The view is perfect! Even though on the East Coast, from the deck one can see the sunset off to the south! We by chance had absolutely perfect weather, last week of October 23. Beach wasn't crowded. You can walk miles and miles on it! Enjoyed the hot tub. Everything was clean! Kitchen is well appointed and huge for a beach condo. Beds very comfortable, good quality linen. Great water pressure and scalding hot if you wanted it. Easy to get to stores and restaurants. We really had zero complaints! Elevator worked fast and the stairs were right there, too.
Thankfully we weren't in the south tower that was undergoing renovations or this would have been a much different review. Haha We could hear it at times from the deck, but even then, it didn't intrude into our space at all.

Needs a lot of loving. The musty odor hits you as soon as you open the door. In the 10 days we were there used whole can of Glade and 2 candles to cover up the smell. Didn't to anything for our ALLERGIES either. When got home all of our clothes in luggage smelled the same way. A big laundry job! My CPAP also smelled just like the Condo. Yuck! All upholstered furniture needs replacing. Not only does it smell but is worn out. Including the furniture on the balcony. It looks nice but is so uncomfortable. The cushions do not fit the chairs. Floors also look good. But couldn't go bare footed or wear socks because your feet got black from the dirt. Found some dirty dishes in cabinet. Had to wash everything we used.Skillets were worn out. Had to buy one. Didn't want to eat the teflon coming off the pans. In this day and time NOT happy that VRBO office put the condo number on the parking pass. Dates of stay should be enough. Must say the 2 people in the office we encountered were kind. The beds slept good. And location was good. Owner needs to spend some of the income and fix this condo. This unit wasn't cheap. Can't believe we spent thousands to stay here.

The location was very good. The check in process needs to be improved at the actual condo. Two elevators and multiple persons trying to unload luggage, etc. They push the 15 minute limit to park to unload but the wait for the elevator to take items to room was 10 minutes.

Nice location and beach access.
Kitchen had everything you need.
Parking was ok in garage across streets always found a spot no matter the time of day.
Owners of this unit need to upgrade
The mattress(all) are as old as the building I would guess.
Fridge is weak for a rental getting loaded each week-took 2-days to make hold temperature.
All furniture is broken in some manner and rigged to hold together.
Not one Outdoor patio furniture has 4 legs the same length
Bring stuff with you to level the patio furniture
I fixed lots of stuff so next renter has it better.
Caution in showers all ani-scalding functions of faucets are disabled. Once you learn it after getting burned you’re ok, but for the price theses owners need to get real and fix and replace many items.
We had fun and laughed about the condition of it, because we’re accustomed to getting out of date rentals.
Also if you rent this unit sweep it and especially the balcony when you first get there, or you’re starting off a bit sandy. The place was cleaner when we left than when we arrived.

The location is so convenient to all aspects of North Myrtle Beach as well as Myrtle Beach. The staff at Owner's Direct are so pleasant and helpful from the beginning to end. As far as the condo, it is becoming a little tired. The bedspreads need to be cleaned as well as some updates in the bathrooms. We did have to clean the floors better when we got in the condo. Sand does like to stick to everything. It was wonderful though having a washer and dryer in the unit. The kitchen was stocked with all that we needed. We did need a couple of repairs made but Owner's Direct were quick with this service and took care of the problems.

Great location! The building is so close to the beach! It was great! And also the condo location, was right off the elevator, that was very convenient. But parking was across the street so that was inconvenient… The condo has everything we needed for everyday living. But the listing says there are Beach chairs available for use, etc. but the closet it is in is very messy and the chairs are all rusty, We would’ve brought our own had we known. Overall, great stay, great vacation, it was our first time in Myrtle Beach, we will definitely come back!!

This was our first time in North Myrtle Beach. This condo is very nice and I feel stingy to share it’s information because it may result in me having a hard time booking it again. Everything you need is there or around there and that’s all I’m going to say.

Unit was better than expected. Was a little nervous with the reviews but it was clean and comfortable. Property management company was terrible. Firstly they gave me the wrong keys to the unit which delayed the check in. We then followed all protocol upon leaving and the property management company charged me a $75 cleaning fee. I reached out for an explanation but they have never gotten back to me. Super disappointing and feel I was taken advantage of. Beware

We arrive on time check was ok. Condo floor had a tremendous amount of sand on it. Loose hair on the bed spread from prior tenants. REFRIGERATOR was not working when we arrive, we followed the instructions they had on the frig and that did not work. Call the RENTAL company and they where not much in helping. Frig was finally repaired on Thursday lost the use of it for 5 of our 7 day stay. The rental company nor owner refused to compensate us for coolers or all the ice we had to purchase. NOT GOOD BUSINESS PRACTICE!!!. I would not recommend this RENTAL COMPANY for any reason.

Great place to vacation. The view was beautiful and so much to do with your family. The property was good, but the condo we stayed in really needed to be updated. Couches were old and needs to be updated. Bedding was old and mattresses needs to be replaced as they were way too uncomfortable. I highly suggest the owner update their property.

Staff was very friendly but it is an older place. They have staff helping with the elevator traffic (we took stairs a lot because it was just 2nd floor). The keys are old school actual keys which turned into being a pain because you then had to worry about having them/losing them. Would be much nicer to have key combo. Having to go to offsite for check in wasn’t terrible but was inconvenient. Places I’ve stayed before do it all online and text a code for room which is so much better.The storage unit lock was broken so I had to call and report that immediately. We did appreciate the provided beach chairs-although that closet could use a good clean and organization.Our car (Honda Pilot) has a normal size cargo carrier and wouldn’t fit in the parking garage. This type of stuff needs to be noted! That would have changed our minds honestly. So we either had to park across the street and around back of another parking garage or take it off and store it. This also would have been a deciding factor for us, honestly.“Pool passes” -these were paper wrist bands. No way they would last a week of pool/ocean/showers and sun. We didn’t wear them. No issues.The unit itself wasn’t horrible but I won’t stay here again. Not a huge fan of the older area -but I can take someBlame for not researching more. We had a pleasant stay at our Condo unit 204 at Crescent Shores. The condo itself was clean and well maintained. Had a few minor repairs done to the master bathroom. The location was very central to all activities in the area. The beach is beautiful!! The outdoor pool needs to be heated for March. Would return again.

This is a great property, and a great location. the rental agency was good to work with, & I will use them again. An unexpected "problem" was the mirrored wall. Although it made the space seem bigger, our 7 yr. old granddaughter was obsessed with looking at herself. We had to sit her with her back to the mirror for games or meals. Never thought that a mirror would be a problem :^) the maintenance staff was fantastic. Someone broke a glass near the lazy river. & the staff was immediately draining and cleaning the water "just in case" a previous guest said that the towels were "few" That was NOT the case, we had 11 full sets of towels for our 2 bedroom unit. Large capacity w/dryer were a real bonus. We would stay here again.

Condo was spacious w/great location. The thought that kept coming to mind thou during our stay was, “the owners have no pride in their property”. The dishes and silverware were dirty. We had to wash before using. One plate had a thick layer of spaghetti sauce crusted on it. The place looked clean enough at first glance, but then we would come across items like towel holders that had a thick layer of dust on them among other areas in the unit. I have rented from Vrbo either myself or with others enough times in the past to know that this unit was not a quality experience overall in comparison. There was no broom/dust pan. Minimal towels provided and we had to do them daily. Every other unit/house I have rented with Vrbo provided at least a couple extra items like toilet paper, paper towels, coffee grounds for one or two days…things like that..this place was completely bare. I did make a call the first day because I thought we had no hot water in master bathroom and was told that maintenance would be called but no guarantee that they would show up in a timely manner. Turned out the hot/cold was reversed. I figured that out on my own after letting it run for an extensive amount of time. The hot tub did not seem to be maintained as is had a smelly odor. In closing, I would say the unit was fair. But be prepared to bring your own extra towels and make sure you bring your own toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, dish detergent, coffee filters/grounds, because there are no extras provided to get ya through the first 24 hours if arriving late.

Upon arrival, I was given the notebook with all the regulations for the property by Amanda. She was very friendly. After entering the condo, I noticed right away some of the issues that needed to be addressed. The light in the refrigerator was not working as well as the light over the stove. I called Amanda and she said they would be replaced the next day. There was also a lot of mold in the master bathroom shower. The tile floor and grout in the master bathroom had not been properly cleaned for some time as well. The master bed comforter had stains. The staff at Owner's Direct followed up right away with these issues, but I did not want to spend my first day at the beach like this. When the maintenance man arrived the next day, he had a new comforter, replaced the lights and started replacing the grout in the shower. Basically, one day was spent cleaning the condo. I have stayed in many places at Myrtle Beach and have never had sand on the floor like this condo. I had to sweep two times and still did not get it all. I did not track this sand into the condo. I left my shoes at the entry. There were pet covers on the furniture, which I felt was not necessary for two older women. The location was perfect, but I will not stay there again.

Our trip to Myrtle Beach was very nice. the beach was awesome. The Crescent Shores Is a wonderful Place to stay with a family. We had a t bedroom 2 bath Condo on 2nd floor. Was awesome. The furniture should be Updated in this unit. we used the hot tub, lazy river, pool and childs wading pool all were very clean and well maintained. we rented beach chairs from the city well worth the money to have set up each day for us. This unit #204 has Plenty of toys and chairs for you in the outside closet. If you rent this condo bring or buy extra towels not enough. One Kitchen towel and one kitchen dish cloth. No pool towels. We purchased myrtle beach towels down the street so we had enough. My suggestion come in on any day besides saturday. Saturday is crazy...we came in on a friday with no issues. . you have to park across the street in a parking ramp you can not park by condo for owners only. ALot Of things to do within 15 to 20 Minutes from this codo. Very quiet at night and very Nice people in the area. Make sure to check out the ripley aquarium our grandson loved it. Helicopter rides on broadway was awesome and Parasailing right in front of the condo. guys went On fishing trip and had a good time catching a bunch of different fish. so go and have fun.

Dirty, the floors upon arrival were dirty and gritty! The sand colored floor disguises the dirt! not organized at check in, furniture inside and outside gross and stained …. Outside dining chair cushions too big for chairs… everything was cheap cheap cheap. When I went to empty bathroom garbage, bag was torn because it was so thin and cheap that the garbage fell through the bottom… won’t be returning

Please note that when you rent this condo via VRBO you are dealing with a short-term rental company and not the owner directly. Overall the condo was great, but there were a few items from the properly management company that were a annoyances to deal with as a renter. The rental company window to pick up the keys for the condo is 4-5pm on Saturdays. If you do not make it to the office by 5pm you have to come back and sign paperwork and give the rental company a $300.00 deposit. In this day and age I do not know why those documents can not be signed online. Please note that when you rent this condo via VRBO you are dealing with a short-term rental company and not the owner directly. Overall the condo was great, but there were a few items from the properly management company that were a annoyances to deal with as a renter. The rental company window to pick up the keys for the condo is 4-5pm on Saturdays. If you do not make it to the office by 5pm you have to come back and sign paperwork and give the rental company a $300.00 deposit. In this day and age I do not know why those documents can not be signed online. This rental was wonderful! It was clean, spacious, and tastefully decorated. The full kitchen had everything we needed and we enjoyed cooking our own dinner a few evenings. The washer and dryer were handy and worked perfectly. We only used the king bedroom, and the bed was very comfortable. We couldn't have asked for better accommodations. Checking in and out with VRBO was a breeze. We did go to the wrong building to unload...it is the tower further away from the parking garage. And we were only allowed 15 minutes to park, unload, and move the vehicle. It was very hectic, but this was explained when we checked in and we managed. We were beach bums all week and never used the pools, hot tub, or lazy river, but it was a fabulous week on the beach!

Dirty, the floors upon arrival were dirty and gritty! The sand colored floor disguises the dirt! not organized at check in, furniture inside and outside gross and stained …. Outside dining chair cushions too big for chairs… everything was cheap cheap cheap. When I went to empty bathroom garbage, bag was torn because it was so thin and cheap that the garbage fell through the bottom… won’t be returning
