Comes fully equiped with dishwasher, micro, free local phone calls, Free WIFI Internet, Free Digital Cable, Cable with 300 channels, Media Devices/Smart TVs in every room, washer/dryer in laundry room, balcony with BBQ and covered carport parking. 1/2 block to bay, 1 1/2 block to ocean. 822 Island Ct. (Downstairs)-2 BEDROOM, 1 BATH Sleeps 8: 3 Queen Beds and Queen Sleeper Sofa. Lovely two bedroom, one bath ground floor condo half block from bay, 1 block to ocean with spacous flowing floor plan and a large private front patio, huge bedroom with two queen beds, second bedroom with one queen bed, full bath with tub shower. Features a rear covered carport, Granite counter in the kitchen with tile flooring in the kitchen, dining room, bathroom and hallway. Pergo flooring in Living Room. Hardwood Floors in bedrooms. This Duplex is close to Belmont Park (Mission Beach Amusement Park): Wavehouse with manmade wave machine, indoor olympic size pool, jacuzzi, and health club. Great for every age: Roller coaster, rides, jungle gym, go carts, glow in the dark minature golf, etc. Lots of restaurants and shops steps away and miles of boardwalk for strolling, biking, and blading. Extremely close to all restaurants, shops, bike rentals, surfboard rentals, para sailing, jet skis, etc. Walking distance to Shops, Restaurants, Market, Bars/Pubs. Drive 5 minutes to Sea World, 10 minutes from Gaslamp/Downtown, Petco Park, Qualcomm Stadium Parking: Parking Reserved for 2 cars in Carports Note: All guests will need to agree and sign the terms stated in Rules below when they make reservation. A Confirmation Contract and Reservation Request Form will be emailed and must be completed and returned. Also we require guest(s) to send copies to Identification prior to checking in to receive a lockbox code. No Animals, No Smoking, No Parties. We loved the location close to both beach and marina in a nice neighborhood. The two houses side by side were convenient to accommodate our family party of 13. For the price we paid, we thought the conditions could have been better cared for. The kitchen was not well-stocked, lacking enough silverware and plate ware and cups for the size of our group, and the oven functioned poorly-never heating to true temperature. The outdoor patio where the family often met and enjoyed lounging needs work, the bricks were needing great repair and provided a safety hazard. The table was old dated and several patio chairs old, worn and broken and there was no umbrella for shade. Communication with the property manager was strained, and we didn't get to enter on time.
