The fully equipped kitchen includes dishwasher and microwave and granite counter tops. Full size washer/dryer in unit. Flat screen TV the Living Room. Free wireless internet. The master bedroom offers 1 King size bed, cable TV , and ceiling fan and the master bathroom has a double vanity, jacuzzi garden tub, and separate glass enclosed shower. The guest room has 2 Queen beds, cable TV and DVD and ceiling fan. Parking garage height 6 feet 8 inches.

The unit came poorly equipped. No placemats for glass tables, no coasters for beverages, old toasters (2), both worthless. No hand towels, couch sinks in when sat on, terrible support for backs. Kitchen chairs made of wood and are rickety and you sink in so low your face is about a foot above the table. No waste baskets in bedrooms, only one in master bedroom. There is only the main trash can in the kitchen. No complementary trash bag, toilet paper, or bar a soap in the unit. Renovation both day and night 6:00am to 11:00pm on floor above me. ended up leaving day early. Management didn't seem to care. Had many visits to MB, worse experience ever, never going back again.

We had a great week at the beach. The condo was clean and had everything that we needed. The condo is spacious and is located in a great spot.

I expected better. The checking in office was a few blocks away. Then once getting to the condo it was chaos. Dozens using 4-5 spots (the other 20 plus empty spaces were reserved for the owners) to unload and get through one door and in one set of elevators. Took at least 2hrs to get up to the condo. Upon entering the condo it had sand all over the floor. Blinds for sliding doors were either broken or fell when opening. There were several broken blinds in the closet. Ice maker didn’t work. Whirlpool tub didn’t work (until I flipped the breaker on w/nothing telling me this). Toilets didn’t flush correctly. Couch was worn out very uncomfortable. MB Bed worn out and was uncomfortable. The condo is in need of updating with new furniture. Condo is very close to beach with great views. If you can find spot on the beach through the North Myrtle beach umbrellas. The beach is nice just very over crowded. Not likely to come back to Crescent shores.

Great stay, nice pools and very close to everything we needed. Everything was clean and beds were comfortable. BEST shower pressure ever! Only complaint is Saturday move in and move outs. Elevators are in use constantly during these times. One thing we noticed was the housekeeping company was holding 1 elevator the entire morning in the north tower so we had to take all luggage down the stairs. Luckily only 4 flights of stairs and I have 2 teenagers. Maybe someone can discuss this with house keeping, should not occur at peak check out times. 8-10am. Please note this resort uses old fashioned keys and not door codes. So there was a constant worry of being locked out.

Televisions were very complicated to work. The vertical blinds were in bad shape and alot of them kept coming off. There was toilet paper in commode when we got there so obviously it was not cleaned prior to our arrival. Numerous light bulbs were burned out which they did come and replace but we feel like that should of been taken care of before our arrival. Other than that we actually loved the room and location and will stay there again.

Labor Day stay

Just a request of the owner. There was no toilet tissue available to guest. There was no hot water for the first day. I don’t if there was a thorough run through by the cleaning staff to make sure everything was operational and notification that the microwave was broken. And two of the tv remotes had dead batteries. Stuart and Julie were amazing and very helpful. Stuart the plumber came out on the holiday to help us. I was so great full for both of them. Grand Stream was great. Thank you
