Our family took a short trip to the beach over winter break. My husband and I slept in one room, our two younger boys slept in the other room, and my teenage daughter slept on the sleeper sofa. From the moment I booked, the property manager kept in contact to let me know the information we needed. Everything was very clean and organized in the condo. The view of the ocean was beautiful!!! We spent a lot of time on the balcony. WiFi worked great so we could watch our streaming services and the kids could play their games with ease. The hot tub was huge and felt great! We would go back.

The view of the ocean was fabulous. Our condo was clean and the beds were comfortable, so much that I inquired what type of mattresses they were. Small bedrooms but enough space. We are Seniors and the only thing negative for us was the slippery bathtub and no hand holds. I believe Mike will be fixing that situation. The living room had the most room and that was important for our gathering. The balcony has room for 4 chairs for comfort and peering at the gorgeous scene below. The condo was well-equipped. Having Molly Darcy's right next door to eat at was a real bonus. The best part of our experience was our host and hostess, Mike and Kim Hoffman. So kind, pleasant and accommodating. As hosts go, you cannot beat these two. Thanks Mike and Kim, we will plan another visit.

We enjoyed our vacation stay here. The beach is great for walking and the balcony is outstanding for watching the waves splash into shore. The furnishings were well done and comfortable. Like most beach front properties, the unit is compact, but the space is used efficiently. The kitchen supplies were very adequate and seemed brand new. The host was very helpful in answering our initial questions.

The calming effect of the ocean, the breeze and the sunshine. Very clean and user friendly. The host was quick to respond to any questions. We are tall people so a little higher toilets would have made it perfect LOL. Great trip! Thanks

WOW! Mike and Kim were incredible hosts, and their Condo was perfect! My mom and I were looking for something beachfront to get away for a few days, and this place gave us just that and MORE. Also, Mike and Kim are probably the most intentional hosts I have ever stayed with, and they blessed us. We will definitely stay here again if an opportunity presents itself.

Property was just as pictured. Very clean and the view from the balcony was amazing. Condo had everything you needed for a comfortable stay and owners were very quick to respond. I have absolutely nothing negative to say about anything, however, having beach chairs and umbrella in condo would be a plus. Would love to stay in this condo again and thanks for sharing it with us!

My kids and I had stayed at San A Bel in a different apartment last year and were kind of disappointed with the accommodations - dirty floors- inside and balcony. This stay was absolutely WONDERFUL - clean and comfortable. Hosts were wonderful to deal with and highly recommend. Want to come back to this unit again soon.

The view of the ocean was all we had hoped for. The condo was clean and the furniture was brand new and comfortable. Mick and Kim are great to work with and quick to respond with any questions. We would highly recommend this accommodation and we would stay here again. Oh, Molly Daresy Irish Bar and grill right next door is very accomodating people too. Have Fun!

Highly recommend this property! 5 star rating all around. From the very easy check in process, the furnishings and comfortable beds and the fantastic view up and down the beach from the good sized balcony. Mike and Kim stayed in touch with us to make sure everything was going smooth and to make sure we didn’t need anything. Excellent location also. Close to many restaurants, shops, Barefoot Landing, etc. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

The condo was exactly as described. It was cozy, well stocked and had the perfect layout for my family. The beds were comfortable, the furnishings were new and we appreciated the start up supplies.The views from the balcony were amazing! We also appreciated the hosts' communication throughout our stay.The location was very convenient to restaurants and shops. We would definitely book again if in the area in the future. Property is older property, but the condo has been remodeled. Furniture was modern, comfortable, and clean. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes and utensils. It would be nice to have sandwich bags, aluminum foil, etc. condo did have plastic storage containers which were handy. My only negative comments are: bedrooms are small and digital door is difficult. Mike was awesome. Within a minute of contacting him, he was on the phone giving assistance.

Beds were comfortable. Furnishings were nice. The only thing i would do for improvement is have a floor fan to circulate air into the master bedroom. That room can get stuffy. We brought ours from home it worked great. I would definitely stay there again. 5 stars!!!

Cozy Condo By the Sea is exactly how it's pictured and described on VRBO. The condo has everything you need from "starter" supplies for the kitchen and bath to the 4 deck chairs on the balcony. The balcony has so much room and the view was awesome! My Mom and I spent lots of time relaxing and listening to the waves as they rolled in. The beach was clean and family oriented. No loud noises were heard during our visit. All of the furnishings were well done and we slept well on the new mattresses. Mike checked on us throughout our stay making sure everything was good. He was so thoughtful and helpful. He even gave me a few recommendations for restaurants when asked. I can't remember when I've enjoyed myself more. I will definitely be booking with Mike and Kimberly again. I can't wait to get back!

WOW!!! This property was amazing. Let's start with the view.... The most spectacular sunrise I have seen in Myrtle Beach. I have never stayed in the city of North Myrtle Beach before so I found it to be a little far from most things I am familiar with however it was very quite and peaceful. No loud parties/group, just couples and families enjoying the beach. The unit has EVERYTHING you will need for a great trip!! Only thing I would recommend to the owner is having some chairs and umbrellas for the beach. Since we fly, bringing ours were not an option and can be expensive to rent on the beach. Honestly one of the best units we have ever rented. The bedrooms are on opposite sides of unit which provides lots of privacy for couples. Thank you Mike and Molly for providing such an amazing unit.

This rental was just perfect for a weekend beach trip for my adult daughter and me! It was very clean, nicely decorated, and stocked with a "starter" set of supplies (toilet paper, paper towels, etc.). And the view of the ocean from the balcony is wonderful! Watching the sunrise was a great start to my days there! While we didn't use the washer/dryer and dishwasher, they are great amenities to have. And, I have never interacted with better hosts! They were very quick to respond to any questions/inquiries, and helpful in providing information. The only downside was we only had two days there. If I ever make it back to this area, I will, definitely, see if this rental is available!

Mike was most accommodating during our stay. Mike kept in contact with me via email and text message during the length of our stay which showed that he’s all about providing top notch customer service to all guests. When I called Mike to confirm if I was inputting the correct security code for the door, Mike picked up right away, walked me through the process (even though I had watched the video prior ) and genuinely apologized for the mishap of not being able to get in right away. Mike didn’t make me feel like anything was my fault and even went as far as to check again to make sure we were able to enter the property with no additional problems. Everything was to our liking and satisfaction. The space was cozy, comfortable and we felt right at home. The neighbors were no bother, pleasant and courteous. We had no issue gaining access to the pool/hot tub area. Overall my family of 5 really enjoyed our stay and will be using this property again soon. Thanks again Mike and Kim for accommodating us and for the superb customer service.

The condo is beautiful, great Oceanfront views. I woke up early to see the Sunrise on the beach and read my Devotion! Well stocked condo. Rooms and TV's are a bit smaller then what I am accustomed to at home. However the balcony and Oceanfront made the differences. We had neighbors who decided to have a rap show on tneir balcony not once but twice. The owners supplied us with numbers to get it resolved. It took a second time to get it resolved.
Around 9pm to midnight they were having an argument contest. By that time I drifted off and we left really early the next morning.
The owners were outstanding! The condo was beautiful but the neighbors were unpredictable.

We wanted a place for a few days on the beach while visiting for oue daughter dance competition. This condo was a great location, as we wanted to be away from Myrtle Beach but not too far. The condo was equipped with everything we needed for our short trip. We loved all of the fireworks displays on the beach and from the comfort of the condo:) there is an ice cream ahop across the street as well as a beach shop, mini mart ans molly darcys is right next to the condo..snookys which we also love is just a short drive (less than10 minutes) north up ocean drive. Super close to cherry grove and barefoot landing. Location is everything!!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The view was beautiful, the beach was a very short walk, and the decor/vibe of the condo was so cozy. The kitchen was well stocked with all the necessities and the beds were super comfy! I’ve never really been a huge fan of MB, but we will most definitely be back! The hosts are very sweet and are quick to reply!

This is such a lovely, quaint condo in a safe and quiet area. Beautiful, just as the pictures show with a fabulous view of the beach. Just across the street is a souvenir shop, an Irish Pub, and also a minit mart in case you forget anything. The owners were so accommodating and kept in contact to make sure our stay was perfect. As my 11 year old niece said, it was 'super awesome!'

Condo was exactly as depicted, clean and nicely decorated. Beds were extremely comfortable. The kitchen was equipped with essentials, even though we did not cook during our stay. Perfect location with easy access to the beach and right beside the banana boat and parasailing excursions! Molly Darcy’s Irish Pub is around the corner, which has an outdoor patio to enjoy a cold drink and a bite to eat! Mr. G’s Ice Cream is also around the corner and great for a midday or late night sweet treat!
Communication from the owners was amazing, and they responded to my questions almost immediately. Overall I would stay here again and recommend this condo to others looking to enjoy North Myrtle Beach!

The convenience of this property cannot be overstated. Incredibly close to the beach and on site pool, parking is easy with elevator access, restaurants, mini golf, ice cream, beach stores, grocery all minutes away. The property was extremely clean, lots of bath towels, and the kitchen was perfectly stocked for cooking. Extra garbage bags, paper towels, laundry detergent and dishwasher pods were provided. Communication was great with the hosts. We will definitely be back!

My husband, 16 yo daughter and I took a leap of faith and booked Kimberly and Mike’s condo for a last minute getaway even though no reviews were available. What reassured us that it was legit was when I requested for my friends (locals) to come look at the property. They told me that would be no problem.
The pictures accurately represent the condo. It’s small but space is maximized and well equipped. I appreciated that there were even spices on the kitchen cabinet and cabinets and drawers were labeled.
The condo was spotless! Truly. Beds were comfortable and pillows were great. If you like a firmer mattress, I think you’ll be pleased. My one ‘complaint’ would be the beds are pushed up against the wall on one side due to the size of the room—that said, obviously it wasn’t a dealbreaker for us because we wanted at least a queen sized bed.
We took advantage of the balcony every morning before heading to the beach and enjoyed after dinner drinks there every night. There’s just something about seeing and hearing the surf with a favorite beverage.
Location is perfect and there is plenty of parking. We’ve stayed in a few other NMB condos where parking was limited. Not an issue at San A Bel!
