We had a couple of issues and tried to contact property management. They will not answer to return calls emails or text. VRBO tried to contact the property management as well and couldn’t get to anyone. The house needs updated horribly and needs a deep cleaning. I read the reviews and thought for sure they take better care of their properties but no they don’t. The shower was missing a panel so water went on floor and the cabinet on kitchen was about to fall. The dishwasher falls when you pull out to load dishes. The microwave is about to fall out and the washer does not work. I bet when I put a fraudulent charge on my credit card they would start returning calls!!!

Is was a awesome stay , right on the beach , house was clean, had few minor things nothing serious, and very spacious for large family! Love it ! Will be booking again!

Property needs attention. No wash rags. Broken windows. Broken door handle for both sliding glass doors. Broken door to the bed room. No drain plug for bathroom. Broken lamp.

The only good things about this house was the location and 3 of the rooms had balconies. It was awful because it was not clean at all. You couldn’t even walk barefoot on the carpet or the tile flooring it was so gross and carpet wet. The carpet was stained everywhere. The bathrooms were nasty the toilets had hair and could tell they hadn’t been cleaned nor the mirrors or showers. The showers had mold and residue all over them and the doors of showers. The inside of the refrigerator was gross and no shelves in the doors. The oven didn’t work the whole time they sent someone twice and still didn’t get fixed and the first time he didn’t even look at it. We literally wasted around $200 on food to be cooked and couldn’t so we had to throw it all away. Then the sliding doors to the balconies were super hard to open and close. The ceiling above of the bedroom balconies the wood was coming thru. There was mold all down the walls in the master bathroom closet. Exposed wires when you walk out to go to the beach. The furniture on the balconies was inside furniture not outdoor. Hardly any silverware when suppose to accommodate 10 people. The dryer vent tray was completely tore apart so lent was all over our clothes when we dried them. Counters I’m kitchen was so nasty and the dining room table the same way. The wifi didn’t work at all. No cable or direct tv. Not at all in two rooms. So couldn’t even hook our own internet to them. The sheets and comforters had to be taken off bc nasty.

The view from this house was absolutely amazing. Right on the beach and a balcony in almost every room. A very spacious house as well. It is great for family vacations, especially larger families. Although, it is very outdated. A lot of broken appliances. That was frustrating but it didn't ruin the trip. We worked around it and did have to go out a buy stuff for the house.. Worth it for the view, but I wouldn't have wanted to stay for longer than we did.

The location is perfect. The house overall met our needs but is in desperate need of updating. The carpet was very stained throughout and there was mold in the closet. There is no outside lighting making finding the house in the dark difficult. The television in the living room did not work which was not a big deal but would have been more so with kids. There was plenty of parking which was a huge plus! A little TLC would go a long way.

We’re stunned by the total lack of cleanliness and the neglect for upkeep. It is the worst beach rental property we’ve ever rented. The location is great.

The communication with the property manager was excellent. She was very prompt in responding to any questions we had. The location of the property was deceiving in the pictures. It is actually located between 2 large condos/hotels - and the beach is shared and full of people unless you go first thing in the morning or late in the evening. It does not have its own private beach. The other reviews already mentioned the property being poorly maintained with several things not in working order and sliding doors extremely hard to open - also the furniture is old and broken down. We would not stay here again - is very overpriced for the location and condition it is in.
