Excellent services, amazing staff and housekeeping.

The cleanliness exceeded expectation. Rooms were cosy yet okay and clean, the staff was cooperative. The place gets quiet at night since there aren't much hotels nearby (mostly under construction). The restrooms were spacious. Enough space to keep the luggage, toiletries, kettle service and Iron service was provided inside the room. Air Conditioning was working as expected.

Location is slight far from the Haram (Masjid al Nabwi), if you're planning to pray five times a day you either should have a car or use Taxi services (Ajra, Green taxis, Careem, Jeeny, Bolt). It takes almost 1 hour by walk to the Haram. The place gets quiet at night, since nearby hotels are under construction, there isn't much traffic or people nearby.

Overall was passable for a single night to be close to Uhud but would not stay again personally- may be ok for others lo

Very Close to Uhud Mountain. Reasonably clean room. Reasonably inexpensive. Easy parking outside the hotel. Not busy so lifts were fast. Comfortable beds. Quiet location.

Although the receptionist spoke decent english, the tone seemed short and sharp and accusatory upon check in initially but we eventually resolved it without major dramas. However, later the asian (pakistani/indian) guy cleaning the reception desk said bluntly to us if you heat the milk in the kettle then you will pay for the damage- i mean does anyone ever heat up milk in a kettle! The check out was a better experience though. The toilet water spray was malfunctioning amd there were no decent amenities near by so we drove far for food (al baik was not a suitable option for us).

اتمنى وضع عازل صوت للنزلاء والسياح

الموظفين بشوشين وبعض الغرف فيها صنة (روايح كريهة)

لايوجد عازل صوت ومزعجة الاصوات للغاية يعني صوت الممرات والصنصير وتلاجة الغرفة والروايح توصل للغرفة وانا نايم صحتني من النوم والاصوات توصل من الشارع للنايم لدرجة اتصلت بموظفة الاستقبال تشوف حل معاهم

Amazing

The hotel was good for our needs, with the add-on of the amazing hospitality from Abdulmajed, Thank you Abdulmajed for your help and hospitality. The hotel, though small in size, offers hospitality and room cleanliness that rival a five-star one. The level of service provided truly elevates the guest experience. If they can maintain this standard, they are well on their way to becoming one of the recognized hotels in AlMadina.

حسن الاستقبال من موظفات الاستقبال وسرعة إنهاء إجراءات تسليم ومغادرة الغرفة وكذلك وقربة من الاسواق وباقي الخدمات والمسجد النبوي كما يمتاز الموقع بالهدوء.

Receptionist behavior should be in a Greeting Way rather being Rude.

Location is very near to Jabl Uhud & driving distance 6 ~ 7 minutes to Haram Shareef.

Lady Receptionist was to be reminded that we are the customers and could use some politeness attitude towards the Guest of Allah. Receptionist behavior should be in a Greeting Way rather being Rude. lady receptionist was not able to handle with courtesy, whereas the Mr. Abdullah at night shift supported us because our Room Air conditioner was not working even the Technician Mr. Mohammad was fixing at night 3 am, such scenario was to be faced. Room was not upgraded because we came early but a substitute room was given for a non-working AC room.

this was my 3rd stay at your Hotel and the hospitality is increasing from the owner of the Hotel itself. very Kind & loving !! Location is very near to Jabl Uhud & driving distance 6 ~ 7 minutes to Haram Shareef.

staff needs more attention to be improved. throughout my stay no one attend for housekeeping.

Over priced, bad location

Air conditioning was good, welcoming kit was nice

Location very far away from everything, its not a hotel its just a building with separate rooms, very bad noise cancellation, almost no services around just a mall with couple of things inside. There were a very close building to the only window available and i had to totally close the curtain in order to have privacy which ended up with no natural light at all snd this is depressing for me. Not known for taxi drivers, i have to say its behind hassan mall

الهدؤ التام جدا ،،توفير المستلزمات سريعا مناديل شامبو معجون وغيرها..قريب من بنده والبيك

بما انه المواقف في الدور الارضي فهي قليلة جدا ربما ست سيارات فقط وتضطر لايقاف سيارتك بالخارج مع اشعة الشمس ودرجة الحراره،،لايوجد تموينات قريبه ،، في احد الايام شمينا رائحة دخان في الممرات مم احد الغرف رغم انه الدور مخصص لغير المدخنين

Clean Hotel with Peacful environment

Did take breakfast, Hotel is nice and clean with peaceful environment, not much noise or traffic. Its in a quiet area. Bedding was comfortable, bath room wa clean with many amenities.

Not much to dislikes except the small things, like Bathroom was small, especially the shower area, could have been better. No shops/store inside or in imediate vicinity though Panda is 5-6 min walk. No chair or couch in the room, would be better if available Parking area is small and then u need to park the car outside on the road, which in summer get very hot.
