The reception staff were very professional, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. They kindly upgraded our room, which we really appreciated. The location was also very convenient, with the road leading directly toward Masjid an-Nabawi. The hotel provides a shuttle bus service to the mosque, which we used throughout our stay. On the way back, we usually preferred walking after sunset because we enjoyed the pleasant evening weather and the walk, which took around 20–25 minutes. Overall, we had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The location was excellent. It’s between the holy mosque and uhud mountain , there is also a lot of supermarkets walking distance where it’s much cheaper to buy your stuff.
inside the hotel, there is a lot of places where you can sit and relax or do a bit of remote work. It’s very quiet and clean.. I liked the hotel because they have a shuttle bus every prayer time takes you to the mosque and bring you back.
I didn’t like the first room they offered to me it was dark and old I wasn’t impressed.
But the person on the desk was very helpful. he offered another one on a different floor where it was recently been refurbished. It was much better looking and cleaner .
