Peak Ocean and Bay Views. Private Home with No Shared Spaces. This 3 story Home Sleeps 13 guests (10 adults) comfortably. 4 bedrooms, 3.5 baths. Air Conditioning YES! The house is clean and sanitized before guest arrival and we have added Hepa filters to each room to help put your mind at ease. 2 Car garage with 3rd space in front of garage, Beach Gear, High Speed internet and Smart TV's. YouTubeTV services with over 50 local channels. Furry friends welcome upon pre-approval. Nestled nicely in South Mission Beach, and made for families; we are located 100 steps from the bayside and and 200ish steps to the boardwalk on the beach side. 4 decks with side views to the water. We've provided beach chairs, umbrellas, 2 beach cruisers, 2 boogie boards, 2 surf boards, sand toys, beach towels and a wagon to help you transport the goods. We are close enough to walk to all the hustle and bustle of summer time. New 2022: 2 Seater Kayak to cruise the bay! Built in 2009, the home feels updated and spacious enough for all to feel comfortable. It's a great place for a couple families to share and not feel cramped. The kitchen is completely stocked with everything you need to feel at home. Keurig and regular coffee makers available. Stay and Play or venture out and enjoy all of what San Diego has to offer. (Ask us about our pet policy). Floor Plan: 1st Floor: -Entrance from Front Porch or Garage. -Living Area, fire place, smart TV, Ottman with twin pull out. -1 Bedroom with King Bed, - 1 full bath and 2 car garage with 3rd space along the front of the garage. 2nd Floor: -Living Area, fire place, cabinet with board/card games -Kitchen and dining area. -Deck off the Kitchen/Living area -Walk In Pantry -Powder Room 1/2 Bath. -Laundry Room with washer and dryer. -Queen Bedroom with it's own deck. -Bunk Room with Queen size beds (2) -Jack and Jill shared bath between bedrooms . 3rd Floor: -Master Suite, King Bed with two ottomans that pull into twin beds. -Walk In Closet -Wet Bar -Spa Bath, with Jet Tub, Dual Showers, Double Sinks. -South Facing Deck with Ocean and Bay Views -North Deck with Bay views. -Pack n' Play and a ottoman twin pull out bed. Kitchen Extras: Everything you need plus a little more: Crock Pot, InstaPot, griddle, BBQ, blender, toaster, roasting pan, cookie sheets and muffin tins. Access to entire home, other than designated owners' closet(s). Mission Beach is a popular destination for locals and tourists. We chose this area because it is great for families. Close to Belmont Amusement Park with activities for all ages. Easy access to highways to get to other areas of San Diego. You can walk, bike, skate for miles either along the bayside or the beach side. It's a special place for making great memories. Close to the San Diego Airport and Trolley System, accessible by public transportation. Using Uber and Lyft maybe your best bet if you don't choose to rent a car. Additional parking is available for friends coming to see you. The closest parking is at the very South End of Mission Blvd. Parking Lots on East and West Sides. About a 5-10 minute walk. *There is an elevator in the home, however guests use is prohibited. Any tampering with the Elevator Doors will be subject to a 1,000.00 fine. This door is locked. * There is no roof access and guests are prohibited from accessing and standing on the roof. *We are in one of the few flight paths of the San Diego Airport, air traffic will be heard.

Beautiful house, perfect location, wonderful hosts. The place had everything we needed including surfboards and beach toys. Walk to the beach, bay and Belmont Park- would stay again!

Location- Fantastic. A one minute walk to the bay or ocean side. A 5-10 minute walk from Belmont park and the iconic mission beach boardwalk. A few minute walk from mission point park. A short drive to get everywhere we wanted to go. The neighborhood is quiet and nice. Good food and coffee is a short walk and/or drive away. Parking is scarce so the garage was a big benefit. It’s in the flight path which I personally didn’t mind but some family members did.
House- Amazing. Very clean and well kept. It’s full of amenities and has everything you need plus a lot of perks. We had a large family staying and the three large levels allowed us to spread out comfortably.
Host- communication was simple and available when needed. We didn’t need to communicate a lot. An email was sent with all the necessary details and their guest website was very detailed and helpful as well.
I would recommend this place to anyone staying in the area. We were very impressed and loved our stay.

Amazing place. All the reviews are spot on. Literally not one complaint. Steps to the beach, huge house, so many fun games and beach items, clean, friendly neighbors, prime location.
Only thing to note is if you’re staying in the 3rd floor master bedroom, there’s no door leading up the stairs to the bedroom so if your guests are chatting in the morning downstairs and you like to sleep in (like myself) it can be noisy. However, the views and bathroom alone in that master make it all worth it :) Thank you Amy!!

We have been coming to San Diego for 20+ years, and this was the best place we have ever stayed! Big enough for our entire family, air conditioning, perfectly located between the bay and the beach, with all the toys, chairs and towels you need! We will be back!!

Walk out the front door and stop at the gate. Turn left and you’re a two-minute walk to Mission Bay. Turn right and you’re a five-minute walk to Mission Beach. This three-level house has everything you need. And it has THREE parking spots. Bikes, surfboards, etc., are in the two-car garage. Bedrooms on every level, including an expansive master suite on the third floor. There is a modern kitchen on the second floor. Great views from multiple decks. We spent a wonderful week at this comfortable house, which is just south of Belmont Park.

Our stay was over the top! There were 4 couples & it was perfect for our group! The location is fabulous, a block from
the beach & 1/2 a block from the harbor side. It is perfectly situated between Belmont Park with a large parking lot & another parking on the other side. Those areas of the beach were beyond crowded with Labor Day beach visitors, but our section of the beach was not crowded at all. The unit is equipped with everything you could possibly think of. We cooked some & got take out & ate in some. It was absolutely phenomenal! The outdoor spaces on the muliple levels were great as well. We used the cornhole boards & picnic table in the courtyard, sat on the upstairs firepit area in the morning for coffee, took the wagon with beach umbrellas, towels, etc., all included in the unit. You literally have to come with nothing, it is all there for your convenience. We did not use the kayak or the bikes, but they were there, if we would have wanted to use them. 2 small SUV's were able to fit into the garage with no issue. The place was spic-n-span clean! Nice fresh smelling towels, bedding, etc. Air purifiers in every bedroom & the living spaces. It was 90 degrees during our visit, so we were very happy that the unit had air. Beautifully appointed & more than fully equipped. We will definitely stay here again! The owner, Amy, was very communicative & willing to provide something if what we needed was not in the unit, but when we got there and assessed the situation, we needed absolutely nothing! My family and I rented this the week of my wedding and we absolutely enjoyed it! The house was exquisite!! It had everything we needed- from beautiful dishes, makeup remover, lavender bath salts, bikes, boogie boards, paddle boards, to even hot sauce in the fridge! The house is just steps from the beach and has several patios you can watch the sunset in. The owner even left a gift basket and card for us! Not to mention, communicating with the owner was quick and easy... And very friendly as well! We will definitely be back!! Perhaps on our anniversary?! Thank you for an amazing week!!!! Perfect stay
I’ve stayed at many places before and this one exceeded my expectations. Place was clean and the owner put in extra effort to make the place feel 5 star. Place was well equipped with all the right cookware, plates, beach equipment. I truly appreciated the thoughtfulness put into the details of the place. Location is perfect. Walking distance to beach and bay.

Beach getaway
Our stay at this beautiful property was unbeatable. Amy and her family have prepared this home in every way imaginable for a wonderful getaway. Our trip to San Diego was fantastic from start to finish, but for much of the trip we found ourselves spending more of our time in the house and yard than we did out and about! Amy was always quick to respond when I had questions and definitely went the extra mile for us during our stay. Highly recommend this property for those looking for a place where you are not only a renter but a guest in an accommodating and marvelous home.
