Approx. 30 - 50ft (across the street) just before, at the end of fence and at the old bridge offers access to the Chattahoochee River & fly fishing paradise. The rocking chair front porch is a favorite and offers some views of the river. Save on parking fees by staying with us, downtown. Walk to downtown shopping, liquor store and our famous Betty"s Country Store (IGA) for groceries. Walk to many restaurants including Paul's Steak House (on the River) where you can dance the night away at Paul's Margarita Deck. Enjoy the Indoor Fun Factory with skating rink, go-carts, laser tag, bouncy house & arcade on sunny and rainy days. A very nice place to stay, Convenient to grocery store and downtown shopping. The river being across the road was a nice view while sitting on front porch. One thing that should have been was a grab bar to help with in and out of shower/tub.

I enjoyed relaxing on the front porch and that I could walk my Beagles around what is mostly a pet friendly downtown easily. The beds were comfortable and having a lot of viewing choices on the Roku was a plus.

Loved how convenient this place was to town. We were in walking distance to everything. This was a very cute place that met all our needs. It was very clean and had comfortable furniture. Owner was very easy to get a hold of if we had any questions. We are definitely staying here again.

This is the only place I will stay in Helen. There are no stairs, the proximity to town is one block and it has the best stocked kitchen of any rental.

We loved this cozy cottage! We felt at home from the minute we walked in the door, like staying at Granny's 😉 We had a minor issue during our stay and the owners were very quick to respond and get it resolved. It was comfortable for our group of four adults, although sometimes we wish we had a second bathroom, haha. The location was perfect for walking downtown to all the shops and restaurants. We didn't see any horse and buggies, but did enjoy relaxing on the front porch. Betty's country store is a short walk around the corner and so convenient for anything you need. I would definitely stay here again!

It was a beautiful small bungalow nestled in downtown Helen Ga. It was within walking distance to everything. The bungalow was very clean and tidy. Are family will be staying here in the future.

My wife and I came to Helen, GA for her birthday. This cottage was a great place to stay, and made our time in Helen a wonderful experience. The cottage is clean, cozy, and well supplied with everything we needed for our stay. The hosts are very helpful and hospitable. We would definitely stay here again.

We were in bungalow A and it was exactly what we wanted! It was clean, easy to check in and out of. I gave one less star on accuracy of online booking only because the bungalow they showed online was actually behind the one we stayed in, however, with that being said we were glad because we were facing the river instead of town! The only thing i would say that needed to be inproved is maybe the twin mattresses. They were not the most comfortable. They weren't like so bad you couldn't sleep on them, but they could be upgraded. It was right at the base of town and we were able to walk everywhere which was fantastic! This was a great bungalow and a great place to stay!

This was perfect. It is a perfect location, close to main street but far enough so it was not loud. Close to a drop off and pickup point for the tubbing action. The rental was very clean, beds were very comfortable. Good shower and laundry facility also. We very much recommend this to anyone.

Nice place. Was well stocked with supplies. Needs some updates but as we could tell you were working on that. Was close to main street and nice park behind the place to walk the dog. Met a lot of nice and interesting people sitting on the porch. Some sturdier chairs would be nice for people like my husband who has issues with his knees and a grab bar in shower( I now travel with a portable one for when this happens) All in all had a great stay and would go there again.

Cozy country cottage with all the amenities. It is located within walking distance to restaurants and shopping. The porch was amazing for relaxing and rocking and catching up with friends . Kitchen well equipped , comfy beds and pillows also! Will definitely save this property to come back to again!

This place is perfect. First off very clean, easy check in, did I mention location. We couldn’t have been more pleased. Most all things in town are in walking distance. This was our Anniversary week and we thoroughly enjoyed our week.

We stayed for a week for our spring hiking trip. The cottage is absolutely perfect for a getaway to Helen. The owner is easy to reach for any questions, the cottage is clean and has everything you need and the best location. You can park in your driveway, walk to town in minutes to any number of restaurants, shops and bars and never have to worry about parking or weekend traffic.

This little cottage is perfect for two people a dog and a kid or 2! Kitchen is small but was perfect to cook a pot of chili and hang on the porch, our friends came by for a drink on the porch and to enjoy the scenery. Dog friendly, a perfect time for all of us! Loved the fireplace, washer and dryer was a plus, coffee was provided too! Thank you Cindy! My only suggestion is less Nick nac’s in the kitchen. They all got stored to make room for our stuff. We bring a lot of snacks and stuff we needed the counter space 🤣

It was great. Short walk to everything . The food was outstanding. Went to parade in Cleveland 7 minutes away one of the best Christmas parade’s we seen. If you like Christmas must stay here and go

Adorable duplex , nice front porch, very quaintly decorated! It’s perfect location in town- can walk to shops,restaurants, parade, etc. Cindy the owner was very easy to work with- very accommodating ! This was our 3rd trip to Helen- we will be back and definitely will stay the same place!
