Completely outfitted in new furnishings from top to bottom, this professionally decorated home is warm and inviting. With 4 bedroom and 3.5 baths and an open floor plan, your family and friends will be able to spread out and enjoy each others company while visiting Seabrook Island. Situated in the Village of Seabrook neighborhood, it overlooks Palmetto Lake and is just a short walk from amazing Lake House facility, Tennis Center and Equestrian Center. The bike path to Bohicket Marina and Freshfields Village is close-by. 2271 Seabrook Island Road has a new owner and they have created a soothing, yet upscale home. Relax on the wicker chairs on the front porch while sipping your morning coffee. Upon entering, you will notice the gleaming hard wood floors, high ceilings, and gorgeous brand new furnishings. The living room is the perfect gathering spot for all your family and friends.Settle into the large sectional sofa and enjoy watching your favorite TV show or DVD on the wall mounted HDTV. Enjoy quiet conversation with your family and friends in this wonderful room. Gather around the dining room table that seats six for dinner or play games late into the evening. The near-by kitchen features cherry cabinetry, hardwood floors, Corian counters and top line appliances. Cooking here is easy. The cabinets are well stocked with new dishes, cookware, and small appliances. French doors in the living room and dining room lead to a large screened porch overlooking Palmetto Lake. Share stores from your day around the wicker table or sit and watch the abundant wildlife around the lake. Off the entry hall is a half bath and laundry room with a full sized washer and dryer. If you'd like to barbecue, there is a gas grill for your use. There are two master bedrooms in this home. One is on the first floor and has a king bed. This lovely room has plantation shutters and an en suite master bath. The bath has a deep soaking tub, separate tiled shower, and a large vanity. Soak in luxury after a day on the golf course or tennis court. Upstairs, you will find the three additional bedrooms. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed, and a wall mounted HDTV. The 3rd has a queen bed. Both are connected by the spacious Jack n Jill bath which features a separate room with the tub/shower and toilet. The 4th bedroom serves as the upstairs master bedroom suite. It has a king sized bed, a wall mounted HDTV, and spacious en suite bathroom. The bath has a soaking tub, separate shower, and double sinks. This great home is just a short walk to the Villages of Seabrook neighborhood pool and the Lake House, Seabrook Island's Property Owners facility. The Lake House has an outdoor pool (no fees) with a zero entry end and gentle water sprays making it great for little ones. If the weather is iffy, you might want to use the indoor pool or fitness center (fees apply). The Villages of Seabrook also has its own neighborhood pool for its owners and their guests. Situated on Palmetto Lake under the shade of Live Oak trees, this is a lovely retreat. The Club, Beach Club pools, Pelican's Nest and Island House dining, and golf are approximately 3.5 miles from the house. There is beach access all along Seabrook Island Road from the Club with the closest being about 2.5 miles from this lovely home. * Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) has started charging for all gate passes. Gate passes are $45/ vehicle. This charge applies if you are staying 1 night – 179 nights. If you are staying more than 179 nights, there is a different charge. Gate pass car total is due 2 weeks prior to your arrival. Payment of $45/gate pass(es) is due at time of your final payment. Any changes made less than 2 weeks prior to your arrival are non-refundable. If you add a gate pass less than 2 weeks prior to your arrival, a $10 additional fee will apply. THIS PROPERTY ALLOWS FOR A MAXIMUM OF 4 GATE PASSES TOTAL Once the car has a gate pass, any licensed driver can drive. Amenity cards giving you access to the facilities of the Seabrook Island Club are included in the rent. These cards give you access to the oceanfront pools (seasonal), Pelican's Nest outdoor restaurant/bar (seasonal), Island House restaurant/bar, golf and tennis. Additional fees are charged for all activities. These cards also allow access to the Lake House facilities (outdoor pool - no fees; indoor pool/fitness center - fees apply). Traveling with someone who has trouble navigating stairs? 2271 Seabrook Island Road has a stair chairlift that leads from the ground level to the 1st floor. The first floor master suite would be perfect for your guest. (Please note that the shower is not wheelchair accessible). This home is also dog friendly for up to (1) dog! Additional fees apply. Quiet, restful, fantastic location, gorgeous decor - This home has it ALL! Fireplace for decorative purposes only. Cancellation Policy: If you cancel more than 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival date, you receive your funds back, minus $250. If you cancel within 30 days of your arrival date, you lose your funds. If able to re-book it, you will receive what we rent it for, minus the $250. Feel free to ask any other questions you may have. For monthly winter rentals the policy is as follows: For cancellation made up to 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $250.00 cancellation fee. For cancellations made less than 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, all monies are forfeited. If able to rent the contracted dates after a cancellation, Guest will be refunded an amount equal to new rental rate minus the $250 Cancellation Fee. The amount refunded is not to exceed the amount paid by the Guest under the terms of the Rental Agreement. SI Business License 2023-0346

We thoroughly enjoyed our week on Seabrook Island. The house was perfect for us (7 adults). The house was clean, nicely decorated, beds were comfortable and the kitchen was stocked with supplies. Our favorite part of the house was the screened in porch right on the lake which we used for every meal. Location of the house is great...walk to the lake house and tennis and easy bike ride to Bohicket marina and Fresh Fields, a little longer bike ride (or easy drive) to the beach, golf or Seabrook Club restaurants.

Loved the home. It was very spacious for our family of 6. Loved the back screen in porch overlooking the lake. The kitchen was well appointed and the home was very clean for a dog friendly home. We had an issue with the dishwasher which was fixed within hours. I definitely recommend this home and location to other family

We enjoyed our stay. The kitchen was fairly stocked And the furnishings were comfortable. My only complaint is the outside spaces. The screened porch and front porch were filthy with spider webs and sand. My husband spent the time to clean both off himself. I understand that during Covid getting the inside sanitized is the most important thing so it wasn’t that big of a deal. The dead plants on the front porch baskets should be removed. We lived bring so close to the horses and Freshfields. All in all, we would stay here again!

This house is set up well for 2 families as there are 2 master suites. You have to drive to the beach but there is a neighborhood pool a very short walk away.

Fully equipped home with a great lay out

This home was perfect for our visit to Seabrook as it was very close to our in-law's home. The layout was great and the home was very clean and tastefully decorated. The only negative I can come up with is that the wires and cords for the television in the family room were exposed and a mess, but it worked properly so at the end of the day that's not a big deal. We enjoyed our stay and would return to this home if we were to return to Seabrook.

The property was perfect for our family! Our only problem was with the gym! The rule was you bring your amenity card and pay the $10 fee which is what my husband did but an employee at the gym tried to tell my husband that he needed an other paper from the amenity office so my husband tried to explain that he did not require anything else but that man would not bulge so my husband left and that employee sarcastically said Have a great Day! To which my husband replied " it has not started very well now has it!😡򘐽򘘡

We have visited Seabrook a number of times, each time staying in a slightly different part of the Island, but always thinking nearer the beach is best. WRONG! This lovely holiday home is so well located as both the beach and town are equi-distant! Who knew we'd love that! Tennis Courts are right there! PLUS the Community Pool is barely used by anyone else, and so it's much like having your own private pool. LOVED IT! Looking forward to staying here every visit.

Having been to Seabrook more than 15 times over the last 5 years, this is by far the best property we have stayed at. We have stayed on the beach and in Seabrook Village previously, but nothing compares to this property. It's interior is brand new. It has 3 patios with one overlooking the lake. Nothing like sitting enjoying a glass of wine while listening to and experiencing the abundant wild-life. There are 2 master bedrooms, with one being handicap accessible. In fact, there is a chair-lift from the ground parking level up to one of the master bedrooms. 3 pools are within 200 yards and the gym within 250 yards. Bohicket Marina and Freshfield Village are a short bike-ride away. Simply - nothing compares. We will be back to 2271 Seabrook Island Road!

A wonderful home in a great location overlooking the lake and less than a 5 minute walk to the pool. Lots of space, very-well equipped, and we loved drinking wine on the screened in porch in the evenings. Will definitely be coming back here!

Great Getaway in Seabrook Island!

My girlfriend and I enjoyed a lovely relaxing weekend here in October of 2014. The house had everything we needed and was immaculate. It's location on the island not only provided us with great access to the beaches of Seabrook, but also Charleston and the close by shops & restaurants. We definitely plan to return here in the near future!
