We chose this property for our family reunion and it was the perfect choice. The facility itself is beautifully upgraded, with welcoming gathering areas on every floor that made it easy for both out-of-town and local family members to connect throughout the stay.The rooftop was an absolute highlight — we even caught the Sea World drone show from up there, which was unforgettable. The location couldn’t be more convenient: steps from the beach and bay, with grocery stores and restaurants all within easy reach. Don’t miss Sara’s for Mexican food — hands down the best burritos in San Diego.

The house was great for large groups and wonderful location. Plenty of space to spread out and give large groups some individual time. Be aware the bathroom on the bottom floor is only accessible through a bedroom and/or the garage. The ability to report concerns or get ahold of owners or property manager was awful. We arrived and the digital “house book” was offline so unable to get answers to FAQ’s, check in/out info. The filtered water and ice on the fridge was not working so we called day #1 and reported the issue. Took hours but got a text that house book was fixed and available. No news/updates or fixes for the water so we had to go out and buy water for our 6 day stay. There are 4 tv’s in the house - 2 in main areas and 2 in bedrooms. One of the main tv’s didn’t work - unable to connect to internet (even after our tech savvy person checked EVERYTHING) so we all smashed together on the bottom living room couch and didn’t even bother to report issue since nothing seemed to be addressed anyways. I prefer houses that are not managed by large corporate prop managers - felt very much like a number and not a personal guest. No early check in or late check out. Nice place but has zero easy access to assistance/support/someone who knows the house- very corporate.
