Located in Cayucos, this lovely house for $310 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. Beautiful Beach home perfect for large families and getaway weekends. This four bedroom home sleeps 8 people. Beautiful Ocean views and a view of Morro Rock. The home has many custom features, BBQ, covered outdoor deck to enjoy the beautiful sunsets, watch the whales go by, sip a glass of wine, read a book. Just relax and enjoy the beauty of Cayucos. Cayucos has wonderful restaurants, antique stores, surf shops, and a Jewelry store. Our town has street fair's and even host the Cayucos Sea glass Festival. There is plenty to do in Cayucos or in the local areas near by our small town. Hearst Castle and Cambria is just a short drive north of us. Or head south to Morro Bay, San Luis Obispo, Avila Beach or Pismo Beach. If you enjoy wine tasting we have some of the nicest vineyards and winery's in the State. Regardless how you spend your time here you're bound to enjoy it. PLEASE NOTE : THIS IS NOT A "PARTY" House. This is a beautiful custom HOME. We prefer family & friends. We have had a few issues of late with younger people parties which resulted in expenses on all ends. We want everyone who comes to enjoy to the utmost. But if you are planning a "wild weekend" away. We had a wonderful time staying in Cayucos. We had a Christmas party at our grandparents house who live in Morro Bay and needed a space that we could stay in that was nearby. This house was perfect and had the most comfortable beds. It was very clean and stocked with everything we needed. The host Pamela was easy to communicate with. I would definitely stay here again.

Very clean property. Nice arrangement for family -- master bedroom suite and large family room / dining room / kitchen on upper floor. Three bedrooms on lower floor. Convenient to Morro Bay, Cambria, San Simeon, Paso Robles. Well equipped for making meals in the house and doing laundry. Easy parking for two cars. Nice view of ocean and Morro Rock.

We rented this beautiful home to attend our daughters wedding at the Cass House in Cayucos . The home was clean and had plenty of very comfortable beds . The fact it allowed our dog was a huge plus . The property manger was very accommodating, whatever our need or request was. We would definitely stay in this home again. Only downside would be the flight of stairs to the main part of the house for some people. Three of the bedrooms are downstairs. We enjoyed our stay very much.

This spacious, well-equipped, ocean-view house on the south end of Cayucos was prefect for our multi-generational family reunion. If you don't mind crossing Hwy 1 (not too busy at this spot), you are about a six block walk from a beautiful and quiet section of the beach. We drove to various places and activities such as Cayucos Pier, Estero Bluffs, San Simeon, an alpaca ranch tour near Paso Robles, Morro Bay, and Montana de Oro.

Everything we needed including ambiance! Great view from the balcony. So great we got to witness a pod of humpback whales cooperatively "bubblenet" feeding for over 2 hours along with a crazy amount of birds! Would definetly stay again!

We had such a nice time and the pictures do not do the house justice. Everything was well thought out and we were impressed by the level of detail that went into making this a nice stay for families. The owner provided an assortment of toys for kids, everything you need for the beach (including toys), necessities like high chair and crib, and plenty of pantry staples. I also appreciated the safety measures like outlet covers and a baby gate (there are stairs). There are 3 bedrooms downstairs with a beautiful large master bedroom upstairs. We were able to keep our little one in room with us upstairs but would have to figure it out as we welcome our second and our 3 year old gets older. Either way, we’d recommend the house to others and hope to stay again. The owner is also very sweet and great to work with.

A first time get together of all my adult children and grandchildren. House was super clean, and comfortable and child friendly. Beds were very comfortable, noticed by everyone. Location had easy access to Cayucos, Morro Bay, SLO and the info binder was really well done. We appreciated how well stocked the kitchen was with pans, pots, and well functioning appliances. Host was very gracious.

Beautiful, spacious hillside home. Plenty of room for everyone. Sumptuous master suite. Very comfortable beds. Nice patio/ balcony with a great view of the ocean. Well supplied kitchen. We loved our time in Cayucos. Close to Morro Rock and fun shopping. Don't miss the Hidden Kitchen in Cayucos for breakfast!

Beautiful home, exactly as pictured! Perfect setup for a group of 8. The location is great! We celebrated a Cal Poly grad and love that the house is centrally located. Pamela was quick to respond to my questions, and went above and beyond when we realized we left something behind.

My wife and I rented this beautiful home and invited our two boys with their families and my mother-in-law to join us. The master bedroom is huge & beautiful. The room with a king size bed is good size. The other two are smaller but large enough with a queen size bed in each. The families got the larger rooms and the kids slept on mats or a pack-n-play for which there was enough of room. The living space is upstairs from which you can see the ocean. The view is very nice as long as you don’t have a problem with climbing stairs. The beach by Moro rock and Cayucos beach are only a short drive away. Pamela was helpful by anticipating every need and made it easy to contact her, which I only needed to do to say thank you for a great vacation.

This house was so clean that we were comfortable with our grandbaby crawling on the floor. It was so well stocked that I didn’t need to use the supplies I brought. There is definitely pride of ownership, more than “it’s just a rental” mentality. Thank you for allowing us to stay as well as our 3 dogs!!

We all enjoyed our 4 night stay at this lovely rental. 6 adults and one small child - it worked out very well with bedrooms, bathrooms, quiet neighborhood, parking, great dining table and large living area. Well stocked kitchen, great beds and linens, deck with views of ocean. Even with a small glitch w/ an appliance, the owner was fantastic and incredibly responsive to our needs. Just the nicest people. I would highly recommend this rental.
