Great central position with late check in .
Arrived at 10pm which is late but not excessive , very confused and complex check in process with no proactive advice from the staff. Our room was on level 0 , but only accessible from one lift. Again, no clear signage or guidance.
No facilities available, bar was closed, not even ice or a vending machine. Staff didn’t check in properly, didn’t take passports or ask us for payment details.
We left at 6, but there was no option for an early breakfast pack either…or if there was it wasn’t made available to us due to lack of customer service at check in

It was amazing. It is well located. Few min walk from station. Everything was clean and well presented . The staffs were friendly .
