Large bay windows and multiple outdoor decks let you experience all that oceanfront living has to offer. This home is located on the 2nd floor enhancing the already sensational views and is nicely appointed with travertine floors, granite countertops, and a full kitchen with a breakfast bar. The living area includes a large sectional sofa and TV and opens up to an ocean-view balcony with lounge seating and an outdoor dining table. The open floor plan comes with plenty of indoor and outdoor spaces and almost all with water views. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, TVs in all bedrooms, ceiling fans, propane BBQ, ready-made beds and linens, a starter kit of laundry dish and bath soaps, paper goods, and one towel set and beach towel per guest. The stay was absolutely amazing, everyone had a fantastic time. The home was exactly as advertised and the views were formidable. Would love to return.

Great property - no surprises from the listing. We had six adults & 4 kids and the home easily accommodated us. Wonderful location on the beach; loved watching the waves from bed, spent time relaxing on the deck, beach time with the grandkids and watching dolphins. A great gathering spot, close to a lot of activities. We had a problem with a bed; however the issue was resolved quickly when we let the property manager know. Appreciate their communication.

Great location! Close to cafes, coffee shops, and Ralph's! There was no outdoor shower to hose off the sand, but the maintenance workers from the Mgmt Company hooked up a short hose for us to at least get sand off our legs and feet. Garage is really only for 1 vehicle. The 2nd bay was perfect for storing sand toys, boogie boards, etc. Overall great condo!

The location of this condo was great. Right on the beach, convenient to everything, and having a covered garage space was a plus. Be aware its just one space. The unit was clean overall, check in was easy, and we were able to get in touch with the property management company easily. This was a plus because we had to do this quite a few times. Our one year old nephew was standing on the balcony when we realized an entire section of the railing was not attached at one side. They took this seriously and sent someone the next day to add brackets to all of the joints and secure it. This was a huge oversight though and could have resulted in serious injury or much worse. When we checked in we realized the ice maker and water dispenser weren’t working even though it was advertised as having an ice maker. By the next second day, the whole refrigerator wasn’t working and all of our groceries had spoiled. We realized this when pouring milk for our kids in the morning. They did promptly bring us a loaner fridge. We were offered compensation for our groceries but I don’t think we ever received that. They also offered us 30% off an extra night due to the condition of the property during our stay but we didn’t want to spend any more money on this property and already had flights booked back home anyway. The property management company was responsive which is so important but whoever is in charge of the upkeep of this property is not doing a good job. I noticed in some older reviews that the refrigerator has been a problem in the past as well. Would not rent this unit again but it deserves some stars for location alone.

We all thought the condo was really nice. It was in a great location, had a good floor plan, and nice size deck area. Just a couple of things we noticed about the condo. 1. We needed to buy some window cleaner to wash the glass railings. It's under the kitchen sink 2. You need to have a vacuum in the condo so your guests can clean up the sand on the tile floor and carpets. 3., The two side bedroom windows are not closed all the way and it is a bit load in the master bedroom. Waves! No way for us to close them all the way. 4. It would be very helpful to have a Hose Bibb down at the entry gate to wash off the sand on your feet and beach toys. 5. The kitchen faucet needs to be replaced. Its little loose. These are all meant to be good constructive comments. We really enjoyed our time and we would highly recommend this place to anyone.
