We liked the location and the proximity to Majid Nabawi which led us to attend the congregational prayers easily.
The space of the room was not suitable for four persons to accommodate easily, and only one chair was available. In case of longer stay the space and sitting facilities were not up to the mark.
Daily water bottles supply was only four bottles per day which should be more than this. If you are providing guests the facility then provide little more than this
Shower area was not isolated properly so when we shower the area adjacent to door and wash basin used to get wet. Which can lead to slip incident. Bathroom sleepers were not provided.

I had a wonderful experience staying at the Grand Plaza Madinah Hotel. The location is fantastic, and the service made me feel completely at home.
The breakfast was simply amazing with a wide variety of fresh and delicious options every morning. A special thanks goes to Sami Alrashidi for his exceptional service and warm hospitality, and to Manager Saed for ensuring everything ran smoothly during my stay. I also want to give a heartfelt thank you to the hardworking housekeeper who took such wonderful care of room 319 and kept it spotless.
Thank you to the entire team for your kindness and professionalism. We will definitely come back next year, God willing!
This hotel can be at least a 3 star hotel because it is so close the Prophet's Mosque. They need work on maintaining better the property

Location and distance from Masjid AlNabawi
Elevators were very slow and always occupied by crowds, Lobby was always crowded and corridors were noisy.
Sleeping foams were bad and poor.
The furniture was very old.
Overall impression: It's a low profile hotel.
