About this house rental
Located in Marathon, this attractive house for $518 per night is a great choice for your next break. Enjoy this beautiful spacious ground level, Canal front home in the heart of the Florida Keys. This unique property can sleep up to 12 guests in 5 bedrooms plus (2) queen sofa/sleeper. 2 families can enjoy privacy with a split floor plan. Relax in the open concept kitchen/living area of this Vacation Rental. The Kitchen features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and wood cabinetry. The living area has ample seating and a large flat-screen TV. The master bedroom boasts a king-size bed, en suite bath with a walk-in shower, and access to the pool area with sliding glass doors. A queen bedroom, a bedroom with 2 twin beds, and one full bath are also located on this side of the home. On the other side of the home are 2 additional bedrooms, one with an en suite bath. In addition, you will find a kitchenette, a small living/dining area, and sliding doors to the backyard. The outdoor area of the home provides more entertainment with a screened patio pool area. Watch all the sporting events on the flat-screen TV or relax in the evening around the beautiful pool. There is also fish cleaning table, bait freezer, water and power on the 60-foot dock. For the fishermen, this home has a commercial ice maker. All this and only a five-minute walk or bike ride to Sombrero Beach! Please note that if you plan to travel with a boat, we can only guarantee that one boat will be able to fit at the dock. Please be sure you are familiar with the dock size and do not assume more than one watercraft can be secured at the property. Also, note that although this home is considered “Pet Friendly” you are required to select this option when booking your reservation. You will be required to pay a one-time $150 pet fee that is non-refundable. Failure to follow these guidelines will result in a forfeiture of your security deposit. WOW and INCREDIBLE are the best words to describe this entire experience.
The location of the home is 2nd to none, the privacy, setting, and overall welcoming feel made us right at home immediately.
Plenty of space for 2 families and our dogs, the screened in patio allowed us to enjoy the whole week outside without any bug interruption.
Loved the added TV outside to watch poolside movies and listen to music, the kids (9,9 and 16) loved the dock space to fish and just enjoy the outdoor life without electronics.
We couldn't be happier with our choice and look forward to booking again for 2024.
Only 1 request would be to send the code maybe a little sooner than 4pm exactly, but that's only because our trip got us to the home by about 330pm.
Other than that, the home was clean, bright, airy, and completed with STUNNING views and setting.
Thank you again for welcoming us, it was our pleasure.

This place was perfect for our friends getaway. Only problem was some minor housekeeping things needing completed, light bulbs burned out, deck chairs broken, floors and doors need to be cleaned better.

This wonderful property worked so well for our families to get together for Christmas. We rented a boat for part of our stay and the dock and fish-cleaning table worked so well for the fishermen in the family. We all enjoyed the pool and beautiful outdoor space. We cooked and enjoyed some great meals while here. The Fishbowl is a great place to stay! Any minor issues we had (dishwasher) were addressed immediately by Island Breeze Realty. 5 stars all around!

We had an amazing time! Great layout, homeowner has done a great job of providing all the vacation essentials. Home is warm and inviting, easy access, etc. Only negative we can share is in 3 rooms the beds were way too firm and we used air mattresses.

Stayed for 6 days here with a group of 12. 5 kids and 7 adults. The pool and patio area is the best! Made fires every night and roasted s’mores. More than enough room and fun for everyone! Having our boat out back made it even easier to enjoy our time. Plan to come back next year!

We’ll be back again for sure
This was our third trip to this home. We love the privacy and the short walk to white sandy beaches. Nice open floor plan, great gathering spaces outside, headed pool and hot tub and it accommodates a family of 9 easily.

The layout of the house was perfect as well as walking distant to the beach & park. Enjoyed seating w/the family on the covered porch while the kids played in the pool & hot tub. The boys enjoyed fishing from the dock. We didn't have to worry about the puppies in the backyard since it was fully fenced in. The one & only area for improvement is the mattresses on the beds need to be replaced, especially the KING...it actually has a hump in the middle. I would suggest having 3 kings 2 queens that are medium firm.We ABSOLUTELY would book this house again!!!
