About this house rental
Located in Pinnacle Peak, this lovely house for $2,030 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. Make your visit to Arizona an experience you will never forget with your own private "western" resort. There are 3 custom built homes located on a private 1.5 acre lot in prestigious North Scottsdale/Cave Creek surrounded by the best golf courses, shopping, and restaurants in the state. We are less than 10 minutes to some of the top golf courses such as, Troon North, TPC (Phoenix Open), The Boulders, Grayhawk and Wildfire, just to name a few, and we are only 35 minutes from the Airport. These homes are ideal for large well-behaved groups, reunions, golf groups and corporate meetings. (This property is very popular with golf groups and we allow up to 16 golfers and for families with couples who have double occupancy, we can accommodate more.) You can visit our Lazy K vacation property by Nicole Amodeo Facebook page to see even more pictures of it. The 18 hole "Chipping Course" is a favorite of many of our guests. It has a wide variety of tee boxes and holes to test every skill level. It also has lights so you and your group can play late into the evenings. (Main House) In February of 2023 we completed a $350K home renovation. Everything is new and modernly yet rustic organically updated. We expanded the kitchen to now provide ample space for our guests to hang out inside and be comfortable. There is plenty of seating with 14 bar stools , living room on one side of the kitchen and Man Cave on the other so it can open to a very large fun space to gather. The 4 br/3 bath (sleeps 8) home has 10 ft. ceilings, adobe brick walls, indoor fireplace, updated modern rustic furnishings, black tile floors, a new look & new vibe but still honoring the rustic unique feel of the property. Outside there is a large covered patio with tile floor , a satellite TV, BBQ grill, bar, fireplace, 2 propane heaters, and even a large rock fountain. The views are incredible, and the white lights in the lush landscaping make it look like your own private resort. It also has an six-person hot tub for you to relax in, and the views from the tub are stunning. We also have turned our three car garage into a Man Cave/Entertainment room with two 75” Smart TV’s, a Brunswick pool table, ping pong table, dart board and a X-box with Kinnect. It has been upgraded to the “classy rustic” Man Cave with autographed jerseys and football helmets from a variety of players, enough for everyone to find a favorite! The decor gives it a southwestern, cowboy, sports bar feel, and your more active guests will stay entertained for hours. We also have two authentic Adobe brick guest homes on the property for larger groups. We conduct retreats on this property so there is plenty of beds/bedding to assure that your guests are comfortable. This home is great for entertaining because of the large gathering areas and yet very comfortable for your guests to have their own space. Each unit has a kitchen, high speed wireless internet, washer/dryer, and access to the 6-person hot tub overlooking the beautiful palm trees, and saguaro cactus landscaping. If the thought of staying in a cheaply-made, poorly decorated, small yard, on top of your neighbors, condo or sub-division home does not excite you, this is the property for you. This property is truly one of a kind and you'll even enjoy the landscaping which consists of hundreds of the plants, trees and cacti that make Arizona such a beautiful place to visit. This is a beautiful upscale property in one of the nicest areas in the state and we only accept respectful tenants who behave accordingly. This is NOT a party house. We had 7 in our party including a 7 month old (which was also perfect for little ones) but this Home/Casitas/Bunk Houses…can easily and comfortably hold many many more

This was one of the best rentals we have ever had for our family of 22 at Christmas! Never felt crowded and everyone had fun things to do like; pool, ping pong and golf!

We hosted my siblings, their kids, and grandkids over Thanksgiving weekend. It was spectacular and the pics don’t do it justice. Plenty of room for everyone, both to socialize but yet have their own space. Highly, highly recommend. And hosts were so great to work with - flexible, communicative, and accommodating. Will definitely look at booking again!

Held a group meeting/retreat for 14 guys. Property was awesome. Beautiful place and had everything needed. Host was great and made sure we felt at home. Very convenient to everything AZ has to offer. We had a ton of fun in the man cave watching football and playing pool, used the grill and smoker, and the mini golf/chipping course was the best! If I’m in AZ with a group again will definitely re-book here.

After seeing the pictures on the listing, we were very excited for our stay. The property was even better than the pictures when we arrived. The sleeping situation is perfect, the property had everything you need, and the location is perfect for a golf trip. Added bonus that Nicole is an amazing host. We are already looking forward to the next trip!

This was our second stay here. Everything during our stay was great. The main house has been fully renovated and is beautiful. The multiple houses were perfect for our large group. Nicole is a wonderful host and we hope to stay here again!

Great for a buddy golf trip if everyone wants their own bedroom. Incredible place to hang and watch games/golf in the evening after the round. House(s) were clean and stocked. Nicole was a great host and went above and beyond. Only negative is it felt like everything was 30 min away. We’ll be back!

We were a corporate group that stayed here for a few days. The property was a great place to socialize. It had great indoor and outdoor spaces that could fit large groups. The sleeping spaces allowed for most people to have private spaces. The home owner was very nice and helpful. Would definitely stay here again!

Overall it's hard to find anything to complain about other than it's hard to hold a chip on that putting green!

WOW! The Greatest Time of Our Lives
The property is amazing! Everything we could think of was there… plenty of room, private spaces, whole group gathering areas, extra bedding, linens towels, & household supplies (paper towels, toilet paper, body wash, lotions, shampoo/conditioner, aluminum foil, trash bags, detergent, dryer sheets, etc. The beds were comfortable, plenty of dishes/glasses, and utensils, The beauty of it all can not be captured by pictures. It is an EXPERIENCE. Prior to our arrival, Nicole addressed all questions and concerns, and after arriving, Matt made sure that any problem we had or any questions were resolved and answered.

Our group has met up across the south and southwest over the years and this was hands down the nicest and most complete place we have stayed. Loved it.

We had a great time. The property was everything advertised and more. The landscaping and lighting are incredible. The accomodations were spacious , clean, and well maintained. The amenties were perfect, we enjoyed them all.
The kitchens were well appointed, we prepared a three turkey Thanksgiving dinner and had everything we needed. No body in our party wanted to leave, we definitely highly recommend this property. The owners also great to work with

I can’t begin to describe the compound. It had everything. Jacuzzi, man cave, putting and chipping course, fountains. It was spectacular. Great host. Very responsive. Great hospitality. Loved it all.

Excellent area, great house with tons of room and comfort for all of us! Well thought out lay-out and very well decorated as well. The backyard was amazing and great place for us to hang out at night. Highly recommend this house for large groups. Great host, very responsive and accommodating.
