Our spacious three bedroom beachfront retreats offer up to 1,627 square feet of fully furnished living space, perfect for a long vacation on Anna Maria Island. Each suite offers two to three bathrooms, washer and dryer and spectacular views of the Gulf of Mexico from your private deck or balcony. Our vacation rental interiors are professionally and artistically decorated with the perfect combination of warmth and luxury. Each suite features marble in the kitchen and bathrooms, polished pine flooring throughout, luxurious fabrics and a separate dining area. A fully equipped gourmet kitchen with custom wood cabinetry and stainless steel appliances makes for effortless entertaining. This three bedroom residence is located on the first floor and offers a deck overlooking the beach and the Gulf. It can accommodate 6 guests comfortably with a maximum total of 8 guests. There is a king bed in the master bedroom, a queen bed in the second bedroom, and two twin beds in the third bedroom. Featuring historically inspired architecture and craftsmanship, professionally designed interiors, authentic pine flooring, designer fabrics and comfortable furniture. Everything Mainsail Says they offer: They do!
Wonderful lay-out, clean, fabulous desk staff!
ONE thing we would share - the mattresses are super soft - tough for most guests (The King bed was so soft, you roll in the middle.) We made the best and used the couch a few times — but that was it. We are coming back next year. We loved the location, the staff, multiple fun restaurants and places to grab fresh fish. It’s casual but a wonderful neighborhood Thank you!

We had such an amazing time! I'm sure the other units are amazing but Unit 1 is the best. Can't beat the view and the immediate access to the beach. Literally 30 steps away from the water! The condo is very spacious and so well laid out. We had everything we needed and more!

Outstanding property, spotless, and very comfortable! Unit 1 has a great layout with plenty of rooms to spread out together and to have privacy. Each bedroom has a private bathroom and the kitchen offered an abundance of space to prep and cook with ease. My family loved the location and assigned parking. There is no traffic to worry about hearing. Just steps away from the beach where chairs were provided. Customer service was excellent. John and Matt were helpful and friendly. We highly recommend Mainsail for a worry free and fun vacation experience.

My step-mom, sister, nieces and myself stayed there over the 3-day weekend. We loved the unit and being able to walk right out to the beach. The unit fit our needs and was in a great location on the island. The only thing was there was mold in the bathroom next to the queen bed and we would recommend hand bars in the bathroom for elderly.

We loved our family vacation at this property. You couldn’t beat the location on the beach. We had two young children with us and it was very easy and accessible when we needed to come back up from the beach. We enjoyed the sunsets every night on the patio and down on the beach. Inside everyone has their own space and bathroom which was really nice. Definitely would come back!

We enjoyed our month in this unit. It was well laid out, clean and convenient, and situated directly on the beach. The kitchen was not stocked very well for cooking. We tried to book the same unit for next winter and they advised that the rent would be 80% more for January, then the high rate we were already paying in March-_we declined!

My husband and I, along with my mom, stepdad, sister, and brother-in-law stayed in Unit 1, ground floor, on the beach. Everything was great except that we like to cook and the kitchen is not very well equipped. We managed with what was there. The concierge was wonderful. We found it great to have a staff member available during business hours, unlike other self-catered B and Bs.

The Mainsail Inn was a perfect location for our family celebration of my parents passing. We were there for one week in November. The space was lovely and very adequate in terms of storage. We had several meals there as a large group which worked out great. The back deck was spacious and inviting to watch the sunset or people walking along the beach in the morning. The sea grass was cut down and made it very inviting to view the surroundings.I walked the beach every day and enjoyed it thoroughly. The wraparound windows were a plus to view the beautiful Gulf. Each bathroom was fully equipped with hairdryer, soaps ,shampoos conditioners ,and shower gel. The kitchen had adequate supplies for a meal. A couple of minor things. The ledge from outside going into the living room area had two step ups and several of us tripped on it. Also the couch and chairs weren’t that comfortable. The beds were quite comfortable and there was a tv in each room. There were kayaks paddle boards and bikes nearby if you wanted to use them.Beverly with the property management was very accommodating. We had a couple of minor things which she took care of immediately. All in all a beautiful place and we would definitely come back.

We have stayed at the Mainsail for the last 4 years. This past August, we stayed in Unit 1, which was located on the bottom level. We were a family of 5, so it was perfect. There was 3 bedrooms and each bedroom had it's own bathroom. It was a beautiful unit. Very clean and plenty of room. The amenities were great, especially the kitchen. It was fully equipped and we were able to prepare food and eat at the unit instead of eating out all of the time. Having a washer/dryer in the unit was very convenient. We didn't have to go home with dirty clothes! You couldn't ask for a more beautiful location! Right on the beach. Just a walk out the door and you are there. Staff is very friendly and helpful. A shout out to Manny for fixing the shower head in the MB! This is our go to happy place when visiting AMI. We will be returning next year.
