The location was excellent. Easy to walk to anywhere in town. Also, a view of the river. The staff was accommodating and helpful when needed.
The accommodations were good but, the ac struggled to keep the room dry. It had a small musty smell because of it. The rooms are rather small. TV was ok but, channels were limited. very little storage space for clothes. 3 drawers in the front cabinet and couple spaces by the nightstands. There was not much room for hanging very many clothes as the only place was in the bathroom under a metal rack where the iron/iron board were stowed.

Breakfast was self serve we would grab packs of waffles butter and syrup and heat in the room and had yogurt. It was okay for us. Coffee was good.
Loved the swings at the river. Great location, walking distance to downtown.

Great location right beside the Chattahoochee River! Nestled just off downtown where most shops and restaurants are located. Perfect for my family! Our cottage was spacious! We came to Helen for the opening weekend of Oktoberfest! Plan to return next year! Wonderful memories made!
