Situated in Indian Point, this charming condo for $147 per night is a great choice for your next break. Our completely remodeled two bedroom, two bath non-smoking Condo is lake front on Table Rock Lake just down the hill from Silver Dollar City. Relax and enjoy the spectacular Table Rock Lake and Ozark Mountain views from our large covered deck. This is a fantastic resort property that is beautifully decorated with first-class furnishings, a custom kitchen with granite countertops, luxury bedding, linens and a 50 inch flat screen TV. This is not a typical rental condo! You can go to the SDC and easily come back to the condo and have lunch on your private 20Ft. deck over looking Table Rock Lake. Then return to the park for the rest of the day or stay at the resort and fish, play tennis, swim or sit on your favorite rock along the lake. It is also very close to all of the shows and restaurants that are on the famous Branson strip. Silver Dollar City: We are just down the hill from Silver Dollar City which makes it easy to come back to the condo for lunch or take a break and then go back to the park for the rest of the day. Getting out on the Lake: Walk down the tree lined trail to the lake for crystal clear swimming and great fishing! If you want to go water skiing or fishing you can rent a a boat or wave runner just at the Marina just down the road. Outdoor adventures are all around for your family or group to enjoy. Whether you enjoy swimming in the resort swimming pool (open until September 21st), hiking the numerous area trails, playing tennis, or just relaxing on the screened in deck with the cool lake breeze enjoying a great book, our place has it all. There is even a zipline adventure center with waterslides just 1.5 miles from the condo. The beautiful kitchen is fully equipped, so you can cook a great meal! You can sit indoors and seat six for dinner, but most visitors enjoy sitting on the covered deck. There is a table on the deck perfect for a family or a romantic dinner for two. NOTE: For security purposes, there is a single camera positioned at the front stairwell and patio area. This camera is not monitored unless there is a complaint from neighbors regarding noise or inappropriate behavior.

Beautiful condo. It was well stocked, super clean, seasonally decorated and cozy. The back porch was the perfect place to sit around and visit. Was able to lay in bed with the curtains open & watch the sunrise over the beautiful autumn trees. Location was perfect. We went to silver dollar city, and it was so nice being close and. It fighting the holiday traffic. Plan to stay here again next summer.

This was a wonderful 2 bedroom condo to stay with my husband, son, daughter in law, and grandson! We really enjoyed the location as it was convenient for us to come back to the condo and then go to SDC again later in the day!

Great location for going to Silver Dollar City. Unit was clean, comfortable, very nice. Had laundry soap available, so we even washed our clothes after sweating at Silver Dollar City!

This condo was just perfect for our family of four. The patio was the best place to drink coffee in the morning and a cocktail in the evening. The kids loved the community pool and my husband and I enjoyed the hot tub. The condo is close to everything we had planned while in town. Great stay!

The view is amazing! The condo was well decorated and had all the supplies we needed. It was close to all of the attractions we went to. The lake wasn’t easily accessible for anyone with walking or balance issues. The deck was nice and big. It was a great place to hang out and play games. The owner was easy to contact and replied quickly. It was a great trip.

Very close to Silver Dollar City and Branson. I contacted the property manager about steps as my wife has breathing issues. They said it was on the first floor and it's the Ozarks all hills so there's a few steps. The level access is the 2nd floor, the first floor has 12 steps down to get there. Other than that it's a nice stay.

It was a little odd that when we first arrived the door was wide open as if someone was there possibly still cleaning, but we knocked and no one answered so we went in. I did text the owners and let them know, but never heard back from them. The condo itself was spotless and just as nice as the the photos and descriptions said. The lake view from the deck was beautiful and wooded area behind was nice for watching nature rather than a view of another building or parking lot. The kitchen was well equipped and we ended up eating in both evenings instead of going back into Branson. Was just so relaxing and comfortable. My sister and I both said we’d love to stay again and maybe bring the husbands next time so they could fish while we shopped!

The property owner was awesome, the description meets this place to a tee. They have thought of everything. The unit is down one flight of stairs. The Christmas decor made us feel right at home. Located just down the road from Silver Dollar city. We were there during snow, and the roads were cleared pretty well for us to come and go. We will visit again, in the spring or summer to enjoy the lake!

Chose this condo for two primary reasons: close proximity to SDC and the fact that it advertised being decorated for Christmas. The condo did not disappoint on those two factors. Other positives were the quiet neighborhood and the comfortable beds. A couple of minor issues keep it from being a 5 star rating. It is described as “completely remodeled,” but there were broken towel racks in both bathrooms and the vertical blinds in the master bedroom only had 5 attached blinds hanging. Batteries were missing in one of the remote controls, so we had to keep switching out batteries between two remotes. For some reason, there was only one drink coaster in the living room. Perhaps the most perplexing design flaw of the condo was the lack of adequate outlets throughout the condo. The master bathroom, which has a nice long double-sink vanity, only has a single outlet on one side. The master bedroom has a single bedside table that does not have an outlet nearby, so I couldn’t charge my cell phone at the bedside overnight. One final recommendation would be to change the trash removal policy. Guests are asked to remove the trash from the condo and take it to a dumpster near the swimming pool. This requires putting trash bags in your vehicle and driving them to the dumpster. I didn’t see a dumpster near the swimming pool, but I found a dumpster at the end of a roadway and deposited the trash bags there. After I paid over six hundred dollars for a 3 night stay in this condo, it doesn’t seem right that I should load trash in my car then drive around trying to find where to dump it. Just something to consider. Also something to be aware of, for those with physical limitations, is that the condo is below street level, so there are stairs you have to take to get to/from your car.

We love staying in Eagles Nest any time we go to Branson especially if we are going to Silver Dollar City. It is minutes away. This condo had everything we needed. Excellent view of the lake! Large outdoor deck with plenty of seating. Comfortable and clean condo.

We enjoyed our time. We however did have to purchase toilet paper as we only had 1 extra roll and the one there was not full. Some areas were not real clean, (stains etc.) But over-all besides those things, our visit was good.

Very nice location and accommodations. What small issues we did not like were so nitpicking we didnt even want to bother the owner. Really enjoyed Branson and SDC and this was a perfect spot to do it from.

My husband, daughter, and son all enjoyed our stay! The accommodations fit us perfectly and we loved cooking breakfast in the kitchen and eating at the table together, (a rare occasion lol). We especially loved having our wine, (in the glasses you provided), out on the balcony! We were pleasantly surprised at just how close we were to the water! (Your pictures made it look much further away). We also took advantage of the trails and did some exploring. Oh, and our bed was very comfy! 😊
