Unforgettable stay at Reef Al Hijrah

The property has an excellent location, only 10 minutes walking to Qebaa mosque and there are supermarket & restaurants which offer delicious meals at very cheap prices. The staff there are very friendly & cooperative. The apartment is wide, clean & comfortable. The managers Mr. Abdel Monem & Mr. Salah were very decent with me & generous. I think I’ll repeat my stay again with this lovely hotel apartment.

الذي اعجبني / النت + وجود المستلزمات الضرورية

عدم وجود ستالايت وقنوات حيث تم استبدالها بالنت وهذه الفكرة جيدة ولكن كانت ناقصة بسبب سرعة النت المتوسطة حيث أن هذه الفكرة تتطلب نت بسرعة عالية.

I didn’t recommend this hotel specially for families even not for single to much expensive and so far from Masjid Nabvi

Staff was very rude specially man on reception very rude I booked apartment big one but I arrived just 1 hour late he we don’t have u r I said I booked this apartment if I didn’t come booking.com charged from my card so this is not right and when I just entered in hotel he start shouted and said now we charged extra i said money no problem u can charge but first give respect and come down and one thing more not one thing there is no towel in the no hand wash next morning i said give towel he said i send in your room and you know I received towel just 15 hours before check out he gave me next days and again i said need then he send he didn’t no body set on reception they have small room on side 2 days i ask something but he just give instructions from the room but didn’t come on reception so this is also insulting movement.

الغرفة لم تكن مريحة بالنسبة لي لا يوجد sofa او armchair باب دورة المياه ثقيل بالقوة افتحه. والنظافة ليس كما ينبغي.

Location is good if prefering to stay away from central area. Near to Quba Mosque, young people can walk to the Masjid for daily prayers HK staff, Eman, was polite and helpful

Dont book through website

We book the apartment via booking.com but when we reached there, no room were available.. Dont give your ads in booking.com if you want to give the room in higher rates to other guys.. We came from riyadh and extremely tired and at the end, they did this with us. Pathetic experience..

في البداية لم اسكن هنا وذلك لان موظف الاستقبال لم يعاملني بشكل جيد وتم التواصل مع صاحب الفندق للدفع عن طريق التطبيق وتم الرفض وقالي انه ممنوع لا تدفع الا عند الوصول بالفندق ،، ولما وصلت الفندق بعد صلاة العشاء ودخلت للفندق بلغني انه مافيه غرف رغم اني كلمت صاحب الفندق واكدت وجودي وصولي للمدينه المنورة بعد صلاة المغرب ولاكن تفاجئة عند الوصول ان الفندق فلل ومافيه غرف متاحة واتمنى انكم تحسنون علاقتكم في المسافرين وهذي اول تجربة لي بالحجز عن طريق بوكينق واتمنى تعويضي لاني وصلت تعبان واضطريت ادور لي فندق من جديد والسبب خطأ الموظف اللي انا تحملته

مُريحة و هادئة و لكن يجب الإهتمام اكثر بقسم الإستقبال لأنه واجهة الفندق

نظافة المرافق و الإقامة كانت جميلة و مُريحة

عند وصولي للفندق لم يكن يوجد في الاستقبال اي موظف ! و انتظرت وصول الموظف حوالي ساعة تقريباً + التلفزيون لا يوجد فيه إلا سبعة قنوات فقط

Location wrongly described. It is miles away from Madina centre. The receptionist was very rude,. Charge totally different price quoted by booking.com. hotel is located on highway and was very noisy. Even ac was too loud. Had a restless night.. did not accept visa had to pay cash.
