Service was excellent. Rooms were well equipped, clean and comfortable. Breakfeast was good. Proximity to haram was just a short walk as well as ladies western entrance. Surrounding area has plenty food and shopping options. Access to taxi's was just downstairs.
Shower glass panel is too small. It needs to be wider. Water splashes too much over the bathroom floor and creates a mess making it slippery as well.

The location, very close to Haram especially ladies section
The size of the rooms are too small especially the bathroom and toilet.
