The ease of going about everything about the hotel and the staff are so fantastic especially AbdusSobur who has been exceptionally helpful
The stc network was poor in the 7th floor and the room we stayed, otherwise everything was good including Wi-Fi. The hotel is always my choice

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel in Medina. The housekeeping staff were very kind, professional, and attentive. A special thank you to Nazrul Isman and Nayem for their excellent work, kindness and availability. The room was always clean and well maintained.

I booked two rooms, 1320 and 1305, both were directly in front of the lifts and little bigger than the other rooms on the side. I previously stayed in 1321.
The hotel is located quite close to Gates 328, 329 and 330, which I would say are around a five-minute walk away. There are also a few shops nearby, which is very useful.
I particularly like the convenience of being able to access the rooms directly from street level. However, during prayer times, you could potentially be waiting up to 15 minutes for a lift. This is partly because many guests may not be familiar with using lifts and often press multiple buttons or enter without checking the direction of travel, which can make the lifts quite slow at busy times.
Overall, the hotel is perfectly adequate for the price, particularly for someone travelling from the Western world with reasonable expectations of a budget hotel. However, the majority of guests appear to be from Pakistan and Malaysia, and the hotel's overall quality, facilities and feel seem to be geared towards the expectations of its main customer base.
That said, for the price and location, I would consider staying here again.
A big thank you to the Housemen staff on Floor 11 and Floor 13, Tamim Hasan, MD Saiful, Mohammed Monna, Junaid and Shakil.
Also, thank you to Assem Hisham who was very helpful and tried his best to find us the two rooms on the same floor because we had small children, he really tried hard and made us happy even though the hotel was very busy.
The delays with the lifts around salah times are not necessarily the fault of the hotel, but rather a result of how some guests use them. However, I did encounter an issue with guests smoking in the hallway, which I was quite surprised to see happening.
I politely pointed this out to an elderly gentleman, using the usual international hand gestures to indicate that smoking was not permitted. Unfortunately, there appeared to be a misunderstanding, and rather than realising I was asking him not to smoke, he thought I was asking him for a cigarette!
This was certainly a first for me and something I have never encountered in a hotel before.

5 minutes walk to masjid e nabwi. Not much option for Pakistani food in breakfast .
