Staff friendly. Parking at the premises. o.k. breakfast. Fitness equipment in room?!
Near a very busy street. The whole place has a very dated feel but the alternatives in Remscheid were no better. Probably as good as it gets.

Nice room with comfortable bed. Decent breakfast although the hot options were limited.
Difficult to check in late. There is a machine outside but it is very slow to use and it failed to provide an access card. I had to ring the bell for a while before I got a response from the night staff and was let into the hotel, but to be fair this was about 1am because my flight had been delayed.
There was only one pillow on the bed and it was not very comfortable. The mattress was good, the problem was the pillow.
