My overall stay was below average and surely not value for money.

The property is on isolated location.

The check-in experience was terrible. The gentleman on the reception was not familiar with the booking rules. I made the reservation with my credit card and intending to make the payment with the same card, but at the time of payment the guy on the reception insisted me to provide Mada card/debit card. Actually he started scanning my wallet and insisted me to pay through debit card. I had no other choice at the time while my family was waiting in the car as we drove from Makkah. There is a huge margin for customer service improvement. Nothing personal but the local receptionist acts as we are bothering him for basic check-in or check-out procedure. Not welcoming at all.

The last option in Madina only if there was nothing to stay over there "Not a value for money".

The good was parking, rest of the things were okay

The room size was small, no extra mattress provided "free" though I booked for 2+1. Bathroom was so small and drainage was choked and the staff did not support even inform them already. Bathroom was smelly and only one towel was provided for 2 days stay and for 3 people !!!!! Wifi was just okay, did not support 2 or 3 devices very well. The staff was just typical traditional ; not a multi lingual and even did not want to speak or listen other languages !!!

Overall good, particularly the staff.

The reception staff and the owner Abu Habeeb was very nice.

Bathroom water drain system is NOT good at all. You can't take shower as there is no proper drain from the bathroom tub. Room# 206

Good value for the facilities, but room service needs improvement.

Clean, brand new furniture, and excellent AirCon. 30 minute walk to Alharam AlNabawi (2 kilometers). Great view of Mount Uhud.

Bath sink clogged, but room service fix the issue the next day. Bathroom trash bin was full on arrival. TV has only 3 working channels and not a clear picture. Room service did not clean the room for the second day.

Hotel staff was very helpful and made the check in process easy.

-The location is somewhat far from the main points of interest of Medina. -The surrounding areas of the hotel are not too clean. -The room's bathroom was small, the shower was tiny and clogged. I had to pause the showers to avoid flooding the room. - The parking was littered with construction materials, so it was incredibly dusty and it was very hard to park.

I travelled with my family, rooms were close to each other. They did have a wheel chair available in hotel which I requested for my parent. Provided toothbrush on request. Room size was good. Discount on offer enticed me to book which was good. Staff was friendly and helpful. Wishing them good luck in improving guest experience.

Should ensure all amenities are available in room based on number of guests like clean pair of towels, toothbrush etc. and check that all things are in working condition before allotting rooms. Shower in one of room 310 was not functioning correctly. Beds were decent and room clean service could be improved.

No value of money.

There was no service except the person available at the Counter. He was quite welcoming that's all I can share in terms of positive comments.

The bathroom shower was broken. No person to take the luggage to the room. No shuttle service for Haram.
