Nestled in Sun City, this attractive condo for $62 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. Thank you so much for considering the LillyPadAZ. Guest Suite. If you are interested in this property, please submit an inquiry instead of a booking request, as we want to answer all of your questions fully prior to finalizing the reservation. (See payment terms at the bottom of this description.) Looking forward to hosting you! Guests at The LillyPadAZ enjoy comfort, convenience and amenities to rival the most exclusive Arizona Resort. Part of a $40K renovation, the spacious master suite with king-size ‘feather’ bed (hypoallergenic, of course) is just the beginning. This Arizona escape includes a stunning ensuite decked out with porcelain tile, dual sinks, granite counters, jetted tub, shower and private water closet. Adjacent to the master suite, the 'sky-lighted' kitchenette sports nicely apportioned cabinetry in rich cherry-tones, an ample under-mount sink with disposal, microwave, fridge and an induction cook top. No home away from home would be complete without a state-of-the art washer/dryer as well as private and secure garage parking. Kick back with BBQ on the grill in the Arizona room or just relax in the comfy bed with complimentary WI-FI and Cable TV (on nightly and weekly rentals. Monthly rentals incur small surcharge. Just minutes from shopping, sporting events and golf, the LillyPadAZ affords access to local attractions in a private residential setting where visitors can recharge and rejuvenate. (Also, for a $75/per person for a 30-day pass, guests have access to all of Sun City's recreation centers including swimming pool, tennis, golf and much more!). Contact: Lake View Center 10626 W. On stays from May-September, the moderate refund policy applies, although exceptions can be made at owner's discretion. 50% is due to secure the reservation and the balance is due 90 days from date of arrival. That's why it is best to submit an inquiry rather than a booking to ensure all of your questions are answered prior to commitment of funds. Also, last minute bookings or a check-in or check-out date requiring expedited cleaning (i.e., occurs within 24 hours another guest's is check-out or check-in date), there is a $85 expedited cleaning fee. Finally, a lease agreement is required. If you wish to proceed with a booking, the following information is needed for the lease agreement. Name of guests if anyone other than yourself (occupancy max is 2 adults) Home address Phone number where you can be reached during your stay Drivers license number, state of issue and date of expiration 4-digit code that you would like programmed into the back door for access upon arrival. This was my first time using a Vrbo and once I appreciated telling them who I was, I understood that the quality of the house would be maintained along with the safety. The neighborhood is quiet well kept so I was comfortable having my family visit. The host was pleasant and very accommodating and completely out of sight. I will be staying at this location next time I visit.

I think she has a talent for knowing exactly how much interaction is right for each guest and is available and friendly without overwhelming. This truly felt like a home away from home with our own entrance and all that we needed. It is in a safe neighborhood to and I walked to the nearby Safeway, CVS, dollar store, and even a bit further to the rec centers,
thrift store and post office. We had everything we needed, including easy access to the laundry room and access to the garage. The whole experience was great and we definitely recommend the Lilly Pad for a stay you will enjoy for sure. Hopefully we will be able to stay again some time!

The Arizona room was nice despite the very warm days and use of the garage was a plus. Lovely location with everything we needed!
We had a wonderful stay! This home is in a convenient and safe location. It has plenty of space with kitchen and bathroom essentials and extras provided. We loved the comfy king bed and slept well! We hale from the Midwest and found the early March weather to be divine!!

We spent the month of February 2021 at this location and it was perfect. Was a little concerned about the size but once we got in and settled it worked out great. We loved the location and Annarose was gracious and attentive. Will try again for next year.

Annarose's home was so beautiful and cozy . My partner and I stayed there for 2.5 weeks while we searched for a new home in Phoenix. The neighborhood is extremely quiet and we always felt safe. Annarose left everything we could need in the home and tons of thoughtful touches.
Just to clarify for future renters. The suite is in the back of her home with a separate entrance but she allows you to use the garage if you need. The only shared space is the garage and laundry which she also uses as she lives in the main portion of the house. She was very respectful of our privacy and space. Very kind woman. I would stay again in a heartbeat!

The master suite I stayed at was just what I was looking for. Everything was ready for my arrival. The property manager had stocked all the essentials even During the COVID-19. I would recommend this suite while visiting in Sun City Arizona.

Perfect for initial stay after driving from Connecticut.
I got unexpected bad news, my brother passed suddenly in Ireland at 55yrs old. A decorated UK Marine, in tip top shape> Annarose went above and beyond to make sure I was coping as well as expected under the circumstances, moving new job and loss..., She welcomed my little dog, and I am grateful for her welcoming home, amazing grapefruit and lime trees right outside. An added bonus... Quiet neighborhood, everything you need is within 5-15 mins! Grocery store and plaza is 1.5miles away. You will truly appreciate your privacy and comfort!

Great little suite for a couple
Very clean. Supplies in the kitchenette, bathroom and laundry were fine. Nice booklet with dining suggestions and check out instructions. We enjoyed sitting in the screened porch and watching the birds outside. Thanks for a lovely week!

Perfect place for two!!
Annarose was very accommodating! The Lillypad had everything we needed. We stayed two months and will be back again! The location was great and everything was nearby. The Arizona room and backyard was so nice to use. We loved having fresh oranges and grapefruit right outside the door. It was a fantastic stay!

Arnold's Month at Lilypad
The accommodations were up-to-date and very comfortable --- everything we needed. We loved being so close to the Sun City recreation center where we enjoyed pickle ball, walking track, huge pool and spa. We were also only blocks away from Safeway and church. Steve & Vicki Arnold

The LillyPad was perfect as our house closing was delayed for a month & we moved here from IL. Ms. Annarose was gracious & accommodating. We could not have found a better temporary home to start our journey in AZ.
