There is a master bedroom with a king-size bed and a king bed in the 2nd bedroom. Air conditioning, ceiling fans in all rooms and a full size washer and dryer are also included. Besides the high speed WiFi access for your laptop/tablet/phone, there is a flat screen SmartTV, with Pandora, Hulu, Netflix, etc. and 200+ high definition cable channels. Well supplied kitchen. Air conditioning was broken and it was very warm in the back bedroom. Partition between master bed and living ving area was broken. The view made up for it all.

Unit is a little dated but has all the necessities! Communication with the owner was excellent and he was very accommodating to a last minute change to my stay dates. The housekeeping was not up to standards - dried coffee spills on the kitchen counters and a stopped up sink in one bathroom. There were some cleaning products on hand and after a 30 minute wipe down of the counters and bathrooms I was able to relax. Would return to this unit again.

The unit was clean, updated, and full of everything you need on vacation. Waking up every morning to the sound of the ocean while surfers rode waves nearby was something we'll never forget. The location is super convenient, and we made many a trip across the street for drinks and snacks at the market. Of all the amazing food we had on the island, Da Poke Shack was our favorite. Maybe we are biased because it's literally right next door, but we made three trips! We mostly had the pool to ourselves and really enjoyed spending a few "happy hours" there.

The perfect small quiet condo complex, a few miles from Kailua-Kona. Pristine views of ocean, great pool and common areas. Covered parking easy to get in and out of garage. Secure elevator. 2 bedroom and 2 bath. We were there in March and did not need a/c. But there is 1 small unit in living space above lanai doors. Very comfortable and clean and great for 4 people. The little convenience store across the street is great!! We will be back! Thank you Bob!

We spent 10 days and loved every minute at this property. It’s a perfect location for exploring North or South and centrally located for beaches and shops. If you’re looking to hunker down, the sunsets come to you every day.

You will never tire of sitting on the lanai every morning with your cup of coffee watching the surfers and the fish in the waves as they roll in. The location is far enough from the hustle ans bustle but close to the beaches and the night life. To say the condo was well stocked with the things you need to make a meal is an understatement. It was a joy not to have to purchase every little thing you might need to make a meal. And the toy closet!!! So much beach and swim and snorkel items to mention. This is a great place to visit and to re-visit!

Everything about Bob’s place is fantastic - the clean, spacious rooms, the amazing view from both main room and sleeping area, closet stocked with useful snorkel gear, and perfect location in Kona made for a wonderful 25th anniversary trip. He was quick to respond with questions, and it’s a much better deal than a getting a tiny, overpriced hotel room. Thank you Bob!

July vacation
We had the pleasure of staying at bob’s Kona condo. It was such a lovely experience. Bob was super communicative and helpful. The condo was perfect for our family!! We enjoyed sitting on the lanai eating dinner, watching the historic waves, and enjoying the beautiful sunset!!

This property is well located to restaurants and shopping. We enjoyed much of our time sitting on the lanai experiencing the ocean and beautiful sunsets. It delivered for what was advertised and was a very comfortable stay for two couples.

We were cautious as there had been a tremendous storm days before our arrival but all went well. The condo is quiet and well located. The sliding partition was ideal to provide air flow throughout the main area in the evening. The property was generously stocked with beach chairs, etc that were much appreciated. We didn't use the pool due to being busy ocean swimming but it looked nice. Regrettably the hot tub was in need of attention so we gave it a pass. Beds and furniture are comfortable and nothing was lacking. Would definitely recommend.

The park next to the building offered a lot of local flavor. It was also great working with Bob, the owner, as he was very responsive and easy to work with. I highly recommend renting directly from the owner vs property management company. Again, the view was outstanding and couldn’t have been more pleased with the entire experience.

Accuracy: The overhead A/C unit is only in the master bedroom which we weren't aware of until arriving. Smaller of the two bedrooms needed two portable A/C units and the ceiling fan to make due. Other than that it was generally very accurate in comparison to the pictures and description.
Location: Close to Kona and Kahalu'u by car but not ideal for walking/strolling around.
