The location could not be better. The interior of the cabin was very nice. The exterior could have used some clean up, but overall we were very happy with our stay.

Location is absolutely the best! Communication with host was spot on. Price was comparable with similar listings. Watching people tube from the back porch swing was some of the best people watching ever. 10/10 recommendation

Very nice little cabin in a great location within walking distance of numerous restaurants and stores. Awesome deck overlooking the river.We would definitely rent this cabin again.

I guess I'm a unique guest compared to the others who have left 5-star reviews, but this little cabin isn't even close to what we hoped for at the price we paid. I booked this property because of this description: "A fisherman's paradise - trout fishing right in front of your own cabin - catch your limit on the beautiful, clear waters of the fast-flowing Chattahoochee River." BUT nowhere in the description or photos does it disclose that between 9am and 7pm each and every day, there are 1000 screaming kids and drunk rednecks on innertubes that take over the river. We even had people from the river walking onto the property and invading our privacy. Of course, this made it impossible to fish, which was the only reason I was there. So between the road noise from the highway on the opposite side of the river and the never-ending stream of tubers, there was not much hope of finding the "rest and relaxation" the property description promises. The chairs at the fire pit and on the deck were so neglected and dirty. The inside of the cabin is also neglected and dated, and needs a thorough deep cleaning. PROs: The management group does an excellent job of making sure you know how to check in and check out and connect with them during your stay. The cabin location is excellent if you want to get away from town, but still be close enough to walk into town. It probably took us 10 minutes to get to the edge of town and 25-30 minutes to walk to anywhere we wanted to shop or eat.
