The host Frank and his family were so informative and advised where to spend time and gave great history of the Town- i would go back as I didn't have tome to enjoy it all and I would go back just to talk more with Frank
I have nothing to offer as a didn't like apart from no toast haha but I was happy to take on the German breakfast and best orange juice I have ever had - thanks again to Frank's and is wonderful family

Probably the most welcoming and friendly hotel I have ever been to. Shangri La in its own category: excellent communication, real caring leadership, wam team, all requests fulfilled with good spirits, proactive. Excellent calm and safe location 15 min by public from Hauptbahnhof. Very good value for money. And tasty fresh breakfast. Definitely my place to stay when next time in the town.

Breakfast was ok. location good and interesting, beer too, comfort and standard ... a little bit lower, comparing to other facilities for same price
Access to the facility ... far better would be to have an electronic locks and app
