Nestled in Indian Point, this attractive condo for $142 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. Our two bedroom, two bath non-smoking Condo is lake front on Table Rock Lake just down the hill from Silver Dollar City. Relax and enjoy the spectacular Table Rock Lake and Ozark Mountain views from our large screened in deck. Ceiling fans and the lake breeze keep the deck cool. New for 2020! Completely new paint and screens on the back deck. New pillow top twin mattresses in the second bedroom. New cookware in kitchen. Faster internet. This is a fantastic resort property that is beautifully decorated with first-class furnishings, bedding, linens and flat screen TV. This is not a typical rental condo! You can go to the SDC and easily come back to the condo and have lunch on your private 20Ft. deck over looking Table Rock Lake. Then return to the park for the rest of the day or stay at the resort and fish, play tennis, swim or sit on your favorite rock along the lake. It is also very close to all of the shows and restaurants that are on the famous Branson strip. Silver Dollar City: We are just down the hill from Silver Dollar City which makes it easy to come back to the condo for lunch or take a break and then go back to the park for the rest of the day. Getting out on the Lake: Walk down the tree lined trail to the lake for crystal clear swimming and great fishing! If you want to go water skiing or fishing you can rent a a boat or wave runner just at the Marina just down the road. Outdoor adventures are all around for your family or group to enjoy. Whether you enjoy swimming in the resort swimming pool (open until September 21st), hiking the numerous area trails, playing tennis, or just relaxing on the screened in deck with the cool lake breeze enjoying a great book, our place has it all. There is even a zipline adventure center with waterslides just 1.5 miles from the condo. The kitchen is fully equipped, so you can cook a great meal! You can sit indoors and seat six for dinner, but most visitors enjoy sitting on the covered, screened in deck. There is a table on the deck perfect for a family or a romantic dinner for two. Step off the porch a few steps to a built in barbeque grill. NOTE: For security purposes, there is a single camera positioned at the front stairwell and patio area. This camera is not monitored unless there is a complaint from neighbors regarding noise or inappropriate behavior.

We stayed while visiting Silver Dollar City and were very pleased with the condo. The screened in porch is lovely, has a nice view, and is very roomy with plenty of seating. Autumn decorations in the home made it feel especially cozy and inviting for our family's stay. We also appreciated the very comfortable furnishings (couches, beds, etc) and roomy set up. We had plenty of room to move around and settle in with our luggage. The bathrooms are a good size and there were plenty of nice fluffy towels and washcloths. There were also extra pillows, cozy blankets, and bedding on hand. I appreciated having a special wash cloth to use for removing make-up. It prevents the worry of trying to not get mascara on a nice white washcloth. Coffee, filters, coffee maker, and toaster were on hand...as well as dishwasher packets and laundry soap. We also were pleased cleaning sprays and rags were on hand. It was also nice to be able to walk right outside into the yard from both the front door and the back screen door. Next time we may take the marked path down to the lake (which we could see from the porch). We want to stay here again when we come back to Branson.

The property was great but the first morning I noticed mouse droppings on the counter by the coffee maker when I started to make coffee. And behind the coffee maker there was a mouse bait station. This was disappointing. The property owner communicated with us that they weren't aware there was a mouse problem and would be discussing with cleaning person. It would have been nice for the price to have been discounted based on mouse droppings. I have a picture of them and the mouse bait station. We purchased sanitizing wipes and wiped down the counters. We continued staying in the apartment but that was disappointing.

The property was easy to access, clean, and had everything we needed. Communication with the owner was probably the best we've experienced with VRBO. The place needs a bit of TLC but nothing that would affect your stay. Would recommend!!!!

Very convenient to Silver Dollar City. Condo was suitable but needs some TLC. Outside area near stairwell was not well maintained; torn screen on back porch; saw several insects on inside walls.

The place is really nice. The two bedrooms and two bathrooms was so nice. The amenities are as advertised. The place is so close to SDC you can almost walk. Since you are on Indian Point, you don’t have to deal with Branson traffic unless you want to. Highly recommend this property.

Clean, quiet, safe, and scenic. The amenities (pool, basketball court) were great, and the screened-in porch with fans was a definitive plus. I can’t think of a better place to stay and avoid traffic if you’re planning on visiting silver dollar city.

The pictures do not do this place justice. It’s clean, cute, and that screened in porch is killer. My only complaint is that the Wi-Fi is not very reliable but that’s not why we went there anyway. Will definitely be back.

The location and unit are nice. Nice back porch and view. I liked the larger bathrooms. Great water pressure and lots of hot water. Everything was there we needed. Pool and lake were nice too. It is a short walk, but not bad. We enjoyed floating in tubes near the bank. My boys enjoyed the basketbalI court too. The playground was nice if you have younger ones. I will suggest a memory foam or mattress topper to make the bed more comfortable. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, and i would consider staying again.

Loved this location! My family came for Spring Break to go to Silver Dollar City which is basically next door…3 minute drive maybe? Loved that my kids had separate beds (but same room). The kitchen had everything we needed. Honestly though, the porch! It was cold while we were there so I didn’t get to use it as much as I would have liked but we did drink coffee on the porch while it rained one morning. The owner, Jamie, was extremely nice when I ran into a dilemma before my trip. He responded quickly and was more than accommodating to make sure my family was taken care of. I hope to stay here again soon!

The condo was absolutely fabulous and offered all of the conveniences of home. Close proximity to to all of the activities we enjoy (biking, hiking, etc). The only drawback we encountered was the hot tub was never open and the pool closed a week earlier than was stated when we booked. I'm sure both of these things were out of the hands of the property owner, and we made the most of it by taking the trail down to the beautiful lakefront beach on the property and swam there. Overall a wonderful experience and the fall decorations at the condo just added to the coziness! We will definitely book here again. -Emily

The property was amazing. Everything was clean, and the check in process was very easy. There are trails down at the end of the parking lot to get to a beautiful lake to fish or swim. Everything is just a few minute drive away from property. It was a very peaceful stay!
